Installation

1. Use a wrench to attach the handle to the cutter head.
2. Insert the suction cup at the bottom. For smooth surfaces, the suction cup can be used directly. For non-smooth surfaces, secure the suction cup with screws.

ATTENTION! For RCES-215/12, always make sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning or changing the Cutting width.

Method of operation

1. Pull the lever

2. Insert the food

3. Turn the knob to adjust the thickness

4. Move the handle to begin cutting

1. Check the size indicated on the knob.

1. Turn the knob clockwise to make the slices thinner, or counterclockwise to make them thicker.

Note:

If you feel resistance while turning the knob, it means you have reached the adjustment limit. In this case, reverse the direction to prevent damage to the adjustment thread. Forcing the knob may cause damage.

ATTENTION! For RCES-215/12, always make sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning or changing the Cutting width.

Cleaning procedure

• Clean the blade:
  Wipe the blade with a damp cloth and warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
• Clean the slicer body:
  Wipe the surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid water near the motor.

- Sanitize:

Use a food-safe sanitizer on all surfaces and allow them to air-dry.

- Deep cleaning:

Clean hard-to-reach areas where food particles may accumulate.
