Weicher Körper.

BABY born Magic Girl / Boy has a soft body, i.e. the surface is easy to grasp and easy to push in. This makes it easier to play with some of the doll's features.

I don't need batteries.

All described functions work mechanically.

1. I can drink. (Fig. 1)

Fill the BABY born Magic Girl / Boy bottle with fresh, cold tap water and tightly screw the drinking attachment onto the bottle.

Hold BABY born Magic Girl / Boy in your arms at an angle so that the tip of the bottle faces downwards and can be slid into the mouth of the doll.

Push it down until you feel resistance.

Now the doll can drink the water by squeezing the bottle repeatedly – about a third of the bottle's contents.

If any water runs out of the mouth of BABY born Magic Girl / Boy while feeding, please reposition the tip of the bottle into an upright position and gently squeeze the sides of the bottle.

Warning: For use with cold water only. Other liquids can block the inside of the doll.

2. I can soil my nappy. (Fig. 2)

BABY born Magic Girl / Boy needs to be fed water (refer to no. 1, "I can drink").

Put a BABY born Nappy on the doll. BABY born Magic Girl / Boy wets her / his nappy when you press her / his belly button.

Now BABY born Magic Girl / Boy needs a fresh nappy.

3. I can cry. (Fig. 3)

BABY born Magic Girl / Boy can cry real tears.

BABY born Magic Girl / Boy only needs to drink water, see no. 1, "I can drink."

Then grasp BABY born Magic Girl / Boy with both hands under her / his arms and press the middle of her / his chest several times using your fingers or thumbs.

The tears start to flow.

If the desired effect does not materialise, please feed BABY born Magic Girl / Boy with clear water again and press her / his chest again.

4. I can eat. (Fig. 4)

BABY born Magic Girl / Boy can eat BABY born Food.

Prepare a bowl, spoon and one BABY born Food packet.

Preparation of BABY born Food:

Fill bowl with water up to the mark (approx. 12ml). Mix in the contents of the BABY born Food packet with the spoon. Avoid the formation of clumps. The porridge has the right consistency when it is relatively thin and can be easily spoon-fed to BABY born Magic Girl / Boy. Hold BABY born Magic Girl / Boy in your arms at an angle and spoon-feed the porridge to the doll.

Warning: Only for use with original BABY born Food, as the doll's insides may otherwise become blocked.

Never put the porridge in the bottle. Otherwise it could get into a part of the BABY born Magic Girl / Boy doll which is not meant for porridge and block it.

Please follow the cleaning instructions carefully!

The BABY born doll food consists of a sugar-starch mixture and poses no health hazard if inadvertently consumed.

BABY born Food is available online and from toy stores.

5. I can do "number 1" and "number 2".

5.1. BABY born Magic Girl / Boy can use the potty and do a "number 1". (Fig. 5)

BABY born Magic Girl / Boy was fed with the bottle, so the corresponding tank is filled. Place the naked BABY born Magic Girl / Boy on the potty. Grip the doll's belly with both hands, press down hard on her / his belly button and hold the pressure.

The water can now flow into the potty.

6. BABY born Magic Girl / Boy can go to the potty and do a number 2. (Fig. 6)

BABY born Magic Girl / Boy was fed with BABY born Food, so the corresponding tank is filled. Place the naked BABY born Magic Girl / Boy onto the potty. Grip the doll's belly with both hands, press down hard on her / his belly button and hold the pressure.

The content of the food tank goes into the potty. If both tanks inside BABY born Magic Girl / Boy are filled, pressing the belly button will empty them both at the same time.

6.1. BABY born Magic Girl / Boy can also do a "number 2" in her / his nappy.

Put on a new nappy and press her / his belly button after feeding while the doll is in a standing or sitting position. Press until all of the food has made its way into the nappy.

Warning! Please make sure all the food is removed! Please note the cleaning instructions and the instructions for changing nappies.

Important! After feeding and using the potty, the tube system inside BABY born Magic Girl / Boy should be cleaned immediately.

7. I can take a bath. (Fig. 7)

If BABY born Magic Girl / Boy is bathed at home, please only use the BABY born bathtubs or use a suitable container for dolls to bath BABY born Magic Girl / Boy.

When bathing, use cold or tepid water and choose commercially available bath additives suitable for children.

If BABY born Magic Girl / Boy is taken to a swimming pool or the beach, please do not play with the doll in the chlorine water or salt water for longer than 1 hour, as chemical reactions or bleaching of the doll may occur.

