SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the unit, read this instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference. Use the unit for intended purposes only, as specified in this manual. Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
- Before using the unit, examine the power cord and the power cord connector located on the unit body closely and make sure that they are not damaged. Never use the unit if the power cord or power cord jack is damaged.
- Before switching the unit on make sure that voltage of the mains corresponds to unit operating voltage.
- Power cord is equipped with "euro plug"; plug it into the socket with reliable grounding contact.
- Do not use adapters for plugging the unit in.
- Make sure that the power cord is properly inserted into the corresponding connector on the unit body and the socket.
- Use only the supplied power cord, do not use the power cord of other units.
- To avoid fire, do not use adapters for connecting the unit to the mains.
- Place the unit on a flat heat-resistant surface away from sources of moisture, heat and open flame.
- Place the unit with free access to the mains socket.
- Use the unit in places with proper ventilation.
- Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight.
- Do not place the unit close to walls and furniture.
- Provide that the power cord does not contact with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges. Avoid damaging the isolation of the power cord.
- Do not touch the power cord or power plug with wet hands.
- Do not use the unit near containers filled with water, next to a kitchen sink, in wet basements or near a swimming pool.
- Do not immerse the unit, the power cord and power plug into water and other liquids.
- If the unit is dropped into water, unplug it immediately by taking the power plug out of the mains socket. Do not put your hands into water! Apply to the authorized service center for the further use of the unit.
- Do not insert foreign objects into the openings of the unit or between its parts.
- Do not let foreign objects or edges of clothes get between the lid and unit body.
- Use the supplied removable parts only. Do not leave the operating unit unattended, always switch the unit off and unplug it when you are not using it.
- Never pull the power cord when disconnecting the unit from the mains; take the power plug and carefully pull it out of the mains socket.
- Do not leave the unit lid open during the operation, except when operating in «Roasting» mode.
- To avoid injury, do not bend over the steam release openings or over the bowl when the multicooker lid is open.

- Do not touch the surface of the lid during multicooker operation, open the lid by pressing the lid opening button.
- To avoid scalding by hot steam, be very careful when opening the multicooker lid.
- Keep the steam valve clean, clean it when it gets dirty.
- Never use the unit without the installed bowl and steam valve, do not switch the multicooker on without products and sufficient amount of liquid in the cooking bowl.
- Follow the recommendations for amount of dry products and liquids.
- Attention! When steam cooking food, watch the level of liquid in the bowl, add water to the bowl as needed. Do not leave the unit unattended!
- Do not use the multicooker if the silicone gas- ket on the protection screen is damaged.
- Do not remove the bowl during operation.
- Do not cover the multicooker during operation.
- Do not carry the unit during operation. Use the handle on the unit body; unplug the unit, remove the bowl with food and let the unit cool down preliminary.
- The lid, the food cooking bowl and body parts heat up heavily during operation, do not touch them. Take the hot bowl out by the handles only, having put on thermal protective potholders.
- Clean the unit regularly.
- Do not use the unit outdoors.
- Do not allow children to touch the unit body and the power cord during unit operation.
- This unit is not intended for usage by children under 8 years of age.
- This unit is not intended for usage by people (including children over 8) with physical, neural, mental deviations or with insufficient experience or knowledge. Such persons may use this unit only if they are under supervision of a person who is responsible for their safety and if they are given all the necessary and understandable instructions concerning the safe usage of the unit and information about danger that can be caused by its improper usage.
- Do not leave children unattended to prevent using the unit as a toy.
- For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags used as packaging unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!
- To avoid damages, transport the unit in original package only.
- Never use the unit if the power cord or the power plug is damaged, if the unit works improperly or after it was dropped. Do not try to repair the unit by yourself. Contact an authorized service center for all repair issues.
- Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children and disabled persons.
- Use the unit and its parts for the intended purposes only. Do not use the cooking bowl by placing it on heating units or cooking surfaces.
- Do not replace the bowl with another container.
- Always make sure that the heating element (9) surface and the bottom of the bowl (11) are clean and dry.
- Do not use the bowl for mixing products. Never chop products in the bowl to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
- Never leave or keep any foreign objects in the bowl.
- When cooking food in the bowl, stir it only with the plastic soup ladle (22) or spatula (23).
- Do not use metal objects that can scratch the non-stick coating of the bowl.
- When cooking dishes with a lot of spices and seasonings, wash the bowl right after cooking.
- To avoid damage of the coating, do not put the bowl under cold water right after cooking; let the bowl cool down preliminarily.
- The bowl is not intended for washing in the dishwashing machine.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
In case of unit transportation or storage under cold (winter) conditions, it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.
- Unpack the unit, remove any stickers and package materials that can prevent multicooker operation.
- Place the multicooker on a flat heat-resistant surface away from all kitchen heat sources (such as gas cooker, electric cooker or cooking unit).
- Place the multicooker keeping at least 20 cm gap between the multicooker body and the wall and 30-40 cm gap above the unit.

