- Before the first use, read this entire user manual.
- Plug in the connecting cable to an outlet with parameters specified in the manual.
- Do not immerse the cable or the appliance in water.
- Do not use in open air.
- Do not place the appliance near heat sources.
- Do not leave unattended children near the appliance.
- The device can be used by children aged 8 and older and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons without sufficient experience and knowledge only under supervision or if previously instructed on the safe use of the appliance and the possible risks. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance that are the responsibility of the user shall not be carried out by children without supervision. Protect the appliance and the power cord against children under 8 years old.
- Before turning the appliance on, make sure that all its components are properly mounted.
- The appliance cannot be used with a damaged shredder knife.
- Do not sharpen the blades of the shredder knife. They should be replaced if they do not cut properly or are worn out.
- Do not grab the appliance with wet hands.
- Always unplug the appliance if it is unattended, before the assembly or disassembly of attachments and before cleaning.
- Do not touch the dough hooks or beaters when the appliance is in operation, and after turning it off they can be touched only when they have stopped.
- Do not use liquids of temperature higher than 50^ C.

Do not exceed the maximum time of continuous operation.

Do not use when the power cable is damaged, when the appliance was dropped or damaged in a different manner. Repairs of the equipment can only be performed by an authorized servicing point; a list of servicing points is in the appendix and on the website www.eldom.eu.
- Use the appliance only with original accessories supplied with it.

TECHNICAL DATA

- Maximum continuous operation with whipping and mixing accessories: 5 minutes.
- Interval before another cycle of peration: 10 minutes.
- Maximum continuous operation with the grinder: 30 seconds.
- Interval before another cycle of operation: 3 minutes.
APPLIANCE OPERATION
Before the first use wash the dough hooks (6), beaters (5) and blender (7) (see chapter: CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE).
NOTE
The attachments (5 or 6) and the shredder (7) cannot be installed in the unit simultaneously. The built-in lock prevents the attachments (5 or 6) from being installed when the shredder (7) is installed. Installing the shredder when the attachments (5 or 6) are installed will damage the lock.
ASSEMBLY
- Make sure the appliance is unplugged, and the switch (2) is set in the position "0"
- Make sure that the attachments (7) are not installed.
- place the dough hooks (6) or beaters (5) in proper sockets on the bottom part of the mixer (4), photo 2. Attachments need to be assembled in pairs - two dough hooks (6) or two beaters (5). Assemble the attachments in the order shown in the photo 2.
- Before the operation make sure that all the components were assembled properly.
- Plug in the appliance.
- The mixer starts its operation after a proper speed is selected with the switch (2).
When whisking or mixing is finished, one should:
- Slide the switch (2) to "0" position and unplug the mixer.
- Pull the attachments from the sockets by pressing the button (1).
CAUTION
Watch the continuous operation time of the appliance. The extended operation time and the lack of breaks may lead to the irreversible damage to the engine and loss of warranty. In the case of stopping the appliance while operation, before cleaning, unplug it and wait till the attachments stop to whirl. If the appliance slows down while operation it needs a break and, if possible, liquefying ingredients.
SHREDDER OPERATION
- Before connecting the shredder (7), make sure that the unit is disconnected from the mains and that the power switch (2) is set to 0.
- Make sure that the attachments (5 or 6) are not installed.
- Install the shredder (7) in the socket (8) photo 3.
- Connect the appliance to a power supply.
- Move the switch (2) to positions 1 to 5.
- Slide the shredder attachment into the container with products.
- The appliance starts working after pressing the button (3).
- When the operation is finished, set the switch (2) to 0 and disconnect it from the mains.
- Remove the shredder (7) by unscrewing it counter-clockwise.
Blender knife is an operating component and is not covered by the warranty
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning, unplug the appliance.
Do not wash the appliance in a dish-washer machine.
Do not immerse the body (4) in water.
Clean with a damp cloth or towel.
Do not immerse completely the blender (7) in water.
Only the ending with the knife can be immersed.
Complete immersion of the blender (7) may result in the knife seizure and the warranty loss.
Do not clean the knife with bare hands. Use a brush for cleaning. Other components of the appliance can be washed in warm water with a dishwashing liquid.
Do not clean the appliance with sharp, abrasive cloths or sponges as it may destroy the appliance.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
- The appliance is made of materials which can be recycled.
- It should be handed over to the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.
WARRANTY
- This appliance is designed for domestic use only.
- It cannot be used for professional purposes or for other than the intended use.
- Improper use will nullify the guarantee.
