1. General description
These instructions are intended to assist you in safe and reliable use. The product is designed and manufactured strictly according to technical specifications using the latest technology and components and maintaining the highest quality standards.
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND THEM BEFORE USE.
To ensure long and reliable operation of the machine, care should be taken to operate and maintain it correctly in accordance with the instructions. The technical data and specifications contained in these instructions are up-to-date. The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes for the purpose of quality improvement. Taking technological progress and the possibility to reduce noise into account, the machine is designed and built so that risks resulting from noise emissions are reduced to the lowest possible level.

NOTE! The illustrations in this manual are for illustrative purposes only differ in some details from the actual product appearance.
The original version of the instructions is the German version. Other language versions are translations from German.
2. Operation safety

NOTE! Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in serious injury or death.
The term "machine" or "product" in warnings and instructions refers to a LOW ROW.
2.1. Safety
a) If in doubt as to whether the product is working properly or if you detect damage, contact the manufacturer's service.
b) Repairs of the product may only be carried out by the manufacturer's service. Do not carry out repairs yourself!
c) Keep these instructions for future reference. If the machine is to be passed on to third parties, the instructions for use must be handed over together with it.
d) Keep packaging parts and small assembly parts out of the reach of children.
e) Keep the machine away from children and animals.
2.2. Personal safety
a) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothing, jewellery or long hair can be caught by moving parts.
b) When transporting and moving the machine from the place of storage to the place of use, follow the health and safety regulations for manual transport that apply in the country in which the machine is used.
c) Clean the machine regularly to prevent the permanent accumulation of dirt.
d) It is forbidden to tamper with the machine in order to change its parameters or design.
e) Keep the machine away from sources of fire and heat.
f) Training equipment can only be used in places where access to it is controlled in detail by the owner.
g) Training equipment can only be used in places supervised by other people.
h) Children and adults with impaired mental, sensory and mental functions should be kept away from the equipment.
i) Incorrect or excessive training may result in a health hazard, so you should consult your trainer to choose the right exercise method and the right load.
j) Before use, check that any weight protection elements do not interfere with the exercises and that all adjustment elements have been correctly positioned.
k) Keep the machine in good working order. Before each use, check for general damage or damage to moving parts (cracks in parts and components or any other condition that may affect the safe operation of the machine). If damaged, have the machine repaired before use.
I) Do not exceed the maximum product load. Exceeding the maximum permissible user weight or exercise load may cause damage to the product or serious injury.
m) The product should only be used indoors. The product must not be exposed to moisture.
n) It is recommended that exercises should be performed under the guidance of a professional trainer.
o) Before starting the exercise, make sure that no adjustment element of the product protrudes on the way of exercising person's movement.
p) Always warm up before using the machine.
q) If you experience disturbing symptoms during exercise, e.g. chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, etc., stop training immediately and consult a physician.
r) Set the machine on a stable, dry and flat surface, maintaining at least 0.6 m of free space around it.
s) Before starting the exercise consult your physician to determine if there are any health contraindications.
NOTE! Although the machine has been designed to be safe and has been equipped with adequate safeguards, and despite the use of additional safety measures, there is still a small risk of accident or injury when operating it. Caution and common sense are advised when using the machine.
3. Operation rules
The machine is used to train upper body parts, using correct exercises.
The product is intended for use in professional fitness clubs, gyms, housing communities, etc.
The user is responsible for any damage caused by incorrect operation.
3.1. Machine description

3.2. Preparing for operation
MACHINE LOCATION
Always operate the machine on a level, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface and out of the reach of children and persons with impaired mental, sensory and intellectual abilities. Keep at least 0.6 m of free space around the machine.
MACHINE ASSEMBLY
The machine should be installed in the sequence presented below. Before installation, it is recommended to group the components.

Black fitness exercise machine with curved arm and vertical support (no text or symbols visible)a) Connect the machine bases (10, 11) with front (14) and rear (9) fasteners. For this purpose, use M12x135 screws, M12 washers and M12 safety nuts. Align the axes of the base and fastener holes. Slide the washer onto the fastening screw. Insert the prepared assembly into the outer axis of the hole. Secure with a washer and nut from the inside. Repeat the procedure for all holes.

Use M12x75 screws, M12 washers and M12 locknuts. Align the fastener and frame hole axes. Slide the washer onto the fastening screw. Insert the prepared assembly into the outer axis of the hole. Secure with a washer and nut from the inside. Repeat the procedure for all holes.

Use M12x135 bolts, M12 washers and M12 locknuts. The installation procedure as the same as for connecting the rear fastener with frames (see above).
d) Fasten the upper part of the main frame (13) to the side frame stabiliser (12) with M12x135 screws, M12 washers and M12 locknuts. Guide the screw from the outside.
e) Attach the side frame stabiliser (12) to the left (1) and right (2) machine frames. For this purpose, use M12x135 screws, M12 washers and M12 safety nuts. Guide the screw from the outside.

To do this, align the hole axes. Pass the rotating roller through the hole. Secure the arm on both sides with bearing washers and M8x20 screws.

c) Fix the training load holders (5, 6) to the training arms. To do this, insert the holders into the middle hole axes. On the inside of the arm, attach with an M8 washer and M8x30 screw. Finally, fix the cap.
f) Fix the left and right (8, 7) load holder the side frames of the machine. Fasten with M8x25 screws, M8 washers and M8 nuts. Guide the screws from the inside of the side support frames.

15 16 17a) Place the seat support frame (17) on the main frame (13). Fasten with screws, washers, locknuts and sliding sleeves.

M10 M10 M10x20 M5 625 M5x16 M5x16 M5 625b) Place the seat (16) on the assembled structure. Secure with M8 washers and M8x25 screws.
c) Align the backrest mounting holes (15) with the main frame holes. Fasten the backrest with M8 washers and M8x70 screws.
All connections of the machine should be fixed and pressed correctly. After completing the assembly activities, it is allowed to start working with the machine. Before each use, adjust the seat height according to your preferences. To adjust the seat position, move it seat up or down.
3.3. Cleaning and maintenance
a) After each cleaning, all components should be well dried before the machine is used again.
b) Store the machine in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
c) Do not spray the machine with a stream of water and do not immerse it in water.
d) Regularly inspect the machine for technical failure and damage.
e) Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
f) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning (e.g. a wire brush or metal scraper) as these may damage the surface of the machine.
g) Do not clean the machine with acidic substances, medical products, thinners, fuel, oil or other chemicals as they may damage it.
At the end of its service life, this product must not be disposed of with normal household waste, but should be taken to a collection point for electric and electronic machine recycling. This is shown by the symbol placed on the product, operating manual or the packaging. Materials used in the machine can be reused
according to their intended use. By reusing materials or conducting other forms of disposing of worn machines, you make a significant contribution to the protection of our environment.
A local administration will provide you with information about the correct facility for worn equipment disposal.
