How to turn the device on and off?

Press and hold the on/off button (symbol ⏻) for 2 seconds to turn on. A beep sounds and the green LED lights up. To turn off, briefly press the same button. The device automatically shuts off after approx. 20 minutes.

What massage accessories are included and what are they used for?

Five accessories are provided: intensive 3-point (deep tissue), curved (arms/legs), 3-point (deep tissue), 1-point (trigger points), half-sphere (full body). They screw onto the device's thread.

How to clean the device?

Always unplug the device before cleaning. Use a damp cloth with a little mild detergent if necessary. Never immerse the device in water or other liquid. Do not use abrasive products.

Is the device waterproof?

No, the device is not waterproof. It must not be immersed in water or placed under running water. Protect it from moisture and splashes. Risk of electric shock.

How long can I use it continuously?

The device has an automatic shut-off after 20 minutes to prevent overheating. You can turn it back on after a pause of about 10 minutes to cool it down.

Can I use the device on my face?

No, use on the face, eyes, larynx or other sensitive areas is prohibited. The massage is designed for the body (shoulders, back, arms, legs, calves, thighs).

Are there any medical contraindications?

Yes: do not use in case of herniated disc, spinal changes, pacemaker (unless advised by a doctor), swollen/burned/inflamed areas, pregnancy, under the influence of medication or alcohol. Consult a doctor if in doubt.

What to do if the device does not turn on?

Check that the power plug is properly inserted and that the outlet works. If the problem persists, contact customer service. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.

Is the device noisy?

The device produces a slight mechanical noise during operation, which is normal. The different modes may emit audible pulses. If the noise becomes excessive, check if an accessory is not properly attached.

What is the warranty and how to activate it?

The warranty is 3 years from the date of purchase. Keep the receipt. In case of a defect, contact customer service (phone or email) and send the device with proof of purchase. Repairs are free of charge during the warranty period.

This product is designed for massaging skin, connective tissue and muscular system. Do not use the product for any other purpose. The product is only intended for private household use, not for commercial purposes. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damages caused by improper use.
