What to do if the Hub does not connect to Wi-Fi?

Check that the Hub is in pairing mode (white LED flashes once per second). Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz. If pairing fails, the white LED flashes rapidly for 2 seconds. Retry by moving closer to the router. You can also use an Ethernet connection for initial setup.

How to reset the Hub to factory settings?

Use a needle to press the reset button (reset hole) for about 10 seconds. The Hub will return to factory settings and all data will be erased.

How to install the Hub on the wall?

Remove the mounting cover by turning counterclockwise. Choose a suitable location, avoid metal surfaces. Use the mounting bracket and screws provided to fix the Hub. Replace the cover. Ensure devices are within 20 meters for stable communication.

What does the yellow LED flashing mean?

The yellow LED flashes once per second in ZigBee pairing mode. If it stays on for 5 seconds, pairing succeeded. If it flashes very fast for 2 seconds, pairing failed. Continuous fast flashing indicates an update.

Can I use the Hub without an Internet connection?

Yes, the Hub can operate locally on an Ethernet or Wi-Fi network without Internet access. However, some features like remote control or updates require an Internet connection.

How to add a new ZigBee sensor?

In the app, go to the Hub settings (gear icon). Tap the 'Add new device' button at the bottom of the screen. Prepare the sensor (e.g., put it in pairing mode). Follow the app instructions. The yellow LED flashes during pairing.

What to do if the tamper alarm goes off?

The tamper alarm activates when the Hub is removed from its mounting bracket. To disable it, place the Hub back on the bracket. If the alarm persists, check that the anti-tamper contact is fully pressed. You can also disable this function in the app settings.

The Smart Hub is the control center for ZigBee and Bluetooth devices. Our gateway works with many types of ZigBee devices operating in the 1.2HA standard, e.g. smoke detectors, CO alarms, reed switches, motion sensors etc.

Through various combinations of smart home peripherals, you can use the control unit as an alarm system, security system, environmental control system, home automation system, etc.

Adding a gateway

Connect the gateway to the power using the supplied cable and power adapter. Download the Ferguson Home app in the Google Play Store or Apple AppStore. Follow the steps necessary to run the application.

Then, using the "+" symbol in the „Desktop" tab, select the option to add a Smart Hub. Follow the instructions in the application. After a successful connection, the gateway will signal "successful connection" with a sound signal.

Pairing may take several minutes.

Assembly

To assemble the device:

1. Remove the mounting cover by turning it counterclockwise.
2. After selecting the appropriate mounting location, use the mounting screws to attach the goal to the selected surface.

1. For better wireless communication parameters, avoid mounting on a metal surface or in a metal environment.
2. To add devices, install the application.
