How to install the whisks or dough hooks?

Make sure the appliance is unplugged and in the Off position. Insert the shaft of a whisk into one hole of the motor unit, push and turn until it locks. Repeat for the second one.

Your hand mixer has been designed for mixing, beating, whipping and kneading. This product is intended for household use only.

Using your appliance

ASSEMBLY

Choosing beaters, dough hooks or blending attachment

• Use beaters for mixing, beating, whipping and creaming liquids and mixtures.
• Use dough hooks for mixing and kneading dough.
• Use blending attachment for blending.

Fitting the beaters or dough kneaders

• Switch the appliance off.
• Insert the stem of beater into one of the mounting holes in the motor unit.
• Push and turn the beater until in locks into place.
• Repeat for the other beater.

Removing the beaters or dough hooks

• Switch the appliance off.
• Keep the release button depressed.
• Pull the beaters or dough hooks out of the motor unit.

USE

• To switch on, slide the speed control switch to one of the positions "1" (lowest speed) to "4" (highest speed). It is recommended to start at a low speed, then change to a higher speed if necessary. To switch off, slide the switch to position "0".
• Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 5 minutes (with beaters) or 2 minutes (with dough hooks)! After working with the appliance continuously for this period of time, let it cool down for at least 10 minutes before operating it again.
• When working with liquids, use a low speed in order to avoid splashing liquid onto the appliance.
• Firmly hold the container that you are using with the mixer.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Wash the beaters, dough hooks or blending attachment in warm soapy water and dry well.

ASSEMBLY

Before assembling the device, make sure it is unplugged from the power supply.

Choose the appropriate attachment for mixing, whisking, or bringing ingredients to a homogeneous state. Choose the mixing bowl for mixing and kneading dough. Choose the blender for blending.

Installing the attachment for mixing.

Turn on the device

Insert the attachment into the opening while the motor is off.

Press and turn the attachment until it locks into place.

Repeat with another attachment.

Dough

Install the base of the left-side mixer (with the large gasket) into the large mounting hole of the motor.

Press down and turn the mixer base until it clicks into place.

Install the base of the right-side mixer (with the small gasket) into the small mounting hole of the motor.

Press down and turn the mixer base until it clicks into place.

Operation

To turn on the appliance, move the speed regulator to position 1 (minimum speed) to 4 (maximum speed).

It is recommended to start at the lowest speed, then increase to a higher speed if necessary. To turn off, move the regulator to position 0.

Use the turbo button (pulse) to achieve maximum speed immediately.

Do not use the appliance for more than 15 minutes continuously!

When working with dough, use the lowest speed to avoid splashing the dough out of the appliance.

Securely hold the container in which you are working with the mixer.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Before cleaning and maintenance, turn off the appliance and unplug it.

- Rinse the attachments with warm soapy water and dry them well. - Wipe the motor with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive or solvent-based cleaning agents.

USE
