Frequently Asked Questions - SP 4015 Chop&Cut ECG

How do I assemble the blades correctly?
Insert the secondary blade into the main blade, then screw it counterclockwise until tight. Ensure the anti-slip grooves on both blades align. If they don't align, the blades are incorrectly assembled, which may cause loosening during operation.
What is the maximum capacity of the bowl?
The bowl has a maximum capacity of 1.5 litres. Do not fill beyond the marked line to avoid overflow or motor strain.
Can I chop frozen meat or ice?
No, the appliance is not designed for frozen meat, ice, or very hard ingredients like unshelled nuts. Cut meat into 1-2 cm cubes before processing.
How do I clean the food chopper?
Unplug the appliance. Wash the blades, lid, bowl, and anti-slip pad in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the motor unit; wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or dishwasher.
Why does the motor stop during operation?
This may be due to overheating protection. Unplug and let it cool for 20-30 minutes. Alternatively, check if the voltage is too low or if the lid is not properly locked.
How long can I run the appliance continuously?
Maximum 30 seconds at a time. After 30 seconds, stop and let the motor cool for 2 minutes before using again. This prevents overheating and prolongs the motor life.
Can I put parts in the dishwasher?
No, dishwasher cleaning is not recommended. Hand wash all removable parts except the motor unit.
What are the two speed levels for?
Level 1 is for soft ingredients like vegetables. Level 2 is for harder ingredients like meat or carrots. Use the appropriate speed for best results.
How should I process meat?
Remove tendons, bones, and skin. Cut meat into 1-2 cm cubes. You can use one or both blades. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
What if the appliance does not start?
Ensure the lid is correctly locked (turn counterclockwise to 'locked' position). Also check that the switch is pressed firmly. If it still doesn't start, check the power supply and contact service.

To će sprečiti pregrejavanje uređaja i produljiti mu vek trajanja.
