How do I turn on the heater?

Plug the heater into a suitable power outlet, then press the ON/OFF switch located on the appliance. Use the remote control or control panel to adjust settings.

Can I use the heater in a bathroom?

No, the heater must not be used near water (bath, shower, pool). It is designed for indoor household use only.

What does the fall detection system do?

If the heater is tipped over or falls, the fall detection system automatically shuts it off for safety. Do not force oscillation manually.

How do I replace the remote control battery?

Remove the battery compartment cover, take out the old battery, and insert a new CR2032 3V button cell with correct polarity. Dispose of old batteries properly.

Why does the heater emit a faint odor when first used?

New heaters may temporarily release a faint odor or smoke due to manufacturing residues. This is normal and will disappear after a few minutes of operation.

How do I clean the heater?

Switch off and unplug the heater. Clean the exterior with a dry cloth. The dust filter can be gently vacuumed or washed with water and dried completely before reinserting.

What should I do if the heater stops working?

Check if the heater is on a level surface (fall detection may have activated). Ensure it is plugged in and the thermal fuse hasn't tripped. If it still doesn't work, contact an Approved Service Centre.

Can I leave the heater unattended?

It is recommended to turn off and unplug the heater when not in use. Never leave it unattended while operating, especially near children or pets.

How far should I keep flammable materials from the heater?

Keep textiles, curtains, and other flammable objects at least 1 metre away from the air outlet to reduce fire risk.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Before use, always check that the appliance, plug and power cord are in good condition
• The device must be used under normal operating conditions as defined in these instructions.
• WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, DO NOT COVER the heater.
• Do not use this heater if it has been dropped;
• Do not use if there are visible signs of damage to the heater;
• Use this heater on a horizontal and stable surface, or fix it to the wall, as applicable.
  • Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
• The heater must not be located immediately below a socketoutlet.
• Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
• WARNING: Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
• WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains, or any other flammable material a minimum distance of 1 ~m from the air outlet.
• Never allow water to get into the appliance.
• Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
• Never insert objects into the appliance (e.g. needles...).
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

FIRST USE

Before first use, ensure that the voltage, frequency and power of your appliance are suitable for your electrical supply.

Your appliance can function using an unearthed plug. It is a class II (double insulation □).

Before switching on your appliance, ensure that :

- the appliance is completely assembled as described in the safety instructions and it's user guide,

- the appliance is placed on a stable, horizontal surface,

- the appliance is positioned in accordance with the instructions given in this manual.

- the air intake and outlet grills are completely unobstructed.

Due to the presence of a fall detection system, the product shuts off once it is inclined of falls to the ground DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FORCE OSCILLATION MANUALLY.

• REMOTE CONTROL :

The remote control uses 1 x 3V button cell CR2032 which is included.

At the first use, take the small plastic strap out of the batteries location at the bottom of the appliance.

To change the remote's battery, remove it from its compartment then place the new one making sure that you put it in with the positive and negative ends the right way round as shown in the battery compartment.

When you use the appliance for the first time, it may temporarily release a faint odour and smoke (this is perfectly normal for new appliances: it will disappear after a few minutes).

IMPORTANT: You are advised to unplug the appliance when not in use.

IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEM

Do not disassemble the appliance yourself. A poorly repaired appliance may be dangerous for the user. If the product does not work make sure the product is on a honrizontal and flat surface.

Do not use the appliance and contact an Approved Service Centre if :

- your appliance or its power cord are damaged;

- your appliance no longer functions properly.

N.B.: In the event of abnormal overheating, safety devices automatically shut down the appliance and then restart it, in standby mode, once it has cooled down.

If the problem continues or gets worse, take the appliance to an approved service centre.

The appliance is equipped with a thermal fuse that shuts the device down in the event of a defect.
