IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION

To reduce risk of injury, the user must read and understand this instruction manual before using the vibration plate. This machine is intended for home use only in accordance with the instructions provided in this manual. Please read these instructions carefully and retain for future use.
- Not suitable for children or pregnant woman!
- Use for the intended purpose only.
- Only use inside, only use in dry environment.
- Do not use if the product is damaged.
- Do not jump on the plate or the machine.
- Place the device only on a solid, level, and moisture-resistant surface.
- After use, the machine must be switched off and unplugged.
- Do some warming-up exercises before start using the machine.
- Increase speed intensity and duration of exercises gradually.
- Only one person is allowed to use the machine at one time.
- Stop using the machine immediately if you feel tired, uncomfortable or dizzy.
- Don't use this machine for more than 10 min at a time.
- The device is intended exclusively for home use and not for commercial purposes.
- To protect the floor or carpet from damage or discoloration, place a special floor mat under the unit.
- Consult your doctor immediately when you feel: sick, experience pain in joints or other locations, aches abnormal heartbeat rate or any other abnormal symptoms.

ASSEMBLY
Set up and connect
- Select a suitable installation location with a distance of at least 1m around the device to avoid possible injuries. The surface for your assembly should be stable, level, clean and protected from impact by a suitable underlay.
- Connect the power cord to the device and the other end to the wall socket.

Horizontal setting
An incorrect setting can lead to an incorrect load or injury during training as well as to unwanted noise development. Align the feet so that the device is truly level.

(If undefinable noises occur, please adjust the feet as described below.)

Prepare the remote control
- Insert 2 x AAA into the remote control, paying attention to the polarity.

The vibration plate can be controlled via the console on the device as well as via the remote control. You can choose between an automatic and a manual mode. You can use the resistance bands in either mode.

Use the button on the device only after you have dismounted from the device in order to avoid possible tipping over!

Manual mode
You can set the time and speed yourself.
- Press the power button on the device or on the remote control.
- Use the +/- buttons to set the duration of the exercise and then press the START / STOP button to begin (time span 1-15 minutes, increments of 1 minute).
- While the device is running, use the +/- keys to set the speed (speed levels 1-99, increments of 1).
- Press the START / STOP button again to stop the vibration button or to interrupt the preset time early.
- When finished, switch off the device using the power button.
Automatic mode
In the automatic program the device runs through different speeds. Each program has a duration of 10 minutes. Please note the following program table.
- Press the power on button on the device or on the remote control.
- Use the program button (P) to select between the programs (P1-P9) and then press the START / STOP button to begin.
- Press the START / STOP button again to stop the vibration button or to interrupt the preset time early.
- When finished, switch off the device using the power button.
Automatic programs table
Each program lasts 10 minutes and varies the speed every minute. The speed is reduced 40 seconds before the end of the program. If there are 10 seconds left until the end, the time is counted down and the speed is reduced to a standstill.

TRAINING WITH POWER ROPES
- Attach the resistance bands to the metal handles on the side by loosening and clamping the snap hook. Screw the snap hook back on.
- If you are not currently using the resistance bands, store them in such a way that no one can trip over them and small children cannot reach them.

Extending the Power Ropes
- Take the rope in your left hand and use your right hand to push a piece of rope of the desired length from bottom to top through the opening in the middle (see Figure 1).
- Grasp the rope at the opening below and pull out the required amount of rope (see Figure 2).
- Tighten the rope at the lower end (see Figure 4) and align the handle before your workout.
Shortening the Power Ropes
- Take the rope in your left hand and use your right hand to push a piece of rope of the desired length from bottom to top through the opening in the middle (see Figure 1).
- Tighten the rope at the right of the top three openings (see Figure 3) and align the handle before your workout.
Tip: Repeat these steps until the rope is the length you want.

Basically, the chest muscles are trained with push-ups. Depending on the positioning of the handles on the vibration plate, a supporting effect can be achieved and muscles can be trained that are also used during push-ups.
There are openings on the vibration plate for this purpose:
- Remove the desired rubber seals to reveal the plug-in positions for the handles.
- Insert the handles evenly aligned with each other so that they are mirrored at the center of the vibration plate.

Avoid an uneven arrangement of the handles!
Also make sure that the vibration plate is evenly positioned!
(This can lead to improper loading and cause pain or injury)

TRAINING WITH A FULL BODY BAND
Attachment of the full-body band to the vibration plate
- Insert the ends of the full-body band from below through the eyelets on the side of the vibration plate and stick the two velcro surfaces together.

- Pull up a small loop on the belt slider
- Depending on your needs, pull the long end of the strap (2) to lengthen the strap or you pull on the lower large strap loop (3) to shorten the strap.
- The small belt loop (1) will tighten again. Open it to adjust the strap again or pull the small loop on both ends of the strap to start exercising.

Exercises with the full body band
- Extend the strap so you can put it over your shoulder and run along your arms. As you spread and hold your arms at the sides of your body, you will feel resistance.
- Shorten the belt so that you hold the belt evenly tensioned with both hands, while bending your knees slightly and bending your arms at chest level. (Skier posture)
- Adjust the belt so that you alternately spread your arms forwards and backwards and the belt runs over one of your shoulders.

