Before operang this appliance, please read the Manual carefully.
Do not immerse this appliance, its cord or plug in water or any other liquids! - Use special cauon when operang near children! - Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
Do not hang the cord on any sharp edges and prevent any contact with hot surfaces.
Do not operate the appliance when damaged, with a damaged cord or plug. In such a case, return the appliance to an authorised service centre for repair.
The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may result in damaging the appliance, re or cause injury. - Never leave the operang appliance unaended! - Do not place the appliance on hot surfaces. - Do not coil the power cord around the appliance! - The appliance is intended for household use only. - Do not use this appliance for other than intended use.
The appliance needs to be used with a carriage tray and a pusher, unless the size or shape of a product prevents it. - Use special cauon while handling the cung knife blade.
Turn the appliance o before replacing its parts or approaching to the moving parts while in use.
Cleaning of the appliance, in parcular of the parts in direct contact with food, should be carried out before rst use, immediately aer use or if the appliance has not been used for a long me - the procedure is described in the chapter “CLEANING AND MAIN- TENANCE”.
The appliance may be used by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilies, or who lack knowledge or experience of using this type of equipment, provided they are supervised or instructed in the safe use of the equipment and understand the risks involved. - Children are not allowed to carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks.16
- Store the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under 8 years of age.
The device is not a toy and should not be used as such by children. - Do not place the appliance near electric or gas cookers, burners, ovens, etc. - Do not use outdoors. - Do not plug the power cord with wet hands. - Do not remove the plug from the mains by pulling by the cord. - Keep your children safe: do not leave any parts of the packaging readily accessible (i.e. plasc bags, cardboard boxes, polystyrene inserts, etc.).
Do not cut any food which is extremely hard such as frozen or bony meat.

3. Cuer disc with corrugated blade
1. Unpack the appliance, and remove all sckers plasc bags, lling materials and transport locks.
2. Clean the appliance as instructed in Secon „CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”.
3. Make sure that your power mains parameters match the nameplate rangs of the slicer.
4. Open the slider tube lock (8) and lt the slider tube slightly up (7). Slide the slider (5) on the tube
so that the boom wheel of the slider runs on the plate below the cuer disc (3). Install the food press (6) on the slider.
1. Once properly assembled, place the slicer on a rm, dry, stable, even and level surface. Make sure
there is enough empty space around the appliance to ensure freedom of movement.
2. Set the cung thickness using the cung thickness dial (11). Refer to the scale in the dial (11) to
read the thickness size in millimetres.

5. Place food on the moving slider (5), between the blade of the cuer disk (3) and the press (6).17
6. Press the power switch lock buon (10) toward the power switch (9) and turn on the power with
the power switch (9) at the same me. The slicer will run. Release the buon (9) to stop the slicer. CAUTION! Do not operate the slicer for more that 10 minutes. If you want to use the slicer longer, rst stop and leave it for at least 30 minutes.
7. Keep moving the slider (5) forward and backwards while pressing food to the cuer using the
press (6). IMPORTANT! Always use the press (6) when cung small pieces of food. IMPORTANT! Fresh bread can be dicult to cut. Move bread slices away as they are cut. Never cut hot bread.
8. When done slicing, unplug the power cord from the mains. Next, clean the slicer.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION! You can lt the slider (5) up to clean the slider more easily.
1. Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Clean the appliance with a so damp cloth or a paper towel.
3. Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
4. The cuer disc can be removed for cleaning. To do this, turn the knob (4) in the centre of the cuer
disc 90 degrees clockwise. The knob handle becomes accessible for use when you press the centre of the knob. Reinstall the cuer disc in the reverse order of the disassembly.Do not wipe with any sharp cloths that could scratch the surface.
5. Dry all the cleaned parts thoroughly.
6. The cuer blade (3) and food press (6) can be washed in water with detergent, but remember to
disassemble these components from the slicer rst.18