objects that can be damaged by the released steam of high temperature.
Attention! Do not place the unit near bath tubs, kitchen sinks or other containers filled with water.
- Open the lid (4) by pressing the button (5).
- Wash all removable parts with a soft sponge and a neutral detergent: bowl (11), steam cooking basket (21), soup ladle (22), spatula (23), measuring cup (24) and cups with lids (25). Then rinse them under running water and dry.
- Remove the protection screen (13) by pressing the clamps on the upper part of the screen. Wash the screen with warm water and neutral detergent, rinse and dry it thoroughly. Insert the lower part of the protection screen into the notch on the lid (4) and press the upper part of the screen until the lock clicks.
- Clean the unit body with a damp cloth, then wipe it dry.
SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTROL PANEL (2)
Pressing of the control panel buttons is accompanied by a sound signal.
"START" Button (14)
Press this button (14) to start and stop the set operation mode.
«MENU» Button (15)
Consequently press this button (15) to switch to choosing the type of the product and the programs in upper and bottom parts of the menu.
«DELAYED START» button (16)
Use this button (15) to set the cooking end time. See the list of programs with available delayed start function in the table «Cooking programs».
Example:
If you set the delayed start time 2:00, and duration of the selected program is 50 minutes, the unit will stay in standby mode for 1 hour 10 minutes and then the cooking process will start.
«t°/TIME» button (17)
Press this button (17) to switch to cooking time and temperature setting. See the available settings in the table «Cooking programs».
«KEEP WARM» button (18)
The unit can keep the temperature of the ready dish for up to 24 hours. If the keep warm function is on, the unit will be automatically switched to the keep warm mode after the cooking program ends. See the list of programs with the keep warm function in the table «Cooking programs».
After starting the cooking program press the button (20) to switch the keep warm function on or off till its activation.
«SETTINGS +/-» buttons (19)
Use the «+/-» buttons (19) to select food type and cooking program, to set cooking time, heating element temperature and the delayed start function.
«MULTICOOK» Button (20)
The «Multicook» program allows to set up to 6 cooking steps, each of them has its own cooking duration and heating element temperature. Use this button (20) for quick access to the program «Multicook» and for switching to the next cooking step (when setting the cooking program).
Attention! Never leave the operating unit unattended.

- Watch the cooking process and switch the multicooker off when the food is ready. Do not leave the unit unattended.

Do not open the lid(4) during the «Baking» program operation.

