IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS. READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
- This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are being supervised or have been instructed concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the product.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be carried out by children unless they are older than 8 years and supervised.
- A damaged power cord may only be replaced by an authorised service agent in order to avoid hazards.
- Follow the instructions in the chapter Cleaning and care.
- Keep the product and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
- Never insert fingers, pencils or any other object through the holes of the housing as well as the guard.
- Ensure that the fan is switched off from the supply mains before removing the guard.
- The power plug must be removed from the power socket before cleaning, servicing, maintenance and relocation of the device from one location to another.
- The fan should be placed on a flat, stable and slip-resistant surface during operation to avoid overturning.
- Do not operate the product in wet environments, for example, a bathroom etc.
- Don't use it in the kitchen in order to keep the plastic part away from greasy dirt.
- Caution! There is danger of explosion from improper replacement of the batteries. Replace the batteries only with the same or equivalent type of battery.

Always exchange the entire set of batteries.

Make sure the batteries are correctly inserted. Observe the polarity (+) plus / (-) negative on the batteries and the housing. Improperly inserted batteries can lead to leakage or, in extreme cases, a fire or an explosion.
- Remove used batteries. Remove the batteries if you know that the product will not be used for a longer period of time, otherwise, the batteries could leak and cause damage.
- Non-rechargeable batteries must not be recharged.
- The connections must not be short-circuited.

Batteries

BEFORE FIRST TIME USE
- Remove the product and accessories carefully from the original packaging. It is recommended to keep the original packaging for storage. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, please observe applicable legal provisions. Should you have any questions regarding proper disposal, contact your local waste management center.
- Inspect the delivery contents for completeness and damages. Should the delivery contents be incomplete or damaged, contact your sales outlet immediately.
• After unpacking, please refer to chapter Cleaning and care. - Tear off the protection foil from the remote control.

ASSEMBLING AND MOUNTING
1 Assemble the two foot parts crosswise. Remove the four screws from the foot parts.
2 Use the four screws to mount the extension pole onto the feet. Then remove the height adjustment ring.
3 Slide the stand cover over the extension pole onto the feet. Pull out the extension pole and secure it by installing and fastening the height adjustment ring.
4 Attach the motor unit to the extension pole and secure it with the screws. Before secure it, the height of the fan can be adjusted individually, by inserting / extracting the extension pole.
5 Remove the propeller nut and the plastic nut from the motor unit. Attach the rear guard to the motor unit. The handle on the rear guard must point upwards and the dowel pins must fit into the intended holes.
6 Secure the rear guard with the plastic nut.
7 Slide the fan blade onto the motor shaft so that the pin locks to the groove. Secure the fan blade by tightening the propeller nut onto the shaft.
8 Open the clips on the front guard. Hook the front guard onto the rear guard, thereby aligning the screw holes at the bottom of the guards.
9 Install the screw and nut to lock the guards. Make sure all the clips are closed.
10 Place on a stable level surface. Set the desired angle and height.
OPERATION
11 Plug in the product.
12 Press the ON/OFF to switch on the fan. Press SPEED repeatedly to cycle through the fan speeds (L=Low; M=Medium; H=High). Alternatively you can use the button ⚙️ on the remote control to select the speed. Press the ⏻ button to turn on/off the product.
13 Press Ⓤ button on the remote control for timed operation. Press the ⏚ button repeatedly to set the hours (1, 2, 4 hours) after which the fan should turn off.
14 Press the OSCILLATION / SWING knob to activate oscillation function.
Caution
• The product may only be connected to the mains once it has been completely assembled.
- The product must not be disassembled during operation, general care, cleaning and user maintenance.
• The product may never be operated without the stand or in a horizontal position.
- Switch off and disconnect the product before adjusting height or desired angle.
• The guard must be completely closed when operating the product.
• During operation, do not put fingers or other objects in the guard.
• Unplug the product if it is not used for some time.
CHANGING BATTERIES
15 Open the battery compartment of the remote control. Insert 2 batteries (not included) of type LR03 (AAA) observing the + and - polarities as indicated on the batteries and inside the battery compartment. Close the battery compartment.

CLEANING AND CARE
- Warning! Before cleaning, always let the product come to a complete stop and disconnect it from the mains.
- Do not use solvents or abrasives, metal utensils or hard brushes for cleaning.
- Do not immerse the fan in water or other liquid. Do not allow water to drip on or into the fan motor housing.
• Dry all parts thoroughly before storage.
• Store the product in a cool, dry and clean place, out of the reach of children and pets.
16 Use a soft piece of cloth for cleaning. If the dirt or contamination proves hard to remove, use mild detergent.
