SAFETY INFORMATION FOR THE SAFE USE OF WIRELESS EARNPHONES, HEADPHONES, AND SPEAKERS

Carefully read the safety notes and consult the online user manual before using the product. Keep this information for future reference and include it when transferring the product to third parties. Use the product and its accessories exclusively for their intended purpose, adhering to the specified electrical requirements and in indoor, protected environments to avoid serious risks. Keep the product away from heat sources, direct sunlight, moisture, and liquids. The device should not be used by children or individuals unable to understand the associated risks. Do not leave the product charging for extended periods or connected to the power supply when not in use or if malfunctions are suspected. Avoid impacts, falls, crushing, or rough handling that could lead to dangerous situations. Never attempt to disassemble or repair the product in case of defects. If liquid leaks from the product, avoid contact with skin or eyes; if contact occurs, immediately wash the affected area with water and consult a doctor. Keep the box and especially the bags away from children to prevent the risk of suffocation or accidental ingestion. Avoid using the device near medical devices, such as pacemakers. For any doubts regarding the operation, safety, or connection of the product, contact Esprinet customer service. During use, set a moderate volume to avoid hearing damage. In some countries, using the product while driving vehicles, motorcycles, boats, or bicycles is prohibited, so always comply with local regulations. Do not use the device during activities requiring high concentration to avoid distractions and accidents. The product requires minimal maintenance and can only be cleaned with a soft, clean cloth, without using aggressive detergents or chemicals. Before each use, it is advisable to fully charge the product. Esprinet S.p.A. will not be liable for injuries or damages caused to people or property resulting from improper use of the product.

When using for the first time, charge the battery to its maximum capacity. To charge, connect the charging cable to the product's charging port. A red light located outside the charging box will start flashing, indicating the product is charging. When all the lights stop flashing, charging is complete.

PAIRING

The earphones, once removed from the case, will automatically turn on, and a green light will start flashing on the left earphone. The earphones must be connected to the device within 5 minutes; otherwise, they will enter power-saving mode. To reactivate pairing mode, simply place the earphones back into the charging case, close it, and wait a few seconds before reopening it, following the procedure described above. At this point, activate the wireless function on the device, search for FEATSOUND, select it once identified, and connect it. You will hear the sound "CONNECTED" once pairing is complete. If a password is requested, enter "0000."

AUTOMATIC RECONNECTION

Once paired, the earphone and the device will automatically reconnect when the device's wireless functionality is active and within range.

You can use only one earphone for music playback or making calls. This function (MONO) is available with either earphone. To use this function, remove only one earphone from the charging case. If you wish to switch to stereo mode, you can also remove the second earphone at any time. Conversely, if you wish to switch to mono mode, place the earphones back into the charging case at any time.

MULTIFUNCTION BUTTONS

• Play/Pause: single click: left or right earphone
  • Answer/end calls: double click: left or right earphone
• Reject calls: long press: left or right earphone
  • Previous track: double click: left earphone
• Next track: double click: right earphone
  • Volume -: long press – left earphone
  • Volume +: long press – right earphone
  • Volume assistant: triple click: left or right earphone
  • ANC/Transparency mode: quadruple click: left or right earphone

AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN

• If connected to a device, after disconnecting the connection, the earphones will automatically turn off after 5 minutes.
• If you do not connect the device while the green light is flashing, the earphones will automatically turn off within 5 minutes.

PAIRING BETWEEN LEFT AND RIGHT EARPHONES

If the connection between the left and right earphones is lost, place both earphones back into the charging case, close it, and wait a few seconds before reopening it. The earphones will automatically reconnect to each other. If the procedure described above does not work, disconnect the earphones from your device, wait a few minutes, then reconnect them (the earphones must be placed inside the charging box). For both procedures,

the earphones inside the charging box must be charging, so ensure the charging box has a sufficient charge level to guarantee the earphones' charging.

• Do not use abrasive solvents to clean the product;
• Do not attack the product with any sharp objects as they may scratch or damage the product;
• Keep the product away from high temperatures, dust, and moisture.

INFORMATION FOR THE PROPER DISPOSAL OF THIS PRODUCT (Directive 2013/56/EU)

This mark on the product or its packaging means that the product, at the end of its life, including the non-removable battery, must be separated from other types of waste for responsible recycling. The safe use of this product is guaranteed by adhering to the online instruction manual; keep it and use it carefully throughout the product's life. The lithium-ion/li-ion/polymer battery inside the product is integrated and non-replaceable. Do not attempt to remove it as it may pose risks of overheating, fire, and injury. The battery should only be removed by qualified technicians who can remove it safely and recycle it in compliance with the law. Users should deliver the unused product free of charge to local separate collection centers or the retailer, on a one-to-one basis or free of charge if the product exceeds 25 cm in size. Proper waste disposal allows the product to be recycled, treated with environmentally compatible disposal practices to prevent possible harm to the environment or human health, and promotes the reuse and/or recycling of the product's materials.

