GENERAL PRECAUTIONS

General precautions during the use of electrical equipment

• Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
• Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.
• This product is intended for indoor, non-industrial, non-commercial and only for household use. Do not use the item outdoors or for any other purpose. Misuse or improper handling may cause problems in the appliance and cause injury to the user.
• The unit must be used only for the intended purposes. No liability is accepted for damages arising from improper use or wrong handling.
• Ensure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance.
• Always remove the plug from the power socket when the appliance is not in use. Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched on.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is being used by or near children.
• The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

Restrictions on use to avoid personal injury

• Do not let the appliance operate unattended.
• Do not place or operate this appliance near water sources.
• Do not place or operate the appliance and its power cord on or near hot surfaces (e.g., stove plates) or open flames.
• Do not leave the power cord hanging from sharp edges and keep away from hot objects and flames. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.

• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.

Instructions to follow when using the appliance

• The appliance cannot be used for blending hard and dry substance, otherwise the blades might get blunt.
  The use of attachment, including Jar, lid, or any another accessory not recommended or sold by manufacture may cause fire, electric shock or injury.

• Always disconnect the blender from the mains when it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

• Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender, as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to the sudden steaming.
  WARNING: The blades are very sharp!
• Avoid contacting moving parts of the appliance while in function.
• Turn off the appliance and disconnect from the mains supply before changing accessories or approaching movable parts in use.
• Care must be taken when handling the sharp blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
• Do not connect the appliance to the mains until it is completely assembled and always disconnect the appliance before disassembling or handling the blade.
• Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the blender is not running.
• The measuring glass is not microwave safe.
• Don't use your hand blender for longer than 15 seconds for dense mixtures and food items, there are possibilities of overheating of motor. Keep the time difference of 3-4 minutes between 2 cycles.
• Do not operate the appliance for more than once at a time, and even if you need to operate it more than once, wait at least 3 minutes before the next use. Allow the appliance to cool down and use it again.
• To avoid a circuit overload when using this product, do not operate another high-wattage product on the same electrical circuit.
• A short power supply cord is provided with this product. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:
• The marked electrical rating of the cord must be at least as great as that of the product.
• Arrange the extension cord so that it does not hang where it can be tripped over or pulled unintentionally.

5. INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

How to use the hand blender

The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise and baby food as well as for mixing and milkshakes.

1. Insert and rotate the blender stick onto the motor unit until it locks.
2. Introduce the hand blender in the bowl. Then press the switch I or switch II.
3. While pressing the button I, hand blender start working and while pressing hard speed will increase and top LED light as well keeps extending its illuminated area.
4. When the mixing blades reaches the bottom of the bowl or container, the motor unit can be moved up and down to improve mixing efficiency.
5. After use, please remove the blender stick and clean or wash properly. You can use the hand blender in the measuring beaker as well in any other bowl.
6. Caution: Blade is very sharp!

OPERATIONAL PROCESS OF CHOPPER

The chopper included in the set is made of BPA free plastic. To make full use of chopper always try to chop smooth food ingredients cheese, vegetables, meat, herbs, bread and some kinds of nuts and dry fruits.

Don't try to chop hard foods like ice cubes, spices or chocolates etc., as it can cause Blades damage.

For some type of vegetables, meat etc if the size of the pieces are too big, cut them first to smaller sizes before putting them into the chopper bowl.

Always try to keep at least 3 minutes time difference between two cycles to make sure to assure long life of the chopper motor. Always hold the blades by upper plastic parts to avoid the fingers getting cut as the blades are quite sharp.

How to use the Chopper

1. Chopper is perfectly suited for hard food, such as chopping meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes etc.
2. Don't chop extremely hard food, such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans and grains.

Before chopping...

1. Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade. Caution: the blade is very sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
2. Place the blade on the centre pin of the chopper bowl. Press down the blade and lock bowl. Always place the chopper bowl on the anti-slip base.
3. Place the food in the chopper bowl.
4. Place the chopping bowl lid on the chopper bowl.
5. Place the motor unit on the chopper bowl lid until it locks.
6. Press speed button to operate the chopper. During processing, hold the motor unit with one hand and the chopper bowl by the other.
7. After use, unplug the blender, and then press the ejection button to remove the motor unit.
8. Remove the chopping bowl lid.
9. Carefully take out the blade.
10. Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl.

How to use your whisk

Use the whisk only for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing sponges and Ready-mix desserts.

1.Insert the whisk into the whisk holder, then rotate the whisk holder into the motor unit until it locks.
2. Place the whisk in a bowl or jar. Press the switch I or switch II to operate it.
3. One the task has been finished, press the ejection button to remove the gear box after use. Then pull the whisk out of the gear box.

For Sauce Pan Blending

Note: Remove the pan off the heat and let it cool slightly. Otherwise, your hand blender could overheat.

1. To assemble the metal shaft with the motor unit, place the motor on to the top of it, press it downside to attach it properly.
2. Plug in. To avoid splashing, place the blade in the food before switching on.

3. Hold the power handle steady. Then press the power button.

4. Don't let liquid pass above the joint between the power handle and blender shaft.

5. Move the blade through the food and use a stabbing action.

6. If your blender gets blocked, unplug before clearing.

7. After use, unplug and dismantle.

Functions

This Hand blender is provided with some specific functions as detailed below.

Stepless Variable speed: this hand blender is provided with Stepless variable speed feature. In this feature hand blenders provide enhanced control and power by allowing users to adjust the blending speed simply by pressing the speed button. The harder you press, the more speed you get. This feature offers precise control over texture and consistency without the need to adjust any dials or settings manually.

This intuitive feature makes it easy to switch between gentle mixing and high-speed blending on the fly, perfect for achieving the exact results you need. The Stepless variable speed offers an effortless and efficient blending experience, adapting instantly to your blending needs with just a press.

Stainless steel thin stem with Press Pro function: This hand blender is provided with super thin stainless-steel stem with plastic scratch resistance blade guard. Also, this stem features a unique function named as "PRESS PRO FUNCTION". This function involves a movable stem and blade mechanism that can be moved vertically. The up and down motion allows the blades to reach different depths within the container, ensuring thorough and even blending of ingredients. This feature is particularly useful for blending larger quantities or thicker mixtures, as it reduces the need for manually moving the blender around the container.

The vertical movement helps prevent ingredients from sticking to the sides or bottom of the container and ensures that all components are evenly mixed. When the blades reached to the bottom part of the container, then we can move the stem and blender in UP-DOWN direction with the gentle push on the motor and this increase the mixing efficiency and gives perfect results.

6. LIMPieZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

1. Unplug the appliance and remove the detachable stem.
   Note: Do not immerse the detachable stem of the blender in water because overtime the lubrication on the bearings may wash away.
2. Wash the detachable stem under running water, without the use of abrasive cleaner or detergents. After cleaning the stem, place it upright so that any water which may have got in, can drain out. As the stem is dishwasher safe so you can wash in it.
3. It is advised to clean or wash all the detachable accessories by hand after detaching from the motor.
4. The plastic beaker and all the rest of accessories which contains plastic parts are not recommended to place in dishwashing machine as the plastic component deteriorates through prolonged use of dishwasher cleaning.
5. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning as a electric shock may occur.
6. Dry thoroughly.

Caution: Blades are very sharp, handle with care.

Quick cleaning process

To make quick cleaning while processing tasks, hold the hand-held blender in the cup half filled with water and turn on for a few seconds.
