Intended use
Your hand mixer has been designed for mixing, beating, whipping and kneading. This product is intended for household use only.
Important safeguards
- Warning! When using mains-powered appliances, basic safety precautions, including the following, should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and personal injury.
- Read this entire manual carefully before using the appliance.
- The intended use is described in this manual. The use of any accessory or attachment or the performance of any operation with this appliance other than those recommended in this instruction manual may present a risk of personal injury.

Using your appliance
- Do not touch moving parts. Make sure that the appliance is switched off before connecting to or disconnecting from the power supply. Always take care when using the appliance.
- Never pull the power supply cord to disconnect the plug from the socket. Keep the power supply cord away from heat, oil and sharp edges.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors. Always protect the motor unit from water or excessive humidity.
- Operate the appliance only with dry hands.
- Never detach the beaters, dough hooks and blending attachment from the main body while the appliance is still connected to the power supply. Always disconnect the unit from power supply first.
- Never clean the beaters, dough hooks or blending attachment under running water while they are still connected to the main body. Take care that the beaters, dough hooks and blending attachment do not
touch the power cable while operating the unit.
- If the power supply cord is damaged during use, disconnect the appliance from the power supply immediately. Do not touch the power supply cord before disconnecting from the power supply.
- Disconnect the appliance from the power supply when not in use, before fitting or removing parts and before cleaning.
- All repairs of electrical appliances must only be performed by skilled personnel. Improper repairs can result in considerable hazards for the user.
- In case of damages, the power cord must be changed only by the skilled service personnel.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.

After use

Inspection and repairs

ASSEMBLY
Before assembly, make sure that the appliance is switched off and unplugged.
Choosing beaters, dough hooks or blending attachment
- Use beaters for mixing, beating, whipping and creaming liquids and mixtures.
- Use dough hooks for mixing and kneading dough.
- Use blending attachment for blending.

Caution:
- Only hook (a) has a marking ring. Don't install the hooks wrongly!
Fitting the beaters or dough kneaders
- Switch the appliance off.
- Insert the stem of the beater into one of the mounting holes in the motor unit.
- Push and turn the beater until it locks into place.
- Repeat for the other beater.
Removing the beaters or dough hooks
- Switch the appliance off.
- Keep the release button depressed.
- Pull the beaters or dough hooks out of the motor unit.
How to install/remove the blender stick:

Open the back cover (10), and then insert the assembled blender stick onto the hand mixer. A sound "click" will be heard if the blender stick is well installed in position.
Caution:
- The blade is very sharp! Handle it carefully!
- To remove the blender stick:
- Firstly press button (9), secondly draw out the blender stick.
USE
- To switch on, slide the speed control switch to one of the positions "1" (lowest speed) to "4" (highest speed). It is recommended to start at a low speed, then change to a higher speed if necessary. To switch off, slide the switch to position "0".
- Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 5 minutes (with beaters) or 2 minutes (with dough speed)! After working with the appliance continuously for this period of time, let it cool down for at least 10 minutes before operating it again.
- When working with liquids, use a low speed in order to avoid splashing liquid onto the appliance.
- Firmly hold the container that you are using with the mixer.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
!!!Before cleaning and maintenance, switch the appliance off and unplug it.
- Wash the beaters, dough hooks or blending attachment in warm soapy water and dry well.
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not use any abrasive or solvent-based cleaner.
Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
Environment
Do not throw away the appliance with the normal household waste at the end of its life, but hand it in at an official collection point for recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve the environment.

Using the device
Do not touch moving parts. - Before connecting or disconnecting from the mains, make sure the device is switched off. Keep the device under supervision while using it. Never pull the power cord to disconnect it from the socket. Keep the power cord away from heat, oil, and sharp edges. Do not use the device outdoors. Protect the motor from water or excessive moisture. - Operate the device only with dry hands. Never disconnect the attachments, mixing blades, or beaters from the device while it is running.
Disconnect the device from the mains before cleaning.
Never immerse the attachments, mixing blades, or beaters in running water while they are attached to the device. - Make sure that the attachments, mixing blades, and beaters do not touch the power cord during operation. Disconnect the device from the mains when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning. All repair work on electrical appliances must be carried out by a qualified specialist. Improper repair may lead to serious injury to the user. - In case of damage, the power cord must be replaced by a qualified service specialist. - Children under 8 years of age should not be allowed near the device unless under constant adult supervision. Make sure that children do not play with the device. Under the conditions of these instructions, explain the safe use of the device or under the supervision of a healthy adult, children over 8 years old, people with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or persons without experience in using the device may use it. After use

ASSEMBLY
Turn on the device, select the attachment, and make sure it is included in the specified sequence.
Select attachments for washing, rinsing, or blending.
Select the attachment for washing to wash, rinse, and bring the dishes and their accessories to a clean state. Select the washing attachment for washing and rinsing dishes. Select the blender for blending.

Attention!
Only (a) has a marking ring. Do not install it incorrectly!
Installing the washing attachment.
Turn on the device.
Insert the base of the washing attachment into the motor opening.
Press and turn the attachment until it locks into place.
Repeat with the other attachment.
Dishes
Turn on the device.
Insert the base of the left-side washing attachment (with the large white part) into the large motor opening.
Press and turn until the washing attachment locks into place.
Insert the base of the right-side washing attachment (with the small white part) into the small motor opening.
Insert and turn the lid until the bowl is in place.
Operation
To turn on the appliance, turn the speed regulator to position 1 (minimum speed) to 4 (maximum speed).
It is recommended to start at the lowest speed, then increase to a higher one if necessary. To turn off, turn the regulator to position 0.
Use the turbo button (pulse) to reach maximum speed immediately.
Do not use the appliance continuously for more than 15 minutes!
To avoid splashing liquid, turn on the appliance gradually.
Hold the container in which you are working with the mixer.
How to install / remove the blender attachment:

Open the lid (10), then insert the blender attachment into the mixer opening. The blender attachment is correctly installed when you hear a click.
Warning:
- The blade is very sharp! Be careful!! To remove the blender attachment: First press the button (9), then pull out the blender attachment.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning and maintenance, turn off the appliance and unplug it.
- Rinse the attachment with warm water and dry it well.
