- When preparing beverages, the following guidance regarding sugar and alcohol content must be observed:

Sugar content (all programs):

- The sugar content must be at least 6 g per 100 ml of liquid.

QuantityMinimum sugar content
500 ml30 g
1000 ml60 g
1500 ml90 g

- The perfect slush ice consistency can only be achieved with the correct sugar content.

Alcohol content (Cocktail program):

• The alcohol content must be between 2.8% and 16%.
- Too little alcohol will cause the beverage to freeze too much, while too much alcohol will prevent it from setting properly.

Preparation tips

  • Always dissolve the sugar in the liquid before adding it to the appliance.
  • Flavours are stronger before freezing. Sweetness decreases once frozen.
  • The colder the ingredients when added, the faster the slush ice will be ready.
  • Sugar cannot be entirely replaced with sweetener. The sugar content must always be above 6%. Further information is available via the QR code provided above.
  • Fruit and vegetable juices must be free of pieces.
  • Use pre-chilled (but not frozen) ingredients to shorten the preparation time.
  • If the consistency is not thick enough after preparation, run the program again and increase the consistency using the + button.

Getting the appliance ready

  • Prepare the ingredients according to the recipe in a separate container.
    • Pull the locking lever upwards.
  • Slide the condensate tray into the appliance from the front.
  • Slide the mixing auger over the cooling element.
  • Slide the mixing container over the mixing auger and fold the locking lever backwards.
  • Slide the drip tray with metal plate into the appliance from the front.
  • Slide the lid of the mixing container opening backwards.
  • Slowly pour in the ingredients, observing the MIN and MAX markings (0.5 l – 1.9 l). Do not fill below the MIN or above the MAX marking.
  • Close the lid of the mixing container opening.

Preparing slush ice

  • Plug in the appliance. The display shows (1).
  • Press the ⏻ button to switch on the appliance. The OP indicator must not be illuminated. If the OP indicator is illuminated, check that the appliance is correctly assembled.
  • Select the desired program using the √^ buttons.
  • Adjust the slush ice consistency using the + and - buttons. More illuminated bars indicate a firmer consistency.
  • Start preparation by pressing the START | STOP button.
  • The display shows a rotating animation [____] during preparation.
  • When preparation is complete, a signal tone will sound and "Ready" will appear on the display.
  • Place a glass under the dispensing spout and pull the dispensing lever to dispense the slush ice. Keep the appliance switched on during dispensing.
  • After dispensing, switch off the appliance by pressing the (1) button.
  • If left on, the appliance will keep the slush ice cool in cycles for up to 12 hours, with the "Ready" illuminating during each cycle. After 12 hours, the appliance switches off automatically.

Note for multiple consecutive preparations

- If preparing several batches in a row, empty the condensate tray after about two cycles. To do this, switch off the appliance, remove the mixing container, and empty the condensate tray (see "Cleaning removable parts").

Cleaning and Care

  • After preparation, start the Cleaning program. Then remove all parts, clean off any food residues from each part, and allow the parts to dry before reassembling.
  • Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners or hard brushes.
  • For electrical safety, never immerse the main unit in water or expose it to liquids. Wipe the main unit only with a lightly damp cloth.

Cleaning program

  • Fill the mixing container with clean, lukewarm potable water (max. 50 °C) up to the MAX marking. Do not add detergent.

  • Lift the locking lever upwards.
  • Carefully remove the mixing container, ensuring that no liquid spills into the appliance.
  • Carefully remove the mixing auger and condensate tray.
  • Remove the drip tray with metal plate.
  • Wash all removable parts in warm soapy water, rinse with clean water, and dry thoroughly.
  • The mixing container, mixing auger, and condensate tray are dishwasher-safe (max. 70 °C).
