MULTI-COOKER WITH PRESSURE COOKER FUNCTION
The multi-cooker - pressure cooker is an all-purpose cooking unit that cooks food without oxygen preserving all vitamins and minerals as well as natural taste of products. The cooking process is fully automated and is determined by the chosen program. You can cook meat, poultry, fish and seafood dishes as well as vegetarian dishes, porridge, soups, garnish, pasta and pilaw, pastry and desserts.

SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the multi-cooker, read the instruction manual carefully. Keep this manual for further reference.
Use the multi-cooker only for the intended purposes specified in this manual. Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
- Before using the unit, examine the power cord and the power cord connector located on the unit body closely and make sure that they are not damaged. Do not use the unit if the power cord or the power cord connector is damaged.
- Before switching the multi-cooker on make sure that the home mains voltage corresponds to the unit operating voltage.
- The power cord is equipped with a “euro plug”; plug it into a socket with reliable grounding contact.
- Do not use adapters for plugging the unit in.
- Make sure that the power cord is properly inserted into the corresponding connector of the multi-cooker and the socket.
- Use only the supplied power cord, do not use the power cord of other units.
- Use only the removable parts supplied with the unit.
- Place the unit on the flat heat-resistant surface away from water, moisture and open flame.
- Place the unit with free access to the mains socket.
• Use the unit in places with proper ventilation.
• Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight. - Do not place the unit too close to walls and furniture.
- Provide that the power cord does not contact with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges. Avoid damaging of power cord isolation.
- Do not touch the power cord or power plug with wet hands.
- Do not immerse the unit, the power cord and plug into water and other liquids.
- If the unit was dropped into water, unplug it immediately. Do not put your hands into water! Apply to the authorized service center for checking of the unit.

Do not insert foreign objects into the openings of the unit or between its parts.
-
Provide that edges of clothes or foreign objects do not get between the lid and unit body.
- Do not leave the operating unit unattended, always switch the unit off and unplug it when you are not using it.
- In order to avoid injury do not bend over the pressure control valve and do not check the temperature of the released steam with the hand.
- Do not touch the lid during multi-cooker operation.
- Be very careful when opening the multi-cooker lid. Before opening the lid open the pressure control valve carefully and wait for complete pressure release.
- Keep the pressure control and lid blocking system valves clean, clean them when they get dirty.
- Never use the unit without the installed bowl and do not switch it on without products and sufficient amount of liquid in the cooking bowl.
- Do not use the multi-cooker without installed protection screen and silicone gasket on the protection screen.
- Do not use the multi-cooker if the silicone gasket on the protection screen is damaged.
- Follow the recommendations in the recipe book for amount of dry products and liquids while cooking.
- Do not open the lid or remove the bowl during operation.
- Do not cover the unit.
- Do not carry the unit during operation. Use the carrying handles, unplug the unit and let it cool down preliminary. Never carry the multi-cooker by the lid handle.
- The lid, cooking bowl and body parts heat up strongly during operation, do not touch them, use potholders, if you need to take out the hot bowl.
- Clean the unit regularly.
- For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.
- Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or film. Danger of suffocation!
• Do not allow children to use the unit as a toy. - This unit is not intended for usage by children or disabled persons unless they are given all
the necessary and understandable instructions by the person responsible for their safety on safety measures and information about danger that can be caused by improper usage of the unit.
• Children and disabled people can use the unit under adult supervision only.
- Do not use the unit outdoors.
- While disconnecting the unit from the mains never pull the power cord, take the plug and remove it carefully from the socket.
- Do not use the unit if the power plug or cord is damaged, if the unit malfunctions or after it was dropped. Do not try to repair the unit by yourself. Contact the authorized service center for all repair issues.
- Use the unit and its parts for the intended purposes only. Do not use the cooking bowl (6) with other heating units or surfaces.
- Do not replace the bowl (6) with any other container.
• Always make sure that the heating surface and the bottom of the bowl (6) are clean and dry. - Do not use the bowl (6) for mixing products. Never chop the products in the bowl (6) in order to avoid damage of non-stick coating.
- Never leave or keep any foreign objects in the bowl (6).
- Stir the products in the bowl (6) only with the plastic soup ladle (13) or spatula (14). You can also use wooden, plastic or silicon accessories.
- Do not use metal objects that can scratch the non-stick coating of the bowl (6).
- After cooking dishes with spices and seasonings clean the bowl (6) immediately (see chapter "Cleaning and care").
- Do not put the bowl (6) into cold water immediately after cooking as this can damage the non-stick coating; let it cool down preliminary.
CONTROL PANEL BUTTONS (2)
Each pressing of active buttons on the control panel (2) is accompanied by a sound signal.
ENGLISH
"START/STOP" Button (18)
Press the "STRAT/STOP" button to launch/stop the preselected program and to save the current time and cooking end time settings.
Note: If the "START/STOP" button (18) is pressed without choosing the program, the unit will start operating in the "RICE" mode.
"MENU" Button (16)
Press the button (16) repeatedly to choose a cooking, reheating or keep-warm program. The cooking (20), reheating (22) and keep-warm (19) program indicators are shown on the display (3).

