INFORMATION ON THIS MANUAL
These Operating Instructions are a component of the device (VLX28) and provide you with important information for the initial commissioning, safety, intended use and care of the device.
The Operating Instructions must be available at all times at the device. This Operating Manual must be read and applied by every person who is instructed to work with the device:

SAFETY
This chapter provides you with important safety notices when handling the device.
The device corresponds with the required safety regulations. Improper use can result in personal or property damages.
INTENDED USE
The bottle wine chiller is designed for keeping and already cooled bottle of wine, sparking wine or any other beverage at drinking temperature over the long term.
The device can accommodate bottles with a maximum diameter of 92mm.
The bottle wine chiller is also suitable for cooling other beverages such sparkling wine, soft drinks or bottled beer.
The temperature range can be between 5°C-18°C or 41°F-64°F. RV connector can only be adapted to 12V, not 24V.
Uses for a different purpose or for a purpose which exceeds this description are considered incompatible with the intended or designated use.
WARNING
Danger due to unintended use!
Dangers can emanate from the device if it is used for an unintended use and/or a different kind of use.
- Use the device exclusively for its intended use.
- Observe the procedural methods described in this Operating Manual.
Claims of all kinds due to damages resulting from unintended uses are excluded. The User bears the sole risk.
GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
Please note
Please observe the following general safety notices with regard to the safe handling of the device.
- Read all instructions before using.
- This device may be used by children aged 8 and above, if they are supervised or have been instructed at to the safe use of the device and have understood the resulting hazards.
- Cleaning and maintenance by the user must not be performed by children unless they are at least 8 years old and are supervised. Children are not allowed to play with the device.
- The device and its connecting cable must be kept away from children who are less than 8 years old.
- The device may be used by individuals with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or a lack of experience and / or knowledge of their use if they are supervised or have been instructed at to the safe use of the device and have understood the resulting hazards.
- Unplug the device when not in use and before cleaning. Allow device to cool before cleaning.
- Only customer service departments authorized by the manufacturer may carry out repairs on the device, as otherwise the guarantee entitlements will be null and void in the event of any subsequent damages. Improperly performed repairs can cause considerable dangers for the user.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors.
Always completely unwind the power cord when using the appliance.
Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or worktop, and do not allow it to come into contact with hot surfaces.
Do not use this appliance:
- If the plug or power cord are damaged,
- In the event of a malfunction,
- If the appliance has been damaged in any way,
- If it fell in water.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by your dealer, customer service department or a similarly qualified person, in order to avoid creating a hazard.
This appliance is not designed to be controlled by an external timer or discrete remote-control system.
There is a risk of injury if the appliance is not used properly. Your appliance has been designed for household use only. It was not designed to be used in the following cases which are not covered by the warranty:
- in kitchen areas reserved for staff in shops, offices and other professional environments,
- in farm inns,
- by customers of hotels, motels and other residential environments,
- in bed and breakfast type environments.
Please note :
- Defective components must always be replaced with original replacement parts. Only such parts will guarantee that the safety requirements are fulfilled.
- Do not use accessory attachments that have not been recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces or hang over sharp edges such as those on countertops.
- Do not place the device on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or heated oven.
- Always handle the device gently. Do not place it near the edge of the table or counter to protect against the deformation or functional damage in case it falls down from the table accidentally.
- Do not use this device for any unintended use.

Mortal danger due to electrical power!
Mortal danger exists when coming into contact with live wires or subassemblies! Observe the following safety notices to avoid dangers due to electrical power:
- Do not dip the cable, device or plug into water or other liquid to prevent an electric shock.
- Do not operate this device if it has a damaged cable or plug, if it is not working properly or if it has been damaged or dropped. If the power cable or plug are damaged, then they must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent in order to avoid a hazard.
- Do not open the housing on the device under any circumstances. There is a danger of an electrical shock if live connections are touched and the electrical or mechanical structure is altered. In addition, functional faults on the device can also occur.
COMMISSIONING
This chapter provides you with important safety notices during the initial commissioning of the device. Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:

