Your hand mixer has been designed for mixing, beating, whipping and kneading. This product is intended for household use only.

USE

  • To switch on, slide the speed control switch to one of the positions "1" (lowest speed) to "4" (highest speed). It is recommended to start at a low speed, then change to a higher speed if necessary. To switch off, slide the switch to position "0".
  • Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 5 minutes (with beaters) or 2 minutes (with dough hooks)! After working with the appliance continuously for this period of time, let it cool down for at least 10 minutes before operating it again.
  • When working with liquids, use a low speed in order to avoid splashing liquid onto the appliance.
  • Firmly hold the container that you are using with the mixer.

Operation

Use the turbo button (pulse) to achieve maximum speed immediately.

Do not use the appliance for more than 15 minutes continuously!

When working with dough, use the lowest speed to avoid splashing the dough out of the appliance.
