How to start charging?

Insert the plug into the power outlet, then remove the cap and insert the charging connector fully into the vehicle's charging port. Charging starts automatically.

How to stop charging?

First unplug the plug from the power outlet, then disconnect the charging connector from the vehicle. Close the protective cap and store the charger in its bag.

How to adjust the charging current?

Make sure the cable is disconnected from the vehicle. Press and hold the "Amps" button for 2 seconds to enter adjustment mode. Briefly press to choose between 8, 10, 13 and 16 A, then press and hold again for 2 seconds to confirm.

How to use the timer?

Disconnect the cable from the vehicle. Press and hold the "Time" button for 2 seconds. Briefly press to select 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 hours. Press and hold again for 2 seconds to confirm. Charging will start after the delay.

What does the PE indicator "½!" mean?

"½!" indicates that the upstream protective conductor (PE) has not been detected. In this case, charging cannot start. Check the grounded outlet or disable PE detection if necessary.

How to disable PE detection?

Press the "Amps" and "Time" buttons simultaneously for 4 seconds. The function is disabled or re-enabled in the same way. Caution: this presents a risk if the outlet has no ground.

What to do in case of an error on the screen?

Refer to the fault table in the manual: codes include CP Error, Relay error, Overvoltage/undervoltage, Overcurrent protection, etc. Depending on the error, check connections and power supply.

Can I charge if the outlet has no ground?

The charger can operate without ground if you disable PE detection (see previous question). However, it is strongly recommended to charge with a properly grounded outlet for safety reasons.

How to clean the charger?

Never clean the charger with chemicals or water. Simply wipe it with a clean, dry cloth. Make sure it is unplugged before any cleaning.

What are the usage precautions?

Use the charger in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, out of reach of children and animals. Do not use it if damaged. Never open the enclosure during charging. Use an external circuit breaker.

Users must check the PE detection mark " 12 " on the display before each use. (PE meaning protective conductor)

1.If the Mark " 1三 " is displayed on the screen, it indicates that the charger shall verify the presence of the upstream PE, and the charging process will only begin when the upstream PE is present.

ATTENTION: if the mark "½!" appears, it means that the upstream PE has not been detected and the charging cannot be started.

2.If the Mark " 1 " is NOT displayed on the screen, it indicates that the charger has no function to verify the presence of the upstream PE, and can be charged whether or not the PE can be detected.

ATTENTION: It is strongly recommended that users charge under condition 1. Condition 2 has certain security risks due to the absence of PE. So Condition 2 should only be used under the premise that users can ensure safety and in special circumstances where PE does not exist in the power system.

Deactivate PE Detection: Press "Amps+Time" for 4s together.

Reactivate PE Detection: Press "Amps+Time" for 4s together.

Use of the charger - start charging