In the «Roasting» program, the unit operates similarly to a kitchen stove, it is necessary to watch the cooking process.
- Do not leave the lid of the unit open during operation, except the «Roasting» program.
ENGLISH
- To avoid scorching food, switch the keep warm function off right after the «Baking» program ends.
- Attention! Do not move the multicooker during operation in the «Yogurt» and «Cottage cheese» program.
- The «Multicook» program is intended for advanced users with sufficient cooking experience.
• See recipes of dishes in the recipe book (supplied with the unit). All recipes are to be taken as recommendations as the required amount and proportions of the ingredients may vary depending on local peculiarities of the food and altitude above sea level.
USING THE MULTICOOKER
Notes:
- Despite the unit keeps the ready dish warm for 24 hours, it is not recommended to leave the cooked food in the bowl for a long time, because this may spoil the food.
- Do not use the keep warm function for heating up the products.
ATTENTION!
- Never leave the operating unit unattended.
- To avoid scalding, be careful when opening the lid (4). Do not bend over the steam valve (6) during operation of the multicooker and do not place open parts of your body above the bowl (11)!
- During the first operation of the multi-cooker, some foreign smell from the heating element can appear. It is normal.
- Watch the food during cooking and, if necessary, stir the products with the plastic soup ladle (22) or spatula (23). Do not use metal objects that can scratch the non-stick coating of the bowl (11).
Loading the products and connecting to the mains
Notes:
- Do not use the bowl (11) for washing cereals and do not chop products in it, this can damage the non-stick coating;
- Make sure that there are no foreign objects, dirt or moisture in the process chamber and on the bottom of the bowl (11);
- Wipe the outer surface and the bottom of the bowl (11) dry before use.
- In the middle of the heating element (9) there is a temperature sensor (10). Make sure that the movement of the sensor is not limited.
- Make sure that the level of ingredients and liquids does not exceed the maximal mark «10» and is not lower than the minimal mark «2». The maximal level mark for porridges (except rice) is «8».
General example of rice loading
Measure rice with the measuring cup (24), wash it and put into a casserole.
The water level required for a certain amount of rice is given on the scale inside the bowl (11): rice – «RICE», water level in cups – «CUP». Pour water up to the corresponding mark.
Example: After putting four measuring cups of cereal, pour water till the mark «4 CUP» (4 cups). For liquid porridges the recommended proportion of rice and water is 1:3.
- Put the food into the bowl (11) following the recipe (see the recipe book).
- Install the bowl (11) in the process chamber. Make sure that the outer surface of the bowl is clean and dry, and the bowl itself is placed evenly and is in secure contact with the surface of the heating element (9).
- If you steam products, pour water into the bowl (11) so that boiling water doesn't reach the bottom of the basket (21). Put the food into the basket (21) and place it on the bowl (11).
- Close the lid (4) until clicking. If you are using the «Roasting» program, leave the lid open.
- Insert the power cord jack into the connector (8) and the power cord plug into the socket. You'll hear a sound signal, the button (14) «START» illumination and the symbol 📋 will be flashing.
Selecting the program from the upper part of the menu
- Select the food type using the «+/-» buttons (19): beef 🎨, lamb 🌐, pork 🍃, poultry 🍺 seafood 🍻 or vegetables 🍼. The selected product icon will be flashing.
- Touch the «MENU» button (15) and then use the buttons (19) «+/-» to select a cooking program: «Slow cooking», «Boiling», «Steam cooking», «Roasting» or «Stewing». The selected program icon will be flashing.
- Go to the chapter «Setting the cooking time».
Selecting a program from the lower part of the menu
- Consequently press the button (15) «MENU» until the «Rice» program icon will start flashing.
ENGLISH
- Use the buttons (19) «+/-» to select the cooking program.
Setting the cooking time and temperature
Note: This function is not available for «Rice» program; go to the step «Setting the delayed start».
Temperature setting is available in «Pizza», «Roasting» and «Baking» programs.
- Press the «t'/TIME» button (17) and set the cooking time using the buttons (19) «+/-» (time format «00:00»).
- For «Roasting», «Pizza» and «Baking» programs: Touch the «t°/TIME» button (17) and set the cooking temperature using the buttons (19) «+/-».
Setting the «Multicook» program
- Press the MULTICOOK button (20), the button (20) illumination and the first cooking step indicator will light up.
- Use the buttons (19) «-/+» to set the cooking temperature.
- Press the «t°/TIME» button (17). Use the buttons «+/-» (19) to set the cooking time.
- Press the «MULTICOOK» button (20) to switch to the next cooking step (the corresponding symbol will light up).
- Repeat steps 2-4 for setting the required number of cooking steps.
Setting the delayed start function
Notes:
If you want to start cooking immediately, go to the step «Switching the cooking mode on».
See the list of programs with available delayed start function in the table «Cooking programs».
- Touch the «DELAYED START» button (16), the hour digits will be flashing on the display (3). Use the «-/+» buttons (19) to set the cooking end time in hours.
- Touch the «DELAYED START» button (16), the minutes digits will be flashing. Use the «+/-» buttons (19) to set the time in minutes.
Switching the cooking mode on

