IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS. READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
- This product is only suitable for private household use and it is not designed for commercial purpose.
- Danger of electric shock! Do not attempt to repair the product yourself. In case of malfunction, repairs are to be conducted by qualified personnel only.
- Warning! During cleaning or operation do not immerse the electrical parts of the product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product under running water.
- This product shall not be used by children. Keep the product and its cord out of reach of children.
- This product can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are under supervision or have been given instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the product.
- Danger of burns! Do not use the product during the cooking process, with boiling liquids or hot fat.
- Regularly check the power plug and power cord for damage. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a danger or injury.
- Danger of injury! Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
- Always disconnect the product from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Switch off the product and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- Never use accessories which are not recommended by the manufacturer. They could pose a safety risk to the user and might damage the product. Only use original parts and accessories.

Use the product only for its intended purpose and with recommended accessories and components. Improper use or wrong operation may lead to hazards.

Do not continuously operate the product for too long to avoid overheating the motor. The product is not suitable for continuous operation. Please refer to Processing guide for operation and rest time. Let the product cool down if the product housing becomes too hot. Only operate the product again, after it has cooled.
- Never add ingredients to the container while the product is operating.
- Never let the blade face towards anybody while operating the product.
- Do not touch the blade, blade guard and moving parts. Keep fingers, hair, clothing and utensils (e.g. knives, forks etc.) away from all moving parts.
- During operation, keep hands and utensils out of the container to reduce the risk of severe personal injury and/ or damage to the blender. Only use a scraper when the product is not running.
- Clean the product and all other accessories after each use.

- Keep this instruction manual for future use. Should this product be passed on to a third party, then this instruction manual must be included.
- Before connecting the product to the power supply, make sure that the power supply voltage and current rating corresponds with the power supply details shown on the product rating label.
- Never use a damaged product! Disconnect the product from the electrical outlet and contact your retailer if it is damaged.
- To avoid damaging the cord, do not squeeze, bend or chafe it on sharp edges. Keep it away from hot surfaces and open flames as well. Do not let rotating blades touch the power cord.
- Lay out the cord in such a way that no unintentional pulling or tripping over it is possible.
- If an extension cord is used, its capacity needs to be suitable for the power consumed by the product.
- Do not operate the product with wet hands or while standing on a wet floor. Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
- Do not open the product casing under any circumstances. Do not insert any foreign objects into the inside of the casing.
- Do not pull the power plug out of the electrical outlet by the power cord and do not wrap the power cord around the product.
- Connect the power plug to an easily reachable electrical outlet so that in case of an emergency the product can be unplugged immediately. Pull the power plug out of the electrical outlet to completely switch off the product. Use the power plug as the disconnection device.
- Disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
- If the power cord should overheat, stop using the product and disconnect the product from the electrical outlet.
- Do not place the product on hot plates (gas, electric, coal cooking range, etc.). Keep the product away from hot surfaces and open flames. Always operate the product on a level, stable, clean, heat-resistant and dry surface.
- Never leave the product unattended during use.
- Dry the product and all accessories before connecting it to the power supply and prior to attaching the accessories.

INTENDED USE
The product is exclusively intended to mix and blend foodstuff. This product is only suitable for private household use and it is not designed for commercial purpose. Every other type of use can lead to damage to the product or injury.
The Imtron GmbH assumes no liability for damage to the product, for property damage or for personal injury due to careless or improper usage of the product, or usage of product which does not meet the manufacturer's specified purpose.

BEFORE FIRST TIME USE
- Remove the product and accessories carefully from the original packaging. It is recommended to keep the original packaging for storage. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, please observe applicable legal provisions. Should you have any questions regarding proper disposal, contact your local waste management center.
- Check for completeness and transport damage. In case of damages or incompleteness please contact your dealer.
After unpacking, please refer to chapter Cleaning and care.
OPERATION
Suitable for: Blending juices and shakes, mixing soft ingredients, pureeing cooked ingredients.

Mount the hand blender on the motor unit.
To do so, align the blender's icon with the motor unit's icon. Rotate the blender until it clicks in place. And icons must be aligned.

Connect the plug to a suitable outlet.

Dip the blender bar as deeply as possible into the ingredients. Work through the ingredients by moving the product gently up and down.
Hold the blender vertically. Tilting it might lead to splashing foodstuff.

Set the desired speed selection. Press and hold button. For using the extra fast turbo mode press and hold the button.
ATTENTION!
- Always ensure the product is disconnected from the power supply before it is fully and correctly assembled!
- Danger of hand injury! Handle the blade with care as it is very sharp!
- Never use your hands to reach into the food container. Always use wooden or plastic spatulas, and only when the hand blender is not running. Never insert e.g. knives, forks etc. into the container while using the product.
- Do not use this product for processing ice, hot liquids, heavy batter/dough, or hard foods.
- Never touch the blade of the blender. Touch it only a its shaft.
Pre-cut the food into small and even pieces.
NOTE: When pureeing food, make sure to use enough liquid (juice, milk, etc.) to obtain a smooth mixture. Adjust the consistency of the mixture by adding more liquid or soft solids. The clication necessary can only be attained, if enough fluid is added to the foodstuff.
CLEANING AND CARE

WARNING!
Before cleaning, always switch off the product and disconnect the plug from power.

Cleaning the motor unit: Use a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Make sure that no moisture is entering the product during cleaning.
Never immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids.

Cleaning the hand blender attachment: Wash the blending bar under running water. Then dry thoroughly.

Make sure that no liquid enters the shaft.
- Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp implements to clean your product.
Dry the product thoroughly after cleaning. - Store the product in a cool, dry location, away from children and pets.

Warning: The max. continuous operation time must not exceed 60 seconds low speed and 30 seconds using the turbo function.
WARNING!
If food gets stuck under the blade guard, always unplug the product before clearing the blockage.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If there are any problems during operation, please refer to the following table. If problems cannot be solved as indicated under Solution, please contact your manufacturer.