Unauthorized disposal of electronic products, cells, and batteries by household users entails penalties provided by current legislation.

This product complies with Directive 2011/65/EU-2015/863/EU (RoHS). The product bears the CE marking and therefore complies with the safety standards established by the European Union.

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

To achieve maximum charging speed, the power supplied by the charger must be 10 watts, which is the power required by the radio equipment.

CONVENTIONAL WARRANTY

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1.1. ESPRINET S.p.A., headquartered in Vimercate (MB), Via Energy Park, 20, - hereinafter, ("Esprinet") offers this conventional warranty for Celly-branded products to both the end-consumer customer ("End-consumer customer") and the end-professional customer ("End-professional customer") under the terms and conditions set forth herein (the "Conventional Warranty"). The Conventional Warranty applies to:

i. new Celly-branded goods (the "Products");

ii. Products that incorporate or are interconnected with digital content or a digital service in such a way that the absence of said digital content or digital service would prevent the Products from performing their intended functions ("Products with Digital Elements").

1.2. This Conventional Warranty exclusively includes intact Products in their original configuration, including any accessory equipment.

1. CONSUMER RIGHTS

2.1. This Conventional Warranty does not affect the consumer rights provided by national implementing provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/771 and subsequent amendments regarding consumer goods warranties ("Legal Warranty").

2.2. The Conventional Warranty does not replace, limit, prejudice, or exclude the Legal Warranty but adds to it. The End-consumer customer may, therefore, always assert their rights under the Legal Warranty against the seller, under the conditions and terms provided by the aforementioned legislation.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

3.1 Under this Conventional Warranty, Esprinet undertakes, at its discretion, (i) to replace or repair Products or components found to be defective due to original manufacturing defects arising from the materials used or workmanship with identical Products or components, or (ii) if this is not possible, to replace them with a product or parts of a product or components of equivalent functionality and economic value.

1. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

4.1 This Conventional Warranty does not apply in cases of breakages, malfunctions, or defects caused by:

i) installation errors due to negligence, carelessness, lack of skill, or inattention;

ii) failure to follow the instructions and warnings contained in the manuals or any additional instruction sheets;

iii) failure to maintain the Products as indicated by Esprinet;

iv) improper storage of the Product;

v) tampering, modifications, interventions, or maintenance performed by the End-customer or by third parties, and not performed by entities authorized by Esprinet;

vi) improper use not in accordance with the normal use or intended purpose of the Product;

vii) aggravation of damage caused by further use by the End-customer after the possible malfunction or defect has already manifested;

viii) any external factor during the installation or use of the Product not attributable to Esprinet;

ix) if the model, serial code, or label on the Product has been deliberately counterfeited or erased;

x) failure to install the provided update.

4.2. This Conventional Warranty does not cover obvious defects immediately recognizable upon delivery of the Product, nor defects or malfunctions caused by deterioration due to normal wear and tear.

4.3. This Conventional Warranty is excluded if breakages, malfunctions, defects, or flaws are caused by products, parts, or components manufactured by third parties other than Esprinet to which the Product is connected or with which it is used.

5. WARRANTY USAGE

5.1. The Conventional Warranty is activated immediately upon purchase of the relevant Product. The End-customer can use this Conventional Warranty by directly contacting Esprinet at the email address [e-mail] or [e-mail]. The Conventional Warranty can also be managed through an Authorized Esprinet Center.

5.2. To use this Conventional Warranty, the End-customer must possess the purchase receipt and/or invoice for the Product and/or the transport document ("DDT"). Esprinet reserves the right to refuse to provide this Conventional Warranty if the End-customer does not provide at least one of these documents.

6. DURATION

6.1. The duration of this Conventional Warranty is equal to that of the Legal Warranty (the "Warranty Period"). Consequently, the End-professional customer is also offered a conventional warranty of the same duration as the legal warranty provided for consumers, namely two years.

6.2. The Warranty Period begins from the date of purchase of the Product, as indicated on the purchase receipt and/or invoice and/or transport document (DDT).

6.3. In case of repair or replacement, the original Warranty Period continues to run and should not be considered renewed or extended.

6.4. The action to assert defects is prescribed, in any case, within twenty-six months (Warranty Period + two months) from the purchase of the Product.

7. TERRITORIAL SCOPE

7.1. This warranty is effective only for warranty services to be provided in Italy, Spain, and Portugal and applies only to products marketed under the Celly brand.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

8.1. These General Warranty Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these conditions, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

8.2. The application of potentially more favorable and mandatory provisions provided by the law of the country where the End-consumer customer has their habitual residence is reserved, particularly regarding the applicable law, warranty duration, and jurisdiction.
