NOISES MADE BY THE HOB
Induction hobs can make whistling or crackling sounds during normal operation, these actually come from the pots and pans as a result of the characteristics of the bottoms (for example, bottoms made of several layers of material, or uneven bottoms). These noises vary depending on the pots and pans used and the amount of food they contain, and are not indicative of a defect of any kind.
In addition, the induction hob is equipped with an internal cooling system to control the temperature of electronic parts; as a result, during operation and for several minutes after the hob has been switched off, the noise of the cooling fan will be audible. This is perfectly normal and indeed essential for proper functioning of the appliance.

- Mounting the hob to the worktop. Follow the instructions to ensure the appliance is installed correctly. If the hob is to be installed next to a gas hob, do not place the hob between the gas hob and the wall.

The distance between the upper surface of the hob and the hob's underside must be in accordance with the dimensions, given the gas hob. For proper operation of the hob, it must have a minimum free space between the working surface of the hob and the wall (min. 5 mm). When installing the hob under the hood, check that the hood is equipped with a cooling system. Do not install the hob for grilling close to the hob or the washing machine, so that the electronic components do not come into contact with the steam or water, which could damage them. In case of problems with the installation (instability), contact the service for maintenance, to find the complete mounting kit 4801 211 00112. For cleaning the hob for grilling, use a screwdriver (not included in the supply) and remove the perimeter springs, which are located at the bottom of the product.