Note:
- The time of the multi-cooker operation can be set only in the "CAKE" and "REHEAT" modes.
- Look for the options of using the cooking programs in the recipe book (supplied with the unit).
- Choose the cooking time for own recipes experimentally.
"MINUTES" (17) and "HOURS" (23) buttons
Use the buttons (17) and (23) to set the current time, cooking end-time and cooking time for the "CAKE" and "REHEAT" modes.
"DELAYED START" button (24)
The “DELAYED START” button (24) is used to set the current time or the cooking end time.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After the unit transportation or storage at low temperature it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.
- Unpack the unit, remove any stickers and package materials.
- Place the unit on the flat, heat-resistant surface away from all kitchen heat sources (gas cooker, electric cooker or cooking unit).
- Place the multi-cooker keeping at least 20 cm gap between the multi-cooker body and the wall and 30-40 cm gap above the unit.
- Do not place the multi-cooker close to the objects that can be damaged by the released steam of high temperature.
Attention! Do not use the unit near bath tubs, kitchen sinks or other containers filled with water.
- Open the multi-cooker lid (8) by turning it clockwise as far as it goes and take it off (fig. 1).
- Remove the protection screen (7) by pulling the screen handle (fig. 2).
- Remove the cooking bowl (6).
- Wash the protection screen (7) with the silicone gasket, lid (8), bowl (6), soup ladle (13), spatula (14) and measuring cup (15) with water and neutral detergent, then rinse under running water and dry.
- Clean the unit body with a damp cloth, then wipe it dry.
- Install the protection screen (7) with the silicone gasket back to its place (fig. 3).
- Install the drip tray (12) back to its place (fig. 8).
Current time setting
- Insert the power cord connector into the socket on the back side of the multi-cooker body.
- Insert the plug into the socket, you will hear a sound signal and the display (3) light will be switched on.
- Press the «DELAYED START» button (24), the time indication (21) will blink.
- Set the current time (24 Hr) by consequent pressing or holding the «HOURS» (23) and «MINUTES» (17) buttons.
- Press the «START/STOP» button (18) in order to save the settings.
- The current time is shown on the display (3) by the «Time-time» indicator
Note: If no actions for current time setting are taken or the button (18) is not pressed within 1 minute, the display light will be switched off and the display indications will remain unchanged.
USING OF THE Multi-cooker
- Put the food into the cooking bowl (6) following the recommendations given in the recipes (see “Recipe book”).
Note: Make sure that the level of products and liquids doesn't exceed the maximal mark. The maximal mark for different porridges (except rice) is 3L, the maximal mark for other products and liquids is 5L. The minimal level of the products in the bowl is 1L.
- Place the bowl (6) into the unit body. Make sure that the bowl (6) is placed evenly and has a tight contact with the heating element surface (fig. 4).
Note:
- Do not use the bowl (6) for washing cereals and do not chop products in it, this can damage the non-stick coating.
- Wipe the outer surface and the bottom of the bowl (6) dry before use.
- Make sure that there are no foreign objects, dirt and moisture on the heating element surface and on the bottom of the bowl (6).
- In the middle of the heating element there is a temperature sensor. Make sure that the movement of the sensor is not limited.
- Before installing the lid check the blocking system elements (11). They should be clean and the blocking system valve (11) in the handle (9) should be lowered (fig. 5).
- Place the lid (8) on the unit body with the lid blocking system towards the «OPEN-CLOSE» indicator on the unit body and turn the lid (8) counterclockwise till the complete locking (fig. 6).
- Set the valve (9) to the position (fig. 7), in this position the excessive pressure will be released through the valve during the unit operation.
- Insert the power cord connector into the socket on the back side of the multi-cooker body.
- Insert the plug into the mains socket, you will hear a sound signal and the display (3) backlight will be switched on.
Auto-cooking programs
- To choose an auto-cooking program press the "MENU" button (16), the indicator of the chosen auto-cooking program will blink on the display (3).
- To launch the auto-cooking program press "START/STOP" button (18) once, the heating element will be switched on and the indicator of the chosen program will stop blinking on the display (3).
- To stop the auto-cooking program press the "START/STOP" button (18) once again, the heating element will be switched off and all program indicators will light up on the display (3).
Attention:
- You can set the cooking time in the "CAKE" and "REHEAT" modes manually, to do this choose the required program using the "MENU" button (16) and consequently press or hold the "HOURS" (23) and "MINUTES" (17) buttons.
- The set duration of the program is shown on the display (3) with the "End time" indicator
Note:
- the duration of the "CAKE" program can be set from 20 minutes to one hour, the step is 1 minute.
- the duration of the "REHEAT" program can be set from 5 minutes to two hours, the hours step is 1 hour; the minutes step is 1 minute.
- In the “CAKE” and “REHEAT” programs the current time indication “Time-time” on the display (3) and duration of the chosen program “End time” will be changed with an interval of 1 minute.
- To launch the program press the "START/STOP" button (18) once, the heating element will be switched on and the indicator of the chosen program will stop blinking on the display (3).
- To stop the program press the "START/STOP" button (18) once again, the heating element will be switched off and all program indicators will light up on the display (3).
Setting of the cooking end time
- If the current time is not set, set it as described above.
ENGLISH
- Choose the auto-cooking program using the "MENU" button (16).
- Press the "DELAYED START" button (24).
- Set the cooking end time by consequent pressing or holding the "HOURS" (23) and "MINUTES" (17) buttons.
- The set cooking time is shown on the display (3) with the "Cooking time" indicator
- To launch the program press the "START/STOP" button (18) once, the indicator of the chosen program will stop blinking on the display (3).
- The current time indication “Time-time” and duration of the chosen “Cooking time” program will be changed with an interval of 1 minute on the display (3) while program running.
- To stop the program press the "START/STOP" button (18) once again, all program indicators will light up on the display (3).
Explanations:
- If, for example, the duration of the chosen program is 30 minutes, and the dish has to be cooked by 7:30, the unit will stay in standby mode till 7:00 (the indications of current time and set cooking end time will be changed every minute). Then the cooking process starts. The cooking process will end by 7:30.
During the first operation of the multi-cooker some foreign smell from the heating element can appear. It is normal.
Attention! To avoid burns and injuries do not touch the lid (8) or bend over the valve (10) during the multi-cooker operation and when the steam is released through the valve (10).
- After cooking is finished you will hear 9 sound signals, the unit will switch to the keep warm mode, the indicator (19) will light up on the display (3).
Note:
- Despite the unit keeps the ready dish warm for 12 hours, it is not recommended to leave the cooked food in the multi-cooker bowl for a long time, because this may spoil the food.
- Do not use the keep warm mode for reheating products.
- To cancel the keep warm function press the "START/STOP" button (18) once.
• Unplug the unit after cooking.
- Release the pressure in the process chamber by setting the valve (10) to the position

