How long does it take to fully charge the Grundig VCP 3930 vacuum cleaner?

Full charging takes 4 to 6 hours. The indicator light flashes during charging and turns off when the battery is full.

What is the runtime of the vacuum cleaner in normal use?

In maximum power mode, the runtime is about 18 minutes. In minimum power mode, it can reach up to 42 minutes.

How to clean the filter and dust container?

Stop and unplug the appliance. Disassemble the cyclone and container, rinse them with clean water. Let them dry completely before reassembling. Never use solvents or hard brushes.

What to do if suction weakens?

Check that the dust container and filter are not clogged (clean them if necessary). Also check that the roller brush is not tangled with hair or debris.

Can I use the vacuum cleaner on wet floors?

No. The appliance is designed for use on dry surfaces. Never use it on wet floors or to vacuum liquids. This would damage the appliance and pose a risk of electric shock.

How to detach the tube to use the handheld vacuum?

Press the tube release button (mark G on the diagram) located on the vacuum body. Then pull the tube upwards to separate it. This gives you a handheld vacuum.

Can the appliance be used by children?

The vacuum can be used by children aged 8 years and older under adult supervision, provided they have received safety instructions. Children must not play with the appliance or perform cleaning without supervision.

How to store the vacuum cleaner properly?

Unplug the appliance. Store it out of reach of children, preferably in a dry place. Use the supplied wall hook to attach it to the wall. Avoid placing heavy objects on the appliance.

What to do if the vacuum does not charge?

Check that the adapter is properly connected to the appliance and the mains socket. Try another socket. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Can I replace the battery myself?

Suitable for cleaning the surfaces which are difficult to clean, such as areas remaining under sofas and furniture.

Two-in-one accessory

Push the brush head of fine the two-in-one accessory backwards, until "click" locking sound is heard. It is suitable for cleaning narrow slits, dead corners of doors and windows and other various small gaps. It is ready for vacuuming the gaps of wall corner, ladders and keyboard, etc. Push the brush head of two-in-one accessory forwards, until "click" locking sound is heard. It is suitable for cleaning furniture, bookshelf and curtains, etc.

Insert the two-in-one accessory to the metal tube to operate on higher places such as ceiling, etc.

USE

Charging

Battery is not full when leaving factory, please remember to charge up before first usage.

1 Put the body on horizontal surface.
2 When charing, power indicator will twinkle continuously.
3 1 min after charging up, indicator will shut off.

If you do not intend to use the appliance for a long time, store it carefully.
