How to start charging with the P3PM2T2 charger?

Plug the power plug into a suitable socket, then insert the T2 connector into the vehicle. Charging starts automatically. Make sure the socket is properly grounded.

How to adjust the charging current?

First disconnect the connector from the vehicle. Insert the power plug, then press and hold the «Amps» button for 2 seconds. Then use short presses to switch between 8, 10, 13 and 16 A. Confirm by holding the button for 2 seconds.

How to use the timer function?

Disconnect the connector from the vehicle. Plug in the power plug, press and hold the «Time» button for 2 seconds, then choose the delay (1, 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 h) with short presses. Confirm by holding the button for 2 seconds. Charging will start after the delay.

What does the «½!» display on the screen mean?

This symbol indicates that the upstream protective conductor (PE) is not detected. Charging cannot start until grounding is correct. Check your electrical installation.

Can this charger be used outdoors?

Yes, the control box has an IP65 protection rating, which protects against dust and water jets. However, place it in a dry location away from direct weather.

What to do if the charger displays an overtemperature error?

If the temperature warning light turns on, stop charging and let the charger cool down. Avoid exposing it to sunlight or a heat source. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Is the charger compatible with a single-phase installation?

No, the P3PM2T2 model is designed for three-phase power supply (380-450 V). It will not work properly on a standard single-phase socket.

How to clean the charger?

Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the enclosure and cable. Never use chemicals, solvents, or high-pressure cleaners. Do not clean the vehicle during charging.

Can I use an extension cord with this charger?

It is not recommended to use an extension cord, as it may cause voltage drop and overheating risks. Plug the charger directly into a wall socket with a circuit breaker.

What to do if the charger does not detect grounding?

Check the power socket: it must be properly connected to ground. If the «½!» symbol appears, charging will not start. You can temporarily disable PE detection by pressing «Amps»+«Time» simultaneously for 4 seconds, but this poses a safety risk.

Users must check the PE detection mark " 12 " on the display before each use. (PE meaning protective conductor)

1.If the Mark " 1三 " is displayed on the screen, it indicates that the charger shall verify the presence of the upstream PE, and the charging process will only begin when the upstream PE is present.

ATTENTION: if the mark "½!" appears, it means that the upstream PE has not been detected and the charging cannot be started.

2.If the Mark " 1 " is NOT displayed on the screen, it indicates that the charger has no function to verify the presence of the upstream PE, and can be charged whether or not the PE can be detected.

ATTENTION: It is strongly recommended that users charge under condition 1. Condition 2 has certain security risks due to the absence of PE. So Condition 2 should only be used under the premise that users can ensure safety and in special circumstances where PE does not exist in the power system.

Deactivate PE Detection: Press "Amps+Time" for 4s together.

Reactivate PE Detection: Press "Amps+Time" for 4s together.

Use of the charger - start charging