Before each workout you should stretch your muscles for at least 5-10 minutes to warm them up sufficiently. Repeat the following stretching exercises five times. Stretching before training helps improve flexibility and reduces the risk of injury.
1 HEAD ROLLS
Rotate your head to the right for one count, feeling the stretch up the left side of your neck, then rotate your head back for one count, stretching your chin to the ceiling and letting your mouth open. Rotate your head to the left for one count, then drop your head to your chest for one count.
2 SHOULDER LIFTS
Lift your right shoulder toward your ear for one count. Then lift your left shoulder up for one count as you lower your right shoulder.
3 SIDE STRETCHES
Open your arms to the side and lift them until they are over your head. Reach your right arm as far toward the ceiling as you can for one count. Repeat this action with your left arm.
4 QUADRICEPS STRETCH
With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up. Bring your heel as close to your buttocks as possible. Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot.
5 INNER THIGH STRETCH
Sit with the soles of your feet together and your knees pointing outward. Pull your feet as close to your groin as possible. Gently push your knees toward the floor. Hold for 15 counts.
6 TOE TOUCHES
Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward your toes. Reach as far as you can and hold for 15 counts.
7 HAMSTRING STRETCHES
Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of your left foot against your right inner thigh. Stretch toward your toe as far as possible. Hold for 15 counts. Relax and then repeat with left leg.
8 CALF / ACHILLES STRETCH
Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of the right and your arms forward. Keep your right leg straight and the left foot on the floor; then bend the left leg and lean forward by moving your hips toward the wall. Hold, then repeat on the other side for 15 counts.








TRAINING WITH THE VIBRATION PLATE
Crouched position
Get stand on the vibration plate in shoulder width. Tighten your leg muscles lightly, hold your back upright and bend your knees and upper body slightly forward. A slight tension in the back, the front thigh muscles and the gluteal muscles should now be noticeable.

Place one foot in the middle of the plate. Use the other leg to make a large, stretched step backwards on the floor. Keep your back stretched and your upper body relaxed while your front leg stands firmly on the plate and you tighten your leg muscles. Now you should feel a tension in the entire area of the thigh and buttocks muscles.
Back Arch
Lay down on your back and stand with your legs bent, both feet on the plate. Now lift your lower body up until it forms a line with the thighs. Tighten the abdominal and gluteal muscles and pull your feet alternately towards the buttocks.

Stand with both legs on the plate. Bend your upper body slightly and tense the abdominal muscles. Hold the grip ends of both ligaments in your hands with the thumbs pointing out and pull the elbows up.

Place your hands in shoulder width on the plate. Your feet are stretched from your body on the ground. Your upper body is located on the plate. Now align shoulders and elbows in a line. Then lower and lift your upper body repeatedly.
Bent Pull Exercise
Get on the ground in front of the plate. Pull the straps upwards, each to the sides of your body. Stretch your chest forward, hold your shoulder blades parallel to the back. You should together and pull your arms feel tension in the shoulders and upper back.

Support yourself up from the plate with your hands, positioned on shoulder width. Keep your legs stretched from your body on the ground. Your upper body is above the plate. Hold this position with your arms outstretched. Now lower your upper body and support yourself again. Repeat this procedure.

Support yourself up from the vibrating plate with your hands slightly turned inwards and positioned at shoulder width. Your legs will be slightly bent and your knees will be on the ground. Now lower your upper body, bend your elbows outwards and hold the tension in your abdominal muscles.
Arm flexor Exercise
Stand on the vibrating plate with slightly bent knees and straight back. Pull the straps tightly upwards and make sure to keep the wrists straight. Now you should feel a tension in the biceps.

Sit with your back towards the plate. Now use your hands to lift yourself up from the plate. Then lower your body again. Make sure to hold your shoulder blades together and to bend your elbows slightly. You should now feel tension in your shoulders and your upper arms. Variation: Try this exercise with the legs stretched.
Oblique abdominal muscle
Sit on the table top and lean back with a straight back about 45^ . Now pull one leg tight and stretch the other. Turn your upper body slightly diagonally and hold the tension. Attention: This exercise is not recommended for people with back-related problems.

Sit on the plate with your upper body straight and upright. Place your hands on the side of the plate and lean back about 45^ . Now lift your legs at a right angle and stretch your arms forward. Hold the bodily tension. Attention: This exercise is not recommended for people with back-related problems.
Lateral Leg Lift Exercise
Lay down sideways on the plate. Support yourself with one hand on the ground and the other hand on the handle of the plate. Keep your legs stretched and pull both legs upwards as far as possible. Hold the tension.

Standing on the plate, with your upper body slightly bent forward and tense abdominal muscles and holding the grip ends of the two ligaments with thumbs pointing outwards, pull the elbows upwards.
Anterior Shoulder Area Exercise
Place one foot on the Plate by doing a wide step. Adjust the length of the two straps with both hands so that your elbows reach about shoulder height, whilst pulling the straps vigorously upwards with straight wrists.

Lay down, facing the device, with one side of your body on the ground, so that you can place your upper leg on the vibrating plate on the inner side of your thigh. Make sure that only the inner side of the thigh comes into contact with the vibrating plate. Then change the leg.
Upper thighs back & Buttocks
Place the back of both legs and optionally also the buttocks on the vibration plate.

Kneel in front of the device and grab the rear edge of the plate so that your arms are lying lengthwise, then stretch your body as much as possible. You should feel an extension in the back and shoulder area.

Product placement and storage
Environment factors can strongly affect the product physically and mechanically. Do not expose the machine to direct sunlight or in places with extreme heat in order to prevent the machine from getting cracked or the colour fading.
Please cover it with a dust cover and disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet if the machine is not to be used for a long time.
Do not use benzene thinner and corrosive and volatile detergents such as alcohol and gasoline to clean the machine. This may result in the colour to fade or cause the interior structure to become corrosive and cracked. Don't spill liquid into the body to avoid a power short circuit.
Please wipe the remote control with a dry cloth. A wet cloth may result in malfunction.
