How to use the speed control?

Press the start button and simultaneously turn the speed control dial on top to select the desired speed, from low to high.

What is the Turbo button for?

The Turbo button allows you to quickly overcome difficult mixing parts. Use it only for a few seconds to avoid motor overheating.

What is the recommended maximum continuous use time?

For dense mixtures, do not use the blender for more than 15 seconds at a time. Allow an interval of 3 to 4 minutes between cycles to let the motor cool down.

How to use the chopper?

Place the blades in the center axis of the bowl, add food, close the lid by turning clockwise, then attach the motor. Use normal or turbo speeds. Unplug before removing the blades.

Which foods should not be chopped?

General precautions during the use of electrical equipment

• Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
• Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.
• This product is intended for indoor, non-industrial, non-commercial and only for household use. Do not use the item outdoors or for any other purpose. Misuse or improper handling may cause problems in the appliance and cause injury to the user.
• The unit must be used only for the intended purposes. No liability is accepted for damages arising from improper use or wrong handling.
• Ensure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance.

Instructions to follow when using the appliance

• The appliance cannot be used for blending hard and dry substance, otherwise the blades might get blunt. The use of attachment, including Jar, lid, or any another accessory not recommended or sold by manufacture may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
• Always disconnect the blender from the mains when it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
• Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender, as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to the sudden steaming. WARNING: The blades are very sharp!
• Avoid contacting moving parts of the appliance while in function.
• Turn off the appliance and disconnect from the mains supply before changing accessories or approaching movable parts in use.
• Care must be taken when handling the sharp blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
• Do not connect the appliance to the mains until it is completely assembled and always disconnect the appliance before disassembling or handling the blade.
• Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the blender is not running.
• The measuring glass is not microwave safe.
• Don't use your hand blender for longer than 15 seconds for dense mixtures and food items, there are possibilities of overheating of motor. Keep the time difference of 3-4 minutes between 2 cycles.
• Do not operate the appliance for more than once at a time, and even if you need to operate it more than once, wait at least 3 minutes before the next use. Allow the appliance to cool down and use it again.
• To avoid a circuit overload when using this product, do not operate another high-wattage product on the same electrical circuit.
• A short power supply cord is provided with this product. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:
• The marked electrical rating of the cord must be at least as great as that of the product.
• Arrange the extension cord so that it does not hang where it can be tripped over or pulled unintentionally.

5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. The hand mixer is ideal for preparing mojitos, sauces, soups, mayonnaise, and baby food, as well as for mixing and making milkshakes.
2. Connect the detachable shaft to the motor unit by aligning the two side locks with an easy click.
3. Simply plug the hand blender into a power outlet. (Always make sure the sharp cutting blades are away from your body and the other hand when doing this).
4. Press the button to switch on, and at the same time, you can use the variable speed switch at the top to select the desired speed setting, from low to high.
5. Use the "Turbo" switch to get through some difficult parts of the blending quickly. It must be used only for a few seconds to avoid overheating or burning out the motor.
6. To stop the hand blender, release the push button switch.

OPERATIONAL PROCESS OF CHOPPER

The chopper included in the set is made of BPA-free plastic and titanium-coated blades to ensure that the chopping functions are fine and smooth. To make full use of the chopper, always try to chop smooth food ingredients such as cheese, vegetables, meat, herbs, bread, and some kinds of nuts and dry fruits.

Do not try to chop hard foods like ice cubes, spices, or chocolates, as this can cause blade damage.

For some types of vegetables, meat, etc., if the pieces are too big, cut them into smaller sizes before putting them into the chopper bowl.

Always try to keep at least a 3-minute time difference between two cycles to ensure a long life for the chopper motor. Always hold the blades by the upper plastic parts to avoid cutting your fingers, as the blades are quite sharp.

HOW TO USE YOUR CHOPPER?

