2. Operation safety

NOTE! Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow these instructions and instructions may result in serious injury or death.

2.1. Safety

2.2. Personal safety

a) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothing, jewellery or long hair can be caught by moving parts.
b) When transporting and moving the machine from the place of storage to the place of use, follow the health and safety regulations for manual transport that apply in the country in which the machine is used.
c) Clean the machine regularly to prevent the permanent accumulation of dirt.
d) It is forbidden to tamper with the machine in order to change its parameters or design.
e) Keep the machine away from sources of fire and heat.
f) Training equipment can only be used in places where access to it is controlled in detail by the owner.
g) Training equipment can only be used in places supervised by other people.
h) Children and adults with impaired mental, sensory and mental functions should be kept away from the equipment.

i) Incorrect or excessive training may result in a health hazard, so you should consult your trainer to choose the right exercise method and the right load.
j) Before use, check that any weight protection elements do not interfere with the exercises and that all adjustment elements have been correctly positioned.

3. Operation rules

The machine is used to train upper body parts, using correct exercises.

The product is intended for use in professional fitness clubs, gyms, housing communities, etc.

The user is responsible for any damage caused by incorrect operation.

3.2. Preparing for operation

MACHINE LOCATION

Always operate the machine on a level, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface and out of the reach of children and persons with impaired mental, sensory and intellectual abilities. Keep at least 0.6m of free space around the machine.

MACHINE ASSEMBLY

In order to install the machine correctly, prepare and use the following tools:

  1. M6 wrench
  2. M10 wrench
  3. Two 13/16" wrenches
  4. Two 17/19" wrenches

The machine should be installed in the sequence presented below. Before installation, it is recommended to group the components.

STEP1

a) Mount the side (right, left) machine support frames (1, 2) on the main frame (3). For this purpose, apply the side support frames on both sides of the main frame and align the hole axes. Insert the M12x100 screw with the M12 washer, from the side of the right side support frame, routing it through all hole axes. Secure the assembly, from the side of the left side support frame, with the M12 washer and M12 locknut.

a) Insert the seat bracket (5) with the seat (6) installed into the axis of the main frame opening. To do this, extend the adjustment lock pin. Insert the bracket and set the desired height. Align the holes and secure them by inserting the height adjustment lock pin.
b) Place the side load holders (11, 12) in the frame hole (1, 2) axes. Mount the connection screws with washers to the handle pins. To install the structure, remove the fastener. Then, from the outside, guide the holder pin through the hole axis. Attach from the inside with a washer and screw (M8x20). Install the left/right handle using a similar procedure.

a) Fasten the platform (4) to the side support frames. Place the fastening bracket on the side support frames (1, 2). Align the hole axes. Fasten with M12x65 screws, M12 washers and M12 nuts.

a) Fasten the backrest (10) and headrest (9) support frames to the main frame (3). For this purpose, place three reinforcement plates (13) on the support frames.

b) Place the backrest and headrest on the assembly mounted as above.

All connections of the machine should be fixed and pressed correctly. After completing the assembly activities, it is allowed to start working with the machine.

Before each use, adjust the seat height according to your preferences. The height of the machine is adjusted by releasing the seat height adjustment lock pin and extending or retracting the adjustment tube. After determining the desired working height, lock the adjusting element by placing the lock pin in a given hole.

NOTE! After each adjustment, remember to see if the seat height

adjustment lock pin has been seated correctly.

3.3. Cleaning and maintenance

a) After each cleaning, all components should be well dried before the machine is used again.
b) Store the machine in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
c) Do not spray the machine with a stream of water and do not immerse it in water.
d) Regularly inspect the machine for technical failure and damage.
e) Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
f) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning (e.g. a wire brush or metal scraper) as these may damage the surface of the machine.
g) Do not clean the machine with acidic substances, medical products, thinners, fuel, oil or other chemicals as they may damage it.
h) Check the fasteners every day before working with the machine.
i) Every day before starting work with the machine, check the stability of the installed backrest and seat.
j) Once a week, it is recommended that the stability of the machine mounting should be checked.

At the end of its service life, this product must not be disposed of with normal household waste, but should be taken to a collection point for electric and electronic machine recycling.
