USER MANUAL Microdisk TrekStor

Only use the provided connection options (adapter and USB cable) to connect the DataStation to your PC. Insert the mini-USB plug into the DataStation and the USB 2.0 plug into a USB port of your PC. Your operating system will immediately recognize the DataStation and will add the DataStation as a "l o c A l Di s k " (or "lo c A l Dr i v e ") under "M y co M p u t e r ".

After successful startup of the device, a local disk "tr e k st o r " appears under "My c o M p u t e r " (Windows®) or on your "D e s k t o p " (Mac® OS X).

  • Select the desired files or folders with your mouse.
  • Position the mouse pointer over the selected files or folders, and press the right mouse button. Select "c o p y " from the context menu that appears.
  • Under "M y c o M p u t e r " / "De s k t o p ", select the desired target (such as the "tr e k st o r " drive).
