6.4 Removal of the battery pack (8)

Hold the battery pack (8) with both hands at the body and press hard with both thumbs against the cover glass ofthe LED lamp (1). Push the Power Adapter axially towards the back away from the battery pack. The tight fit of the battery pack is required to avoid unintentional removal/falling off when using the heated jacket. A connected load that is too high at the outputs (permanently greater than 25W) can lead to overheating of the Power Adapter. The overload safety device temporarily then reduces the output current. In order to prevent overloads, check the combination of the connecting devices so that the connected continuous output adds up to less than 25W. Read the actually required connection cables/current in the operating instructions of your device. In order to avoid electro-magnetic interferences, use only USB cables not exceeding 1.0 m in length, and which have a magnetic interference filter. Remove the battery pack from the device before carrying out cleaning. Do not clean with aggressive cleaning agents. Ensure that the device and the battery contacts are dry before inserting the battery pack.
