1. General description
These instructions are intended to assist you in safe and reliable use. The product is designed and manufactured strictly according to technical specifications using the latest technology and components and maintaining the highest quality standards.
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND THEM BEFORE USE.
To ensure long and reliable operation of the machine, care should be taken to operate and maintain it correctly in accordance with the instructions. The technical data and specifications contained in these instructions are up-to-date. The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes for the purpose of quality improvement. Taking technological progress and the possibility to reduce noise into account, the machine is designed and built so that risks resulting from noise emissions are reduced to the lowest possible level.

NOTE! The illustrations in this manual are for illustrative purposes only and may differ in some details from the actual product appearance.
The original version of the instructions is the German version. Other language versions are translations from German.
2. Operation safety

NOTE! Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in serious injury or death.
The term “machine” or “product” in the warnings and instructions refers to an OLYMPIC INCLINE BENCH.
2.1. Safety
a) If in doubt as to whether the product is working properly or if you detect damage, contact the manufacturer's service.
b) Repairs of the product may only be carried out by the manufacturer's service. Do not carry out repairs yourself!
c) Keep these instructions for future reference. If the machine is to be passed on to third parties, the instructions for use must be handed over together with the machine.
d) Keep packaging parts and small assembly parts out of the reach of children.
e) Keep the device away from children and animals
2.2. Personal safety
a) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothing, jewellery or long hair can be caught by moving parts.
b) When transporting and moving the machine from the place of storage to the place of use, follow the health and safety regulations for manual transport that apply in the country in which the machine is used.
c) Clean the machine regularly to prevent the permanent accumulation of dirt.
d) It is forbidden to tamper with the machine in order to change its parameters or design.
e) Keep the machine away from sources of fire and heat.
f) Training equipment can only be used in places where access to it is controlled in detail by the owner.
g) Training equipment can only be used in places supervised by other people.
h) Children and adults with impaired mental, sensory and mental functions should be kept away from the equipment.
i) Incorrect or excessive training may result in a health hazard, so you should consult your trainer to choose the right exercise method and the right load.
j) Before use, check that any weight protection elements do not interfere with the exercises and that all adjustment elements have been correctly positioned.
k) Keep the machine in good working order. Before each use, check for general damage or damage to moving parts (cracks in parts and components or any other condition that may affect the safe operation of the machine). If damaged, have the machine repaired before use.
I) Do not exceed the maximum product load. Exceeding the maximum permissible user weight or exercise load may cause damage to the product or serious injury.
m) The product should only be used indoors. The product must not be exposed to moisture.
n) It is recommended to perform exercises under the guidance of a professional trainer.
o) Before starting the exercise, make sure that no adjustment element of the product does not protrude on the way of movement of the person exercising.
p) Always warm up before using the device.
q) If you experience disturbing symptoms during exercise, e.g. chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, etc., stop training immediately and consult a physician.

NOTE! Although the machine has been designed to be safe and has been equipped with adequate safeguards, and despite the use of additional safety measures, there is still a small risk of accident or injury when operating it.
Caution and common sense are advised when using the machine.
3. Operation rules
The machine is used to train various parts of the body using appropriate exercises. The product is intended for use in professional fitness clubs, gyms, housing communities, etc.
The user is responsible for any damage caused by incorrect operation.

3.2. Preparing for operation
MACHINE LOCATION
Always operate the machine on a level, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface and out of the reach of children and persons with impaired mental, sensory and intellectual abilities. Keep at least 0.6 m of free space around the machine.
MACHINE ASSEMBLY
In order to install the machine correctly, prepare and use the following tools:
- M6 wrench
- Two 13/16" wrenches
- Two 17/19" wrenches
The machine should be installed in the sequence presented below. Before installation, it is recommended to group the components.

Apply the 365x60 reinforcing plate (11) on the outside of the right frame. Align the axes of the fastener, frames and plate holes. Fix the structures with M12x80 screws, M12 washers and M12 nuts. Slide the washer onto the fixing screw. Move it from the outside of the frame through the hole axes. Attach with a washer and nut from the inside.
The left frame (2) with the fastener (5) is installed in the same way.

⑤ ① ⑪ 8-(-||p ||) =b) Place the machine platform (3) between the side frames (1, 2). Repeat the above-mentioned procedure to assemble all parts. Use the 180x50 reinforcing plate (12).
Fix the main frame (4) to the lower stabilising fastener (5). For this purpose, align the axes of the main frame and connector holes at the connection point. Apply the 180x50 reinforcing plate (12) on the outside. Attach the upper fastener using M12x80 screws, M12 washers and M12 nuts. Slide the washer onto the fixing screw. Move it from the outside of the frame through the hole axes. Attach with a washer and nut from the inside. Attach the lower fastener using M12x70 screws, M12 washers and M12 nuts. The fixing procedure is as above.

STEP II

8 7 14 6 9a) Place the headrest (8) and the backrest (7) on the main frame. Place the seat (14) on the machine support (6). Align the mounting hole axes. Lock the structures from the bottom with M8x25 screws and M8 washers.
b) Insert the support (6) into the main frame opening axis. Lock with the adjustment lock.

Technical diagram of a mechanical device with numbered components for identificationc) Fasten the load holders (9) to the side machine frames. Guide the holder pin through the frame opening axis. Secure on the outside with a M10 washer and M10 nut. Repeat the procedure for all handles.
All connections of the machine should be fixed and pressed correctly. After completing the assembly activities, it is allowed to start working with the machine.
Before each use, adjust the seat height according to your preferences. The height of the machine is adjusted by releasing the adjustment lock and extending or sliding the bracket. After determining the desired working height, lock the bracket by mounting the adjustment lock in a given hole.

NOTE! After each adjustment, remember to check that the adjustment lock been seated correctly.
3.3. Cleaning and maintenance
a) After each cleaning, all components should be well dried before the machine is used again.
b) Store the machine in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
c) Do not spray the machine with a stream of water and do not immerse it in water.
d) Regularly inspect the machine for technical failure and damage.
e) Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
f) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning (e.g. a wire brush or metal scraper) as these may damage the surface of the machine.
g) Do not clean the machine with acidic substances, medical products, thinners, fuel, oil or other chemicals as they may damage it.
h) Check the fasteners every day before working with the machine.
i) Every day before starting work with the machine, check the stability of the installed backrest and seat.
j) Once a week, it is recommended that the stability of the machine mounting should be checked.
At the end of its service life, this product must not be disposed of with normal household waste, but should be taken to a collection point for electric and electronic machine recycling. This is shown by the symbol placed on the product, operating manual or the packaging. Materials used in the machine can be reused according to their intended use. By reusing materials or conducting other forms of disposing of worn machines, you make a significant contribution to the protection of our environment.
A local administration will provide you with information about the correct facility for worn equipment disposal.