Touch the «START» button (14). If you set the delayed start function and switch the unit on, the unit will be operating in standby mode. Once the delay time is over, the illumination of the symbol 🏠 bottom sector will light up. When the cooking program is finished, the symbol 🏠 will be colored fully.

To switch the unit off while in the delayed start mode or during cooking, press the «START» button (14).
Keep warm function
Notes: If the keep warm function is available for the selected cooking program, the «KEEP WARM» button (18) illumination will be on.
See the list of programs with the keep warm function in the table «Cooking programs».
- To switch the keep warm function off, press the «KEEP WARM» button (18) during cooking, the button illumination will go out.
- To switch the keep warm function on again, press the button (18) again.
Changing cooking time and temperature during cooking
You can change the cooking time during the unit operation in any program (except for «Rice» program) and the cooking temperature in
«Roasting», «Pizza», «Baking» and «Multicook» programs. You can change the settings in
«Multicook» program for current cooking step only.
- Press the «t°/TIME» button (17) and set the cooking time using the buttons (19) «+/-».
- For «Roasting», «Pizza», «Baking» and «Multicook» programs: Press the «t°/TIME» button (17) and set the cooking temperature using the buttons (19) «+/-».
- New settings will be automatically saved in 5 seconds.
End of cooking
- Sound signals will inform you that the cooking is finished.
- If the keep warm function is available for the selected program and it has not been disabled, the unit will be automatically switched to the keep warm mode. The symbol «b» will be shown on the display (3).
- To switch the keep warm mode off, press the «START» button (14).
- Unplug the unit.
- Open the lid (4) by pressing the button (5). Put on potholders and remove the bowl (11), taking it by the handles (12).
MORE TIPS
«Yogurt» Program
- Pour milk and leaven into the cups (25) (see the recipe book).
ENGLISH
Note: Use natural yogurt with minimum shelf-life free of additives and coloring agents as a leaven. You can make leaven by yourself from special bacteria leaven (you can find it in a drugstore or in health food stores) following the instructions attached.
- Place the filled cups (25) without the lids into the bowl (11).
- Place the bowl (11) into the process chamber, select the program and set the cooking time (see «Using of the multicooker»).
- Cover the cups with ready yogurt with lids and put them into the fridge for several hours to stop bacteria growth.
- You can add fruits, jam and honey in the ready natural yogurt.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
- Remove the steam valve (6). Disassemble it by turning the lid counterclockwise, and wash it. Install the lid on the steam valve, matching the symbols ▲ on the lid and the valve, and then turn the lid clockwise till bumping. Install the steam valve (6) back to its place.
- Clean the unit body (1) and lid (4) with a slightly damp cloth, and then wipe dry.
- Wash all removable parts with a soft sponge and neutral detergent, then rinse under running water.
- Do not place the bowl (11) in the dishwashing machine.
- Wipe the surface of the heating element (only when it is cold) with a soft dry cloth, do not allow water to get inside the unit body.
- Do not immerse the unit body, power cord and plug into the water or other liquids.
- Do not use abrasive and aggressive detergents for washing unit and accessories.