The 1-hour limit also applies for the bathwater in the BABY born bathtub or the container suitable for dolls. BABY born Magic Girl / Boy should not be submerged completely under water.

1. It is essential that you rinse and clean BABY born Magic Girl / Boy with clean water after bathing.

If water has entered the doll, please remove the water before playing with and using the functions of BABY born. Please observe the information on cleaning and drying.

Important! (see no. 11 "Cleaning information" and no. 12 "Drying information")

1. When playing with the doll in the BABY born bathtub or other suitable container, water can enter the hoses and tanks. It is therefore vital to clean the hose system inside BABY born immediately after bathing. Please read the information on cleaning for further details (see no. 11 "Cleaning information").

2. Note! Avoid bathing BABY born Magic Girl / Boy together with your child in the bath. Incomplete cleaning and/or drying after a previous bath could result in unhealthy germs and bacteria forming inside the doll.

3. BABY born Magic Girl / Boy is not suitable for use as a floatation device.

4. Do not use cosmetic or skin care products on BABY born Magic Girl / Boy.

5. Do not leave the doll in direct sunlight for extended periods of time (max. 1 hour).

8. I am even more flexible. (Fig. 8)

BABY born Magic Girl / Boy has a mobile head and mobile arms and legs. The shoulder joints can be turned 360° to make dressing and undressing the doll with BABY born Clothing easier.

9. I can sleep. (Fig. 9)

BABY born Magic Girl / Boy has sleeping eyes. Once BABY born Magic Girl / Boy is laid down, she / he closes her / his eyes. BABY born Magic Girl / Boy is asleep.

10. I can open and close my eyes.

BABY born Magic Girl/Boy has sleeping eyes (see No. 9 "I can sleep"). When the magic dummy is slipped into her / his mouth, her / his eyes open or close. Turning the dummy opens or closes her / his eyes.

10.1 - If the picture shows "open eyes" on top, the eyes open.

10.2 - If the picture shows "closed eyes" on top, the eyes close.

11. Cleaning instructions: (Fig. 11)

The cleaning process should be carried out by an adult only!

If BABY born Magic Girl / Boy gets dirty, she / he can be cleaned externally using a damp cloth.

Using tepid, soapy water makes it easier to clean the doll.

After bathing or feeding, the tube system inside BABY born Magic Girl / Boy should be cleaned immediately. If the doll is not cleaned, the remnants from the bathwater, chlorine water, salt water or food may block the tubing and tanks inside of the doll.

If the doll is used for an extended period of time without being cleaned, there is a risk of mould forming.

To clean BABY born Magic Girl / Boy in the correct way, fill the bottle with warm water and mild washing-up liquid and place the tip of the bottle halfway into the mouth of the doll pointing down (if the bottle were pushed all the way in, the water would enter the wrong tank). Once the bottle is empty, you should shake BABY born Magic Girl / Boy hard enough to loosen the remnants inside. Then place BABY born Magic Girl / Boy on her / his potty and press her / his belly button for an extended period of time, so the entire contents can come out.

Repeat this process several times and rinse with clear water at least twice. Upon final rinse, there should not be anything visible in the rinse water. Leave BABY born Magic Girl / Boy on the potty for about 15 minutes after cleaning to make sure all the water has flowed out.

Important:

After cleaning with soapy water, the process should be repeated with a solution of vinegar and water to prevent mould stains and mould from forming. Mix a splash of regular vinegar with warm water. Then repeat the cleaning process described above using the vinegar solution. Finally, repeat the cleaning process with clear water at least twice.

12. Drying instructions: (Fig. 12)

To dry BABY born Magic Girl / Boy, please place the doll on her / his back and put her / his arms in a vertical position. (Fig. 12) Then press her / his arms several times to remove any water still located in her / his arms. Repeat this step several times if needed.

Then position the doll upright. If there is water in the body, it will leak out of the two holes at the bottom of the upper body. If there is water in the legs, it will leak out of the two holes in the doll's feet.

Shake the doll to find out if there is any remaining water in her / his arms, legs or body. Please repeat the above steps several times to make sure the doll is completely empty.

To dry BABY born Magic Girl / Boy, please carefully dry the doll and all her / his joints with a towel.

Finally, let BABY born Magic Girl / Boy air out at a warm and well aired location for a while.

Please note that drops of water may still leak out of the joints or feet or the holes in the doll. Remove the leaking water with a dry towel and put a nappy on the doll.
