3. Safety instructions for the user

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
General precautions during the use of electrical equipment
- Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
- Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.

This product is intended for indoor, non-industrial, non-commercial and only for household use. Do not use the item outdoors or for any other purpose. Misuse or improper handling may cause problems in the appliance and cause injury to the user.

The unit must be used only for the intended purposes. No liability is accepted for damages arising from improper use or wrong handling.
- Ensure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance.
• Always remove the plug from the power socket when the appliance is not in use. Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched on. - Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is being used by or near children.
- Before cleaning or storing your appliance, always unplug the appliance from the power supply and let it cool down.
- The device is not completely disconnected from the power source, even after it has been turned off. To disconnect it completely, disconnect it from the mains plug.
- The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
II. Restrictions on use to avoid personal injury
- Do not let the appliance operate unattended.
- Do not place or operate this appliance near water sources.
- Do not place or operate the appliance and its power cord on or near hot surfaces (e.g., stove plates) or open flames.
- Do not leave the power cord hanging from sharp edges and keep away from hot objects and flames. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
- Never use accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer.
- The use of accessories not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
- When you want to remove the plug from the wall contact, please do this at the plug itself and not by pulling on the cable or the appliance itself.
- To avoid electric shock, make sure your hands are dry before plugging or unplugging.
- Do not use the device with wet hands, on damp floors or when the atmosphere is humid, there is a risk of electric shock.
- While using the appliance, make sure that the power cord must not be caught or crushed.
- Do not let the motor unit, cord or plug get wet to protect against risk of electric shock.
III. ▲Product use restrictions due to poor condition or breakdown
- Never immerse the appliance or the plug-in water or any other liquid. In the event of the appliance falling in water, disconnect immediately from the mains supply and take it to an authorized service agent for repair before reusing.
- Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the floor, if there are visible signs of damage or if it has a leak.
- Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged. In case of the cord be damaged, it must be replaced only by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid Hazard.
• In case of appliance malfunction, or if it has been
damaged in any manner, return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
- In case of hardware problems, do not attempt to repair the product yourself. Repairs should only be carried out by qualified technicians.
IV. !Restrictions on use when used with children and elders
- The appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. - This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
V. IMPORTANT WARNING
- To avoid a circuit overload when using this product, do not operate another high-wattage product on the same electrical circuit.
• A short power supply cord is provided
with this product. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:
- The marked electrical rating of the cord must be at least as great as that of the product.
- Arrange the extension cord so that it does not hang where it can be tripped over or pulled unintentionally.
VI. Instructions to follow while using the device
- Never use this unit near bathtub, shower, wash hand basins or other containers with water.
- Caution! Do not allow small children to play with the foil: THERE IS A DANGER OF SUFFOCATION!
- Never use any other connector than the one provided.
- Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in any way.
- Never wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
- Incorrect operation and improper use can damage the appliance and cause injury to the user.
- This device, designed for home use, complies with standards relating to this type of product.
- To avoid a circuit overload when using this product, do not operate another high-wattage product on the same electrical circuit.
- Make sure to unplug the appliance before cleaning the rotating brushes, trash cans or filters.
- It may cause a fire and injury to persons if the cleaner vacuums the following items:
A. Heat source: coal fire, cigarette butts
B. Big Sharp Shard - Broken Glass Piece
C. Liquid: hazardous article (solvent, corrosive), acid agent, cleaner and water.
D. Flammable and explosive goods: gasoline and alcohol products.
E. Construction and cement waste
- Please keep the air outlet of appliance away from hair, loose clothing, fingers or other parts. Do not use suction tube, tube extension handles or other tool point at the eyes, ears or put in the mouth.
- If large pieces of paper, paper balls, plastic sheets or sharp objects are found, and anything that is thicker than a straw, please remove them in advance in case that the suction tube is blocked to affect the use of the product.
- Please stop using it at once when the electric leakage or high motor temperature and abnormal sound are found. For example, high temperature in a machine body part, abnormal sound and smell, weak suction.
- Please check the dust cup regularly, if the dust cup is full, please clean it in time.
- Keep the air outlet unblocked to avoid loss of suction power, motor heating that may lead to the reduction of vacuum cleaner service life.
- Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
- Keep end of hose, wand and other openings away from your face and body.
- Do not use the appliance without the dust cup
or the filter in place.
Battery use instructions
- It is recommended to use the supplied charger. Check the voltage of the machine and the charger, making sure it is consistent.
- Never use any other charger than the one provided.
- Do not throw away the battery unit, it must be recycled safely.
- The battery unit can only be used for this vacuum cleaner, do not use it for other purposes. And it can only be charged with the adapter inside the vacuum cleaner package. Do not disassemble the battery unit to avoid damage or short circuit. Do not place the battery unit near high temperature objects or fire. Do not insert sharp objects into the battery unit or the battery will break in case of electric shock.
- To replace the damaged battery, make sure to replace it by authorized person or after-sales service.
- Do not immerse the motor part or battery in the water as it may cause short circuit or property damage.
- WARNING: In case of replacing the damaged battery always use the batteries recommended or sold by the manufacturer, The use of batteries not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injury to persons.