DELIVERY SCOPE AND TRANSPORT INSPECTION
As a rule, the device is delivered with the following components:
- Wine chiller
- Operating Instructions
Please note :
- Examine the shipment for its completeness and for any visible damages.
- Immediately notify the carrier, the insurance and the supplier about any incomplete shipment or damages as a result of inadequate packaging or due to transportation.
UNPACKING
To unpack the device, remove the device out of the carton and remove the packaging material.
DISPOSAL OF THE PACKAGING
The packaging protects the device against damages during transit. The packaging materials are selected in accordance with environmentally compatible and recycling-related points of view and can therefore be recycled.
Returning the packaging back to the material loop saves raw materials and reduces the quantities of accumulated waste. Take any packaging materials that are no longer required to recycling collection points for disposal.
Please note : If possible, keep the original packaging for the device for the duration of the guarantee period of the device, in order that the device can be re-packaged properly in the event of a guarantee claim.
SETUP LOCATION REQUIEREMENTS
In order to ensure the safe and trouble-free operation of the device, the setup location must fulfil the following prerequisites:
- The device must be set up on a firm, flat, horizontal surface with sufficient load-bearing capacity for the device.
- The device is not intended to be installed in a wall or a built-in cupboard.
- Do not operate the product near hot gas or hot stove.
- Choose the setup location in such a way that children cannot reach the device.
- Do not set up the device in a hot, wet or extremely damp environment or near flammable material.
- The electrical socket must be easily accessible so that the power lead can be disconnected easily, in the case of an emergency.
- The installation and assembly of this device in non-stationary setup locations (e.g. on ships) must be carried out by specialist companies / electricians, provided they guarantee the prerequisites for the safe use of this device.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
In order to ensure the safe and trouble-free operation of the device, the following instructions
- Before connecting the device, compare the connection data (voltage and frequency) on the rating plate with those of your electrical network. This data must agree in order that no damages occur in the device If in doubt, ask your qualified electrician.
- Make sure that the power cable is undamaged and has not been installed under the oven or over hot or sharp surfaces.
- The electrical safety of the device is only guaranteed if the device is connected to a properly installed protective conductor system. Operations using an electrical outlet without a protective conductor are prohibited. If in doubt, have the house installation checked over by a qualified electrician. The manufacturer cannot be made responsible for damages that are caused by a missing or damaged protective conductor.
RATING PLATE
The rating plate with the connection and performance data can be founded on the underside of the device.
OPERATION AND HANDING
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device. Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:

- Change from ^ to ^ , as well as display of the current temperature inside the wine bottle cooler
- Choose left cooler
- Increase the temperature
- Display
- Reduce the temperature
- Choose right cooler
- On/ standby button
①Connect the adapter plug with the device, then insert the plug into the socket.
②Press the On / standby button.
③choose left cooler or right cooler or both together
④Set your desired temperature.
⑤Place suitable bottles (less than 92 mm in diameter) in the device.
⑥The device starts to cool down.
⑦ RV connector can only be adapted to 12V, not 24V
LED:
The LED flashes until the set temperature is reached. After that it is constantly illuminated. As soon as the temperature deviates by more as 3^ C , the display flashes again.
If you press the °C / °F button for a long time, the temperature in the interior of the bottle wine chiller is displayed for a few seconds.
The cooling power of the device depends on various factors: The ambient temperature:
The maximum achievable cooling power depends, among other things, on the outside temperature. Rapid cooling is possible at a lower ambient temperature. If the ambient temperature is very high, cooling may need more time.
The starting temperature of the contents of the bottle:
A pre-cooled bottle content is immediately kept cool. Bottles with a warmer content need more time to reach the desired drinking temperature.
Please note: Ambient temperature below 16^ C or above 32^ C will hinder the performance of the appliance. The internal condensate is normal and needs to be poured out manually.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to cleaning and maintaining the device. Please observe the notices to prevent damages due to cleaning the device incorrectly and to ensure trouble-free operation.
SAFETY INFORMATION
Attention :
Please observe the following safety notices, before you commence with cleaning the device:
- The device must be cleaned at regular intervals.
- Switch the device off prior to cleaning it and unplug the plug from the wall power outlet.
- If dampness penetrates into the device, this can damage the electronic components. Please ensure that no liquid can enter the interior of the device through the ventilation slots.
- Do not immerse the appliance into water or other liquids, and do not put it in the dishwasher.
- Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
- Do not scrape off stubborn dirt with hard items.
CLEANING
To clean, simply wipe the outside and inside body of the Bottle Wine Chiller with a damp cloth. Once clean, ensure that the appliance is dried thoroughly.

Troubleshooting
The wine temperature control does not work:
The device may not be connected or the electrical circuit may be broken.
Wine is not cooled sufficiently:
The wine wasn't chilled long enough; the ambient temperature is too high.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The warranty covers all failures occurring under normal use, in accordance with the usage and specifications in the user's manual.
This warranty does not apply to packaging or transportation problems during shipment of the product by the owner. It also does not include normal wear and tear of the product, nor maintenance or replacement of consumable parts.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
- Accessories and wearing parts (*).
- Normal maintenance of the device.
- All breakdowns resulting from improper use (shocks, failure to comply with power supply recommendations, poor conditions of use, etc.), insufficient maintenance or misuse of the device, as well as the use of unsuitable accessories.
- Damage of external origin: fire, water damage, electrical surge, etc.
- Any equipment that has been disassembled, even partially, by persons other than those authorized to do so (notably the user).
- The products whose serial number would be missing, deteriorated or illegible that would not allow its identification.
- The products subjected to leasing, demonstration, or exhibition.
(*) Some parts of your device, called wear parts or consumables, deteriorate with time and frequency of use of your device. This wear and tear are normal but can be accentuated by poor conditions of use or maintenance of your device. These parts are therefore not covered by the warranty.
