System Installation

1. Vital: turn off the power switch, connect the video camera and the motor or the video camera and the monitor may be damaged.
2. Connect camera -coil -cell box -monitor (Pic)
3. Turn on the power switch in the power box, the indicator light on the is on, the switchboard starts.
4. Install the video camera with the protective cover slightly and put it in pipe, rotate coil to proper depth.
5. Adjust LED light degree adjuster to proper light degree.

For videotape, refer to the DVR operation details (display operation:Record Type)

1. Switch video to another large screen through video line.

2. After utilization, mover the camera from the pipe carefully, take clean, and dry cloth to clear up it and put it back.

Product connection

Two electronic equipment cases: a laptop open and a coiled red cable inside a metal rack (no visible text or symbols)

Charging

When the battery power is low, it needs charging, and the method is as

1. Take out the charger from the box.
2. Connect the charger to the battery.
3. Connect the charger to the alternating current of 100-240v. The red indicator means charging.
4. The green indicator means finishing charging.

Notes: to make sure the battery using age longer, please recharge it time otherwise, it will make it can not recharged.

Pipe Failure Analysis

1. Ensure that each interface is properly connected during installation.
2. During the installation process, when a blue screen appears, means that the camera, battery box and display screen are not connected successfully

①Check whether the camera is loose, and tighten the camera.
②Check whether the camera video cable is in full contact with the batter
③ Check whether the video cable of the display screen and the power are in

complete contact.

1. During use, pay attention to charging in time when the battery power shows the last grid of power to prevent the battery from being lost and to be charged.
2. The cable should not be knotted when used, and the cable should not be bent

less than 90°.

Failure analysis	Fault reasons and precautions

Cannot format	1. The memory card is damaged. Replace the memory card.
Unable to charge	1. Check if charging port is with foreign matters deformation.2. Check whether the charger is damaged.3. If the power is too low, it should be charge to prevent the battery loss and unable to charge
Photo/video cannot be saved	1. Check if memory card is damaged. Replace memory card,.2. Check if memory card slot with foreign object deformation.
Broken cable	1. It is recommended to use the cable on pipe diameter ≥ 60mm. Pay attention to the force of pushing the cable to avoid breaking cable.2. This product is only used for pipeline detection inspection, and cannot be used for other purposes
Cable knotting	1. When retracting and releasing cables, the cable can not be crossed and knotted, and the bending of cables should not be less than 90 degrees2. When retracting the cable, pay attention to the orderly retract with the rotating iron frame, and use it violently
Equipment cleaning	1. When cleaning the equipment, turn off the pole before cleaning to avoid damage to the equipment
