Instructions for use

  • Never leave children unattended with the pack- aging materials. There is a risk of suffocation.
  • Never wrap the expanders around your head, neck or chest. Risk of strangulation! Risk of injury for children!
  • Children must not be allowed to play with the product. Inform children that the product is not a toy.
  • Bear in mind that children are playful and like to experiment. Avoid situations and behav- iours that are not appropriate for the product.
  • To eliminate the risk of injury, children must not be within reach of the product during the workout.
  • Cleaning and maintenance must not be car- ried out by children without supervision.
  • The product must be stored somewhere that is inaccessible to children when not in use. Risk of injury!
  • This apparatus may be used by children from 14 years of age upwards, as well as by persons with diminished physical, sensory or mental abilities, or those with little experience and knowledge, if they are supervised or instructed with regard to its safe use, provided they also understand the potential risks. Chil- dren must not play with the apparatus.
  • No modifications may be made to the product!
  • Use the product only as specified in the ‘Intended use’ section.
  • Check the product for damage or wear before each use. Do not use the product any more if it is damaged.

The training device is designed for personal use and is not suitable for medical, therapeutic or commercial purposes. The training device is only suitable for indoor use.14

  • Do not use the expanders for other purposes (e.g. as a tension cable, towing rope or similar).
  • Never place your entire body weight on the product.
  • Always use both fitness rollers.
  • Never use the expanders without the fitness roller! There is a risk of injury! Risk of injury when training!
  • Before each exercise session with the ex- panders, check that the expanders are firmly attached to the fitness rollers.
  • Do not pull the expanders beyond the maxi- mum stretch length of 180cm.
  • Consult your doctor before you start train- ing. Make sure you are healthy enough to exercise.
  • Do not use the product if you are injured or your health is impaired.
  • Always remember to warm up before exer- cising and exercise according to your current performance ability. Over-exertion and over-exercising can lead to serious injuries.
  • Stop exercising immediately and contact a doc- tor if you experience pain, weakness or fatigue.
  • Pregnant women should exercise only after consulting with their doctor.
  • The product must be used by only one person at a time.
  • Keep a clear space of approx. 0.6m around all sides of the exercise area (Fig. E).
  • Do not exercise when you are tired or distracted. Do not exercise directly after eating a meal: wait approx. two hours before beginning to exercise.
  • Ventilate the exercise room sufficiently but beware of draughts.
  • Keep yourself sufficiently hydrated during your workout. Dangers due to wear and tear!
  • The product may be used only if it is in perfect condition. Check the product for damage or wear before each use.
  • The safety of the product can only be guar- anteed if it is regularly inspected for damage and wear and tear. If damaged, it must not be used anymore.
  • Protect the product from extreme tempera- tures, sun and moisture. Improper storage and use of the product could lead to premature wear and tear, and possible breakages in the structure, which could result in injuries.
  • The elastomers in the expander must be pro- tected from direct sunlight. Use (Fig. A) Attaching an expander to the fit- ness roller

1. Guide the short end of the expander (2)

through a fitness roller (1) as shown in Fig. A.

2. Insert the clip (3) through the short end of the

expander. Make sure that the opening of the clip is pointing outwards.

3. Pull on the expander so that the clip is firmly

positioned on the fitness roller.

4. Push the castors out from the fitness roller.

5. Repeat these steps for the other fitness roller.

Removing an expander from the fitness roller

1. Use a suitable screwdriver (not included in the

package contents) to remove the screws from the cover of the fitness roller.

2. Remove the cover.

3. Remove the expander with the clip.

4. Screw the cover back on.

General exercise instructions Exercise tips

  • Wear comfortable sports clothing and athletic shoes.
  • Warm up before each exercise session and warm down at the end.
  • Take sufficient breaks between the exercises and keep yourself sufficiently hydrated.
  • If you are a beginner, never exercise too intensely. Increase the intensity of the exercise sessions slowly.
  • Perform all exercises smoothly, not jerkily, and at a consistent tempo.
  • Be sure to breathe steadily: exhale during exertion and inhale upon release.

1. Place the fitness rollers about shoulder-width

apart parallel to your body.

2. Support yourself with both hands on the grips

of the fitness roller. Your body is stretched out and forms a straight line. Tense your abdomi- nal muscles.

3. Only the tips of your toes are touching the floor.

4. In the starting position, your arms are

stretched out and your body is raised.

5. Bend your arms and lower your upper body in

a controlled movement until your upper arms are parallel to your upper body.

6. Push your body back up and return to the

starting position without fully straightening your arms.

7. Repeat the exercise 10 to 25 times in three sets.

1. Place your knees on the knee cushions and

position yourself on the tips of your toes.

2. Hold the product in front of you with both

hands. Your elbows are slightly bent and are positioned below your shoulders.

3. Tense your buttock and abdominal muscles and

pull your shoulder blades towards your spine.

4. Slowly roll the product straight in front of you.

5. Keep your head as an extension of your spine

and do not overextend your neck.

6. Lower your upper body and pelvis as far as

you are able to without touching the floor and while maintaining your body tension.

7. After a short pause in the end position, roll

your upper body back to the starting position.

8. Repeat the exercise 10 to 15 times in three sets.

General exercise plan Create an exercise plan that suits your needs with six to eight sets of exercises. Pay attention to the following fundamentals:

  • A set should consist of approx. 12 repetitions of one exercise.
  • Each set can be repeated three times.
  • You should take a 30-second break between each set.
  • Warm up your different muscle groups well before each exercise session.
  • We also recommend stretching after each exercise session. Warming up Take sufficient time before each exercise session to warm up. Some simple warm-up exercises are described below. You should repeat each exercise two to three times. Neck muscles

1. Turn your head slowly to the left and to the

right. Repeat this movement four to five times.

2. Rotate your head slowly, first in one direction,

and then in the other. Arms and shoulders

1. Clasp your hands behind your back and pull

them upwards slowly. Bend your upper body forwards at the same time to fully warm up all your muscles.

2. Rotate both shoulders forwards at the same

time and change direction after one minute.

3. Lift your shoulders up to your ears and then let

steps on the spot. Make sure you lift your legs only to a height where you are still able to maintain your balance well. Straight abdominal muscles and upper arms with expander (Fig. D) Muscles used: shoulder, straight abdominal and buttock Sequence Use the expanders for this exercise. Guide the ends of the expanders through your athletic shoes.