(fig. 9).
Attention: Be very careful, the released steam is very hot!
- The pressure in the multi-cooker can be released gradually, it is not necessary to set
the valve (10) in the position ⚙ immediately. The steam releasing will not be so intensive.
- If you unplug the multi-cooker after cooking and wait for some time, the cooked products will cool down, the pressure in the multi-cooker will decrease and there will be much less steam after the valve (10) is placed in the

position 8. It is recommended to decrease pressure this way when cooking vegetables, milk porridges or foaming products.
- When no steam is released from the valve (10), you can open the multi-cooker lid (8) by turning it clockwise (fig. 1).
- After the cooking program ends pour the condensate from the drip tray (12), to do this remove the drip tray (12) by pulling it down (fig. 8).
CLEANING AND CARE
• Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
- Wipe the body (1) and lid (8) with a damp cloth.
- Wash all the removable parts including the cooking bowl with a soft sponge and a neutral detergent, then rinse under running water.
• To clean the lid (8) entirely:
- remove the protection screen (7) from the lid (8) (fig. 2);
- remove the silicone gasket from the protection screen, wash it thoroughly with a small amount of neutral detergent;
- wash the protection screen (7);
- wash the lid (8) thoroughly paying special attention to the lid blocking system valve and steam release opening of the valve (10); in order to make sure that the steam release opening is clean, remove the perforated metallic protection cap located on the inner side of the lid (8);

keep the valve (10) clean, remove it for washing by pulling up (fig. 10), then wash it with warm water and neutral detergent, dry it and place it back to its place;
-
dry the lid (8), protection screen (7) and silicone gasket thoroughly;
-
place the silicone gasket on the protection screen (7) and the protection screen (7) - on the lid (8).
-
Wipe the surface of the heating element (only when it is cold), do not allow water to get inside the unit body.
- Do not immerse the unit body, power cord and plug into the water or other liquids.
- Clean the multi-cooker body with a damp cloth and then wipe dry.
- Do not use abrasive and aggressive detergents for washing of the unit and accessories.
- Keep the multi-cooker away from children in a dry cool place.
