What to do if the machine does not turn on and the control panel shows nothing?

First check that the power plug is properly connected. Then, inspect the power cord and fuse. If the fuse is damaged, replace it with a new fuse of the same type. Finally, open the rear cover and check that the internal wiring is not loose or disconnected.

Why is vacuum packing slow or not reaching the ideal pressure?

This may be due to too short vacuum time, poorly lubricated vacuum pump, or air leakage. Increase the vacuum time in the settings. Check the pump oil level (should be between 1/2 and 3/4 of the sight glass) and the cleanliness of the oil. Replace the oil if necessary (vacuum oil 46# or 68#). If the problem persists, replace the chamber sealing ring.

The machine does not seal properly or the weld is of poor quality. What to do?

Make sure the bags are placed correctly on the heating strip. Check that the sealing time is suitable for the bag thickness (usually 1.5 to 2 seconds). If the silicone strip is damaged or dirty, clean or replace it. If the heating wire is broken, replace it with a new one.

How to change the vacuum pump oil?

Unplug the appliance. Open the rear cover. Place a container under the oil drain screw (located under the sight glass). Loosen the screw to drain the used oil. Tighten the drain screw. Remove the oil mist filter, add new oil until the level is between 1/2 and 3/4 of the sight glass. Replace the filter and cover. It is recommended to change the oil after 800 hours of continuous operation.

How to replace the fuse?

Unplug the appliance. Locate the power inlet at the back of the machine. Pull out the fuse holder slot. Remove the damaged fuse and replace it with a new one of the same rating. Insert the slot back. The fuse is identifiable by its cylindrical shape in the groove.

How to replace the heating wire?

Unplug the appliance. Remove the screws on both sides of the platen, then lift the entire platen assembly. Locate the damaged heating wire, remove it and install a new identical heating wire. Screw the platen back in place.

How to replace the Teflon cloth (high temperature cloth)?

Unplug the appliance. Remove the platen screws, lift it. Remove the old worn Teflon cloth. Apply a new cloth making sure it is tight. Screw the platen back. The Teflon cloth protects the heating wire and ensures good sealing.

Can I use the machine without oil in the pump?

No, it is strictly forbidden to start the vacuum pump without oil. This would permanently damage the pump. Always check the oil level before use and top up if necessary.

How to adjust the vacuum, sealing and cooling times?

Use the control panel: press the 'SETTING' button to select the parameter to adjust. Use the 'RAISE' and 'LOWER' buttons to adjust the value. The vacuum time is usually set between 30 and 40 seconds, the sealing time between 1.5 and 2 seconds (depending on bag thickness), and the cooling time between 3 and 5 seconds. After adjustment, press 'SETTING' again until 'ED' is displayed, indicating the end of adjustment.

How to maintain and store the machine after use?

After each use, clean the machine surface and remove food residues inside. If the machine will not be used for a long period, drain the pump oil. Store it in a clean, dry, safe place, out of reach of children. Do not expose it to moisture or extreme temperatures.

This machine uses plastic film or plastic aluminum film as materials to vacuum package paste foods, fruits, sauce vegetables, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, electronic components, precision instruments, rare metals, and other items. Products packaged under vacuum are not equalized or moldy. Especially suitable for industries such as tea, food, medicine.

If you have reason to assume that safe operation is no longer possible, disconnect the device immediately and secure it against inadvertent operation.

It can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible if:

• the device no longer functions,

1: Unscrew the back cover screw and lift the back cover; 2: Take out the oil mist filter; 3: Add vacuum pump oil; 4: Oil level should be between 1/2 and 3/4 of the observation hole (do not overfill); 5: After adding the oil, screw back the oil mist filter and close the back cover. It is strictly prohibited to start the vacuum pump without oil.

2. PANEL USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Connect the matching power supply.

Step 2: Open the power switch.

Step 3: ⑥VACUUM: Click the ②SETTING button on the control panel, select the target setting. Click the ③RAISE or ④LOWER button to set the ideal vacuum time. Vacuum time is generally set to 30-40 seconds.

Step 4: ⑦SEALING: Click the ②SETTING button twice, and the sealing time is generally set to 1.5-2 seconds. The sealing time is set according to the thickness of the vacuum bag. It is strictly prohibited to set the sealing time too long or to overheat the sealing heating strip.

Step 5: ⑧COOLING: After setting the sealing time, click the ②SETTING button again to set the cooling time, usually 3-5 seconds. After setting the cooling time, click the ②SETTING button and the control panel will display a letter indicating the end of the setting process.

1. When the machine needs an oil change or is not used for a long time, unscrew the screw under the oil window and drain the vacuum pump oil. It is recommended to replace the vacuum pump oil after the machine has been working for 800 hours.
