General precautions during the use of electrical equipment

  • Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
  • Do not use or store the appliance outdoors. • Always place the appliance on a flat and even surface.
  • The unit must be used only for the intended purposes. No liability is accepted for damages arising from improper use or wrong handling. Misuse or improper handling may cause problems in the appliance and cause injury to the user.
  • This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications.
  • Ensure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance. • Always remove the plug from the power socket when the appliance is not in use. Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched on.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is being used by or near children.

Instructions to follow when using the appliance

  • The appliance cannot be used for blending hard and dry substances, otherwise the blades might get blunt. Always disconnect the blender from the mains when it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
  • Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender, as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to the sudden steaming.
  • Never remove the lid until the knife has stopped completely.
  • This appliance is designed to process small quantities. Do not exceed the quantities indicated in these instructions for use.
  • Do not use this appliance to mix glutinous food or substance.

WARNING: The blades are very sharp!

  • Avoid contacting moving parts of the appliance while it is in operation.
  • Turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains supply before changing accessories or approaching movable parts in use.
  • Care must be taken when handling the sharp blades, emptying the bowl, and during cleaning.
  • Do not connect the appliance to the mains until it is completely assembled, and always disconnect the appliance before disassembling or handling the blade.
  • Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the blender is not running.
  • To reduce the risk of injury, never place the cutting blade on the base without mounting it with the jar properly.
  • The unit is equipped with a security function. The unit can only be switched on if the jug is put on the motor base properly. If the unit cannot be switched on, pull the power cable and check the connection between the jug and the engine base.

CAUTION: Do not operate the unit when empty.

In case your food needs to be blended further to achieve the required smoothness, use the appliance with any present function or with intermediate speed with 10-second pauses to avoid permanent damage to the motor.

  • To avoid a circuit overload when using this product, do not operate another high-wattage product on the same electrical circuit.
  • A short power supply cord is provided with this product. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:
  • The marked electrical rating of the cord must be at least as great as that of the product.
  • Arrange the extension cord so that it does not hang where it can be tripped over or pulled unintentionally.
  • Installation of a spike protector will offer additional protection with a nominal trigger current of not more than 30 mA in the house installation. Please consult your installing electrician.

P — Pulse: Stainless steel titanium coated blade operates at transiently highest speed, suitable for ice crushing.

How to use the pulse function.

  1. Turn rotary switch to «0» position to turn off the appliance.
  2. Turn the knob and keep it in the same position as long as you want the motor to run. Note: make sure not to run the motor for more than 1 minute continuously.

Ice crushing Program:

  1. Turn rotary switch anti-clockwise to the P position.
  2. The blender starts crushing the ice.
  3. To stop the function, turn rotary switch to «0» position.

1 — Low speed - Blades operate at low speed, suitable for elementary blending. This function can be used for making soups, smoothies, and baby foods.

  1. Turn motor switch clockwise to position speed 1.
  2. The blender starts blending.
  3. To stop, turn rotary switch to «0» position.

2 — High speed - Blades operate at high speed, suitable for symmetrical blending. This function can be used for grinding and blending some kinds of vegetables and fruits.

0 — Turn off the unit.

Important Instructions

  1. Never fill the jar to its maximum capacity, as overfilling can block the operation and cause ingredients or liquid to spout out. If this happens, turn off the unit, unplug it, and remove some of the liquid or ingredients before operating again.
  2. Do not use the appliance continuously for more than 1 minute, and always leave a short interval between two cycles. If you need to use the appliance multiple times, ensure sufficient pauses between uses.
  3. Do not add food with a temperature above 70°C into the blender jug for blending.
  4. The quantity of food should not exceed the maximum measuring line; otherwise, the blending performance may be affected.
  5. Food cut into small cubes can be processed easily.
  6. Do not insert fingers or any kind of utensils into the jug during operation.
  7. It is strictly forbidden to turn on the appliance without placing the lid in its proper position.
  8. Before removing the jar, ensure the appliance is switched off.

6. INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE BEFORE FIRST USE

INSTALLATION

The jar blender can be used to blend, grind, and mix various types of ingredients, crush ice, and also to make soups, shakes, and smoothies.

  1. Clean the measuring cup, lid, and jar (except the main body) before first use and after every use.
  2. Do not plug in the unit until the jar is ready to be mounted on the motor.
  3. Once all the accessories are clean and you have food ready to process, plug the power plug into the wall outlet.
  4. Fix the stirring blade base to the stirring cup base and mount it on the bottom of the glass jar.
  5. Place the jar on top of the motor main body, paying attention to match the position of the jar with the bulge of the motor main body. Fill the jug with the desired food. Ensure that the water or food quantity does not exceed the maximum capacity. (Maximum jar capacity should not exceed 1500 ml)

NOTE: DO NOT USE THE UNIT WITHOUT ANY INGREDIENT INSIDE.

  1. Place the jar lid on top of the jar and press it down.
  2. Place the measuring cup on the center of the cover. Now the unit is ready to work.

OPERATION

  1. Plug the switch into the power outlet.
  2. This unit will not work until the jar is mounted on the motor main body properly.
  3. Fill the jar with desired food and required quantity, just make sure not to overfill the jar. Note: Make sure to cut the vegetables or fruits into small pieces, put them into the jar, add an appropriate amount of water, and then place the lid in its position. Ensure that the amount of water added does not exceed the maximum capacity of the jar. (Food should be 2/5 of the cup capacity and water should be 3/5 of total capacity) For example, 600 grams of carrots with 900 grams of water. Mount the jar onto the motor main body. Cover it with the lid.
  4. Turn the speed knob to position 1 or 2 to make the unit work.
  5. When processing, first turn the knob counterclockwise to "P" a few times, and then turn the knob to the corresponding "Speed" to process.

For example, if a lower speed is needed, turn the switch knob to the "1st speed" position, and if a higher speed is needed, turn it to the "2nd speed" position.

  1. Depending on the volume and variety of processed foods, the user can choose from 2 speeds, low to high. Low speed is for small capacity and easy processing; otherwise, use high speed.
  2. If you need to check the stirring effect halfway through or need to add food and water, you can remove the small transparent cover by rotating it.
  3. After use, turn the switch knob to "0 stop", unplug the power cord to stop the appliance, lift the jar to remove it from the motor, and transfer the processed food from the jar to another bowl.

Note: Do not spray water or other liquids during use.

WARNING: Do not use the unit without any food ingredients inside the jar.

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- Do not clean the motor main body, power cord, and plug with water.

- Clean the motor base with a soft, wet cloth and some mild cleaning agent.

- Fill the jug half-full with hot water and a little cleaning agent. Let the unit run on speed 2 until the jug is clean.

- Clean the jug, cover, closure, base, and blades with sealing ring with hot water and some cleaning agent. Dry well before reusing. Caution! The blades inside the jug are very sharp.

- Never use aggressive cleaning agents.

WARNING: Do not touch the sharp blade. When cleaning, please wipe with a dishcloth to avoid any type of injury.
