How to assemble the WL507AC double floodlight?

Loosen the locking screw (6), fully extend the tripod legs (7), then retighten. Install the support bar (4) on top of the tripod and secure it with the screw (3). Place each floodlight (1) at one end of the bar and secure with the locking screws (3). Attach the cable separator (8) with the screw (9).

Can I use an external dimmer with this floodlight?

No, the floodlight is not intended to be used with external dimmers. Using a dimmer can irreversibly damage the floodlight or the dimmer circuit. Only plug into a 220-240V~ 50Hz socket.

What is the total power and luminous flux?

The total power is 40 W (2 x 20 W) and the total luminous flux is 3200 lumens (2 x 1600 lm).

Is the floodlight suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, the IP65 protection rating makes it protected against dust and water jets, suitable for temporary outdoor use.

How to adjust the orientation of the floodlights?

Loosen the locking screws (2)/(3) slightly, orient the floodlights (1) as desired, then retighten the screws. Caution: The housing may become hot, let it cool before any adjustment.

Is the LED light source replaceable?

No, the LED light source is not replaceable. At the end of its life, the floodlight must be disposed of in accordance with WEEE regulations.

How to clean the floodlight?

Unplug the device and let it cool down. Use a dry or damp cloth. Do not use solvents, caustic products, or chemicals.

What to do if the floodlight glass is damaged?

Immediately replace the floodlight if the glass cover is damaged. Damaged floodlights cannot be repaired and must be disposed of.

What is the maximum height of the tripod?

The adjustable height of the tripod is 80 to 126 cm. To adjust, loosen the screw (5), adjust the tube, then retighten.

What does the warranty cover?

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read the enclosed safety warnings, the additional safety warnings and the instructions. Failure to follow the safety warnings and the instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Save the safety warnings and the instructions for future reference.

SAFETY WARNINGS FOR WORK LIGHT

a) Please read and observe all safety warnings and instructions enclosed with the flood light.
b) Do not use the flood light in hazardous areas.
c) Do not direct the light beam at persons or animals and do not stare into the light beam yourself (not even from a distance).
d) Do not cover off the lens while operating the flood light. The flood light heats up during operation and can cause burns when the heat is allowed to accumulate.
e) Do not allow children to use the flood light. It is intended for professional use. Children can unintentionally blind themselves or other persons.

2. ASSEMBLY

Place the tripod stand (Fig. B-1, B-2)

1) Loosen the locking screw (6).
2) Fully extend the tripod legs (7).
3) Re-tighten the locking screw (6).
4) Place the tripod stand on a stable, level surface.

The tripod legs (7) must always be fully extended to ensure the stability of the tripod and prevent the flood light from tipping over / falling. To adjust the height of the tripod stand, do not (partially) retract the tripod legs. See the paragraph 'Operation / Adjustment' below for the correct height adjustment procedure.

Install the support bar (Fig. C)

1) Position the support bar (4) on top of the tripod stand. Align the center hole of the support bar with the tripod stand.
2) Fix the support bar (4) in place by installing a locking screw (3) through the center hole.

Install the lights (Fig D-1, D-2)

1) Position a light (1) on both ends of the support bar (4). Align the hole in the light brackets with the hole on each end of the support bar.
2) Fix the lights (1) in place by installing a locking screw (3) through the hole in the light brackets.
3) Attach the cable splitter (8) to the support bar (4) using the screw (9).

The twin flood light is intended as mobile illumination for temporary use and is not suitable for permanent room lighting.

4. OPERATION

Be sure to keep a minimal distance of 0.5m between the lights (1) and any illuminated objects. Objects that are placed too closely may overheat.

not connect the flood light to external dimmers of any kind. The flood light is not suitable for use in combination with external dimmers. Using an external dimmer can cause irreparable damage to the flood light and/or the dimmer circuit. Only connect the flood light to a regular 220-240V\~50Hz outlet.

Adjustment (Fig F-1, F-2)

The lights can be directed in any orientation. To adjust the orientation of the lights, take the following steps:

1) Slightly loosen the applicable locking screw(s)(2)/(3).
2) Adjust the light(s) (1) to the desired orientation.
3) Re-tighten the locking screw(s) (2)/(3).

Be careful when touching the lights. The metal housing of the lights may become hot during operation. Disconnect the flood light from mains power and allow it to cool down sufficiently before making any adjustments.

The height of the tripod stand can be adjusted. To adjust the height, take the following steps:

1) Slightly loosen locking screw (5).
2) Adjust the tripod stand to the desired height by extending or retracting the tube.
3) Re-tighten the locking screw (5).

5. MAINTENANCE

The flood light is maintenance-free and only requires occasional exterior cleaning.

Do not open the housing of the lights, there is a risk of electric shock. The flood light does not contain any serviceable parts. Malfunctioning lights must be disposed of.

Replace the lights in case the glass covers become damaged. Damaged lights can not be repaired and must be disposed of.

The LED light source is not replaceable. When the LED light source has reached the end of its life the light must be disposed of.

Cleaning

Disconnect the flood light from mains power and allow it to cool down sufficiently before cleaning. Do not use any solvents, caustic cleaning products or similar chemicals. Use a dry or damp cloth for cleaning.
