How do I assemble the juicer?
Follow the steps in the manual: insert the auger into the juicing body, attach the rear and front covers by turning anticlockwise, place the food tray and pusher, then mount the juicing body onto the main unit until you hear a 'CLICK'.
How do I use the reverse function?
If the pomace discharging is not smooth or jammed, press and hold the REV button gently for about 2 seconds. The auger will reverse for 10 seconds and then stop automatically. After that, you can resume normal juicing by pressing HARD or SOFT.
What fruits and vegetables can I juice?
You can juice most soft and hard fruits and vegetables like apples, carrots, celery, oranges, grapes, tomatoes, spinach, etc. Do not juice sugar cane, guava, mango, or fruits with thick or hard shells (remove kernels and hard seeds first).
Why does the juicer stop during operation?
This may be due to low voltage, overloading with too much or too hard ingredients, or exceeding the maximum continuous working time (10 minutes). Disconnect power and remove excess ingredients, then let the motor cool down before resuming.
How do I clean the juicer?
Always unplug the juicer before cleaning. Press the lock button to remove the juicing body, then disassemble the pusher, food tray, front cover, auger, and rear cover. Wash all removable parts directly with water. Do not wash the main body; wipe it with a damp cloth.
Is the juicer safe to leave unattended?
No. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning. Do not let children use or play with the juicer.
What should I do if the juicer smells bad when first used?
A slight odor is normal during initial use. If the smell persists after repeated use, contact an official technical service for inspection.
Can I use the juicer continuously for long periods?
No. The maximum continuous working time is 10 minutes. After that, allow the motor to cool down before using again.
How do I disassemble the juicing body?
Press and hold the lock button located near the juicing body, then pull out the entire juicing body following the arrow direction. Then remove the food tray, pusher, front cover, auger, and rear cover in that order.