REPARING FOR USE
Installing the charger
-
Attach the charger to the wall as shown in the photo below. If you attach the charger to the wall, the space between the screw holes has to be 3.7 cm.
-
You can also place the charger on a horizontal surface (e.g. a table or desk)
Charging the appliance
Charge the appliance for at least 4.5 hours every time when the appliance runs out of power.

Make sure the appliance is switched off.
-
Put the adaptor in the wall socket.
-
Place the vacuum cleaner on the charger. The charging light goes on to indicate that the appliance is in charging

USING THE APPLIANCE

ACCESSORIES
The appliance comes with the following accessories:
- a special adapter for use with the tube
- a service tool to vacuum corners or narrow gaps
- a squeegee to suck up liquid.
- Take the accessory you want to use.
- Attach the accessory to the nozzle of the appliance.
SUCKING UP LIQUID

- Hold the appliance with the nozzle pointing downwards at an angle of 30^ .
Note: Never hold the appliance with the nozzle pointing upwards when there is liquid in the dust compartment.
Note: Do not tilt the appliance to one side or shake the appliance when there's liquid in the dust compartment.
- Place the squeegee on the surface to be cleaned. Make sure the squeegee stays in contact with the surface.
- Suck up liquid: Stop sucking up liquid when the liquid level inside the dust compartment has reached the maximum indication.
- Empty and dry the dust compartment each time you have used the appliance to suck up a liquid.
7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
When you have used the appliance to suck up liquid always empty and dry the dust compartment after use. Clean the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Hold the appliance over a dust bin, press the dust compartment release button(1) and remove the dust compartment(2).
- Remove the filter unit from the main body.
- Empty the dust compartment by shaking it with the free hand. If necessary, clean the dust compartment with a damp cloth. Make sure you empty and clean the dust compartment regularly.
Note: If there is liquid in the dust compartment, empty the dust compartment and wipe it dry.
- Clean the ilter unit: Take out the filter unit from the dust compartment shake it over a dust bin to release the dust. If necessary, clean the filter unit with a damp cloth, clean the filter unit with a brush or with a normal vacuum cleaner if it is very dirty.
Note: If necessary, you can clean the filter unit in cold or lukewarm water. Dry the filter thoroughly before you assemble it to the dust compartment.
- Put the filter unit back to the dust compartment.
- To re-attach the dust compartment, align the slot on the dust compartment with the projection on the appliance. First attach the bottom of the dust compartment (1) and then push the top of the dust compartment towards the appliance (2) until it locks into place ("click")

- Do not throw away the appliance with the normal household waste at the end of its life, but hand it in at an officia collection point for recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve the environment.
- The built-in rechargeable batteries contain substances that may pollute the environment. Remove the batteries when you discard the appliance. Do not throw away the batteries with the normal household waste, but hand them in at an officia collection point.
Saving energy
If you are not going to use the appliance for a longer period of time, remove the adaptor from the wall socket to save energy.
Disposing of the rechargeable batteries
Lithium batteries may explode when exposed to high temperatures or fire. Only remove the rechargeable batteries if they are completely empty.
8. TROUBLE SHOOTING
This chapter summarizes the most common problems you could encounter with your vacuum cleaner. Please read the different sections for more details.
