WARNING!

Never start the mincer without processed food.

  1. Adjusting the grinding fineness, coarse/fine

Turn the adjusting ring: - against the direction of the arrow = coarse grind - in the direction of the arrow = fine grind. Choose any value between the extreme positions: - STOP = coarsest grind - 1 = finest grind (never start with this)

BOSCH MFW3910W - WARNING! - 1

  1. Plug the plug into the socket. Turn on the device.

Attention!

The maximum permissible duration of continuous operation of the device is 15 minutes. After that, let it cool down for 45 minutes!

Do not insert your hands into the feed chute.

Attention!

Remove the hard cores from the fruits before juicing. Such cores, e.g., peach pits, can be removed with special tools. To remove them, use tools with long handles, such as special spoons. Do not process frozen fruits. Do not press the pusher too hard.

→ Bowl with pusher

  1. Install the prepared nozzle with the pusher onto the drive of the main unit of the device.
  2. Turn the nozzle against the direction of the arrow until it clicks into place. Tighten the threaded ring.
  3. Install the pulp container and insert the pusher into the feed chute.
  4. Cut the fruits. Remove the pits if necessary so that they pass through the feed chute without pressing. Remove the cores (e.g., from apples and plums).

Place one container under each spout: for juice and pulp. Place the prepared fruits into the feed chute.

  1. Plug the device into a power outlet. Turn on the device.
  2. Gently press the fruits with the pusher into the feed chute.
  3. The juice will flow through the spout into the container. The pulp (solid parts) will be squeezed out through the spout for pulp.
  4. Season the meat with salt before cooking. If you twist it a little, the meat will be juicier; if you twist it more, it will be drier, and more juice will be released from it. If the meat is too dry, add salt so that the meat does not lose its flavor.
  5. After finishing the work, turn off the device and disconnect it from the power supply.
  6. Remove the loading tray and cover.
  7. While pressing the fixation button, turn the nozzle counterclockwise until it releases.

Remove the nozzle, disassemble it, and wash all parts. → «Cleaning and maintenance» see page 221

  1. To remove the citrus filter, pull it by the tab and carefully take it out.

Caution!

When handling juice, be careful. Do not allow damage to the citrus filter. If the inlet opening of the housing is clogged with pulp from the juicer, the drive may be affected.

If the housing opening is clogged, turn off the device and disconnect it from the power supply. Remove the nozzle, disassemble it, and wash all parts. → «Cleaning and maintenance» see page 221

Cleaning and maintenance

The device and all accessories used with it must be thoroughly cleaned after each use.

Danger of electric shock!

  • Before cleaning, the power cord must be disconnected from the outlet. Never immerse the base unit in water or place it in the dishwasher.

Danger of injury! Do not touch the sharp blades and edges of the chopping and cutting inserts. For cleaning, use a brush.

WARNING! It is forbidden to use metal sponges or cleaning agents! Do not use sharp or metal objects. Do not use abrasive sponges or cleaning agents.

The picture shows how to clean individual parts.

■Wash the level of the main blocks with a soft sponge and leave to dry. ■Disassemble the attachments in reverse order (see the «Preparation» section for the corresponding attachment). ■Wipe all the devices with a soft cloth or a brush moistened in a dishwashing detergent, or with a soft cloth. ■Let all parts dry.

Indicator

  • Wipe metal parts dry and lubricate with a small amount of vegetable oil to protect against rust. -During processing of such products as carrots, colored stains may form on plastic elements. They can be removed with a few drops of vegetable oil.

  6. Install the threaded ring on the housing and tighten it clockwise without applying force.

Application

Risk of injury is not excluded!

Do not insert your hands into the feed pipe. During operation, do not reach into the feed pipe. Discarded parts may cause eye injuries.

Attention!

If a grain mill is installed, never use the reverse function. This may cause damage to the attachment!

→See figures L

  1. Install the prepared attachment inclined onto the drive of the main unit.
  2. Turn the spindle counterclockwise until it locks with the coupling. Tighten the ring on the thread.
  3. Install the feed pipe.
  4. Place a suitable container under the attachment. Fill the feed pipe. → "Tips" see page 238

Attention!

Never start the mill attachment without products to be ground.

  1. Adjust the grinding degree by turning the adjusting ring: - counterclockwise = coarser grinding - clockwise = finer grinding Always choose a value between the following points: - STOP = coarsest grinding - 1 = finest grinding (never start with this)

BOSCH MFW3910W - Attention! - 1

  1. Plug the power plug into the outlet. Turn on the appliance.

Attention! The appliance should not operate continuously for more than 15 minutes. After this, let it cool for 45 minutes!

  1. Flour is dispensed through the perforated chamber.
  2. The grinding degree can be adjusted during operation in small steps.

Attention! If you turn the adjusting ring beyond the STOP mark during operation, this can lead to damage to the appliance.

  1. Immediately after grinding is complete, turn off the appliance and unplug the power plug from the outlet.
  2. Remove the loading hopper. 11. While holding the release button, turn the attachment clockwise so that it is released.

  6. Screw the pulp outlet head into the filter holder. The attachment with the juice strainer is ready for operation.

Application

Warning

Risk of injury!

Do not insert your hands into the feed chute.

Attention!

  • Remove the tough peel from fruits, seeds, and pits. You can squeeze juice from berries, for example, currants, together with the stalks.
  • Before squeezing juice from fruits with fairly large seeds and pits, for example, plums and cherries, you must remove the seeds and pits. Do not process frozen fruits. Do not create excessive pressure with the pusher.

→ PAnpucyHkoB N

  1. Install the prepared inclined tray on the drive of the main unit.
  2. Turn the tray clockwise until it locks with a click. Tighten the threaded ring.
  3. Install the loading chute and insert the pusher into the loading pipe.
  4. Prepare the fruits for processing. Large fruits should be pre-crushed so that they pass through the loading pipe without pressure. Remove large pits (e.g., from cherries, plums).

Place containers under the openings for juice and pulp. Load the prepared fruits into the loading chute.

  1. Connect the power cord to the outlet. Turn on the appliance.
  2. Place the pusher on the pusher, and turn the loading pipe clockwise.
  3. The juice flows out through the outlet funnel. The fruit pulp (solid components) is squeezed out through the head for the outlet of the pulp.
  4. Adjust the head for the outlet of the pulp. When you unscrew it, the pulp becomes more moist, when you screw it in, it becomes drier, and more juice flows out of the funnel. If the pulp is too dry, unscrew the head so that the appliance does not clog with fruit pulp.
  5. After finishing work, turn off the appliance and remove the plug from the socket.
  6. Remove the loading tray and the pusher. 11. While holding the release button, turn the attachment in the direction of the arrow so that it is released.

■ Remove the attachment, disassemble it and clean all parts. → «Care and cleaning» see p. 238 12. To clean the filter, hook the hook into the hole of the filter and carefully pull out the filter.

Attention!

If the outlet opening of the housing is clogged with pulp or a bone may get into the drive. If the outlet opening of the housing is clogged, turn off the appliance and remove the plug from the socket. Remove the attachment, disassemble it and clean all parts. → «Care and daily cleaning» see p. 238
