Assembly Instructions
1) Ensure your assembly area is clean and completely clear. You will need at least 2ft of space around all four sides of the screen when it is spread out.
2) Unpack all of the parts from the box and lay them out in an orderly way. Do not unroll the screen yet.
Assemble the Frame
3) Take the two top frame rails and attach them together sliding a joint bar into the flat ends of both rails and pushing them together. Secure them with 4 joiner screws and tighten in place using the Allen key provided.
Repeat the same for the bottom frame rails.

6) Next, join all of the sides together. Using the L-joiners, slide one part into the top frame rail and the other part into one of the side frame rails. Secure in place using 4 joiner screws and tighten them into place using the Allen key.
Repeat the same for every corner of the frame, so that all pieces of the frame rails are joined together.

7) Check first that the floor is clean and dry. Gently unroll the screen and lay it down on the floor with the viewing side face-down.
8) Starting with the single-ended rods, attach two together as shown to create a long rod:

natural_image

9) Insert this into the top of the screen and push all the way through so that the rod appears at the other end. Repeat this for the bottom part of the screen, joining the remaining two single-ended rods together and pushing it through the bottom part of the screen.
Then insert the two shorter double-ended rods into the sides of the screen.
11) Place the screen material onto the frame. Starting from one end of the screen, start to push the tension pegs through the pre-made holes along the edge of the screen fabric. Work your way along the screen until all of the tension pegs are in their corresponding holes.
Note:
- The last few tension pegs may require firm pulling in order to keep the screen perfectly flat.
- The red arrows are for a guide only, the tension pegs do not need to align perfectly with these when the screen is fitted.

12) Place the support bar in the middle of the screen diagonally.
Ensuring the ends of the support bar tuck underneath the back of the frame, slowly push the bar until it is vertical in the centre of the screen where the frame pieces join.

Please note: we have only included one type of raw plug with this kit. If your wall requires something different ensure you get the appropriate fixings to ensure that the installation will be safe and secure.