• Place the blades into the center pin of the chopper bowl and press them down.
• Put the food ingredients you want to chop inside the chopper bowl.
• Place the lid on the chopping bowl and lock it by turning it clockwise; to unlock, do the reverse action.
• Place the motor unit on the chopper and connect it to the power supply. To switch it on, use the normal and turbo speed switches and press the push button as required. You can use the variable speed control dial for the desired speed. Always keep one hand on the motor and the other on the bowl.
• Once the chopping process is done, disconnect the plug from the wall outlet, take out the motor by pressing the detachable push buttons, and remove the lid.
• Carefully take out the blades and remove the chopped food.

HOW TO USE THE WHISK?

The whisk or egg beater can usually be used to beat eggs, make whipping creams, meringue, and instant desserts using eggs, sugar, and fruit marmalade.

To assemble the whisk with the motor unit, place the motor on top of it and press it downward to attach it properly.

Plug in the blender to power outlet.

To make meringue:

Place egg whites into the cup and add the desired sugar. Press the switch button. You can use the variable speed control dial to select the desired speed from low to high. The egg whites will start to get thicker. Keep whisking until the egg whites turn into a foam-like texture, which means the meringue is now ready.

After finishing the use of this attachment, unplug it from the wall outlet and detach the accessory by removing the beater with the use of the detachable push buttons.

For Sauce Pan Blending

Note: Take the pan off the heat and let it cool slightly. Otherwise, your hand blender could overheat.

1. To assemble the metal shaft with the motor unit, place the motor on top of it and press it down to attach it properly.
2. Plug in. To avoid splashing, place the blade in the food before switching on.
3. Hold the power handle steady. Then press the power button.
4. Don't let liquid pass above the joint between the power handle and blender shaft.
5. Move the blade through the food and use a stabbing action. If your blender gets blocked, unplug before clearing.
6. After use, unplug and dismantle.

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Unplug the appliance and remove the detachable stem. Note: Do not immerse the detachable stem of the blender in water because over time the lubrication on the bearings may wash away.
2. Wash the detachable stem under running water, without using abrasive cleaners or detergents. After cleaning, place the stem upright so that any water that may have entered can drain out. The stem is dishwasher safe, so you can wash it in the dishwasher.
3. It is advised to clean or wash all detachable accessories by hand after detaching them from the motor.
4. The plastic beaker and all other accessories containing plastic parts are not recommended for placement in the dishwasher, as the plastic components deteriorate with prolonged dishwasher use.
5. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning, as an electric shock may occur.
6. Dry thoroughly.

Quick cleaning process

For quick cleaning during processing tasks, hold the hand-held blender in a cup half filled with water and turn it on for a few seconds.

OPERATING PROCESS OF THE GRATER

The grater included in the set is made of stainless steel and has a non-stick coating, which guarantees accurate and smooth grating. To use the grater most effectively, grate the following products: cheese, vegetables, meat, greens, bread, and also nuts and dried fruits.

Do not try to grate hard products such as ice cubes, spices, chocolate, etc., as this may damage the blade.

If there are too many vegetables or meat, or they are too large, first cut them into smaller pieces, then place them in the grater bowl.

Always keep the blades sharp by not using them for more than 10 minutes at a time, to ensure a long service life of the grater blade. Always hold the blade by the upper plastic parts to avoid cuts, as the blade is quite sharp.

HOW TO USE THE GRATER?

Insert the knife into the central hole of the grater and press it. - Place the ingredients you want to grate into the grater bowl. Install the lid on the bowl for grating and secure it by turning it clockwise, and you can unlock it by turning it counterclockwise. Install the motor unit on the grater and plug it into the mains. Make a smoothie:

Place the ingredients into the bowl and add sugar, press the switch. You can use the speed control to select the desired speed from low to high, and the blender will start mixing. Continue blending until the ingredients are completely pureed, which indicates that the smoothie is ready.

After using the blender, turn it off, unplug it from the outlet, disconnect the accessories, and remove the bowl with the help of the release buttons.

FOR BLENDING SOUPS

Note: Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool slightly. Otherwise, your hand blender may overheat.

1. To assemble the metal shaft with the drive block, place the drive on top of it, press it down to secure it firmly in place. 2. Plug into the outlet. To avoid splashing, immerse the shaft into the mixture before turning it on.
