Turn anticlockwise Pulp more moist and less juice

Turn clockwise Pulp drier and more juice

Note: If the control nozzle is inserted too far, very firm or dry pulp can block the control nozzle. Turn the control nozzle to move out further or remove completely.

Assembling the juice attachment

Note: Before assembling, check the condition and proper positioning of the sealing rings of the worm conveyor and the filter holder. Never use without the sealing rings and never use if they are damaged.

Using the juice attachment

Notes

■ During processing, make sure that the filter insert and the control nozzle do not become blocked or liquid may be forced into the drive and the interior of the appliance. If the juice attachment is blocked, switch off the appliance at once. → "Troubleshooting", Page 35

- The pips of some fruit are similar in size to the openings of the fine or the coarse filter insert and may block it. - Cut large items of fruit into pieces so they fit into the filling shaft. Remove hard peel, stalks, cores and stones.

- Do not process fruit when frozen. - Do not apply great force with the pusher.

en Citrus press

■ Never use the grain mill attachment without having added food.
■ Check food for foreign bodies, e.g. stones, before processing.
■ Only process food if its surfaces are dry and it contains little residual moisture.
■ Before using with another food, clean the grinding mechanism thoroughly to prevent any transfer of taste.
