3. OPERATION

The electric toothbrush has undergone a complete discharge and charge cycle before leaving the factory. However, due to inventory time variations and normal natural discharge, the battery in your newly purchased product may not be fully charged. It is recommended to fully recharge it before use. Ensure your local power supply voltage matches the voltage range

indicated on the products rating plate. Connect the electric toothbrush base to the charging cable, select a compatible adapter, and plug it into a safe power socket.

A full charge takes about 15 hours, and the indicator on the display shows the charging status at all times.

After being fully charged, promptly remove the charging head from the socket; do not leave it continuously plugged in.

Brush head installation

When installing the brush head, align the bristle front end with the handle front. Align and insert the drive shaft into the hole at the bottom of the brush head, push firmly until fully seated, leaving a 0.2-1 mm gap between the brush head bottom and handle top.

Functions

  1. Timer function: In each operating mode, the brush head pauses briefly (0.5 seconds) every 30 seconds to prompt users to change brushing position, automatically stopping after 4 sets of 30 seconds (approximately 120 seconds total).
  2. Pressure sensor function: During brushing, the rear LED indicator light remains off under normal pressure. If excessive pressure is applied during brushing, the rear LED indicator light will turn red to remind users to adjust the pressure.
  3. Auto shut-off function: When the device remains inactive for 10 seconds in standby mode, it automatically enters auto shut-off mode and the display turns off. As soon as the user picks up or shakes the toothbrush, it will automatically activate and the display will turn on.
  4. Travel lock function: When the device is switched on, press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds to activate the travel lock. The engine will emit an audible alert and the display will show a warning to unlock it. When locked, pressing the button once will cause the display to show the unlock prompt again. To unlock, press and hold the button for over 3 seconds or press twice. When unlocked, the device will emit a sound.
  5. Charging status: While the device is charging, the display shows a battery icon that remains lit until 100% is reached. The device cannot be used while charging.
  6. Low voltage protection function: When the battery has less than 25% charge, the last cell of the battery icon lights up red. When the voltage is below 3.3 V (to protect the battery from excessive discharge), the product automatically switches off.
  7. Incorrect discharge prevention function: When the product is in standby mode, if it is continuously shaken for over 3 minutes, the device will automatically enter auto shut-off mode and the display will turn off. To reset the standby mode, simply press the button once. (This prevents users from forgetting to activate the travel lock when travelling and avoids frequent start-ups that discharge the battery).

Mode selection

You can choose between 4 different modes: Cleaning, Deep, Protecting, Soft. The selected mode will be shown on the display.

Using the toothbrush

Moisten the brush head and apply a small amount of toothpaste.

  1. Place the brush head in your mouth with the bristles at a slight angle (45 degrees) against your teeth. Press the power button to activate brushing mode and the toothbrush will begin operating. Continuously press the power button to cycle through four modes. The selected mode will be shown on the display.
  2. Gently press the brush head against your teeth and brush each quadrant for 30 seconds. If brushing stops automatically, simply press the power button to turn it off. Every 30 seconds, there will be a brief pause to remind you to change cleaning area (as shown in Figure 4).
  3. After completing all four quadrants, the brushing mode automatically stops. Remove the brush head from your mouth to prevent toothpaste foam splatter. (Within 5 seconds of switching to brushing mode, press and hold the power button to stop brushing mode).

The Ground Truth image displays a single, solid horizontal line. According to Rule 2 (UNDERSCORE & LINE RULES), this is a stylistic or background line, not a placeholder underscore. Therefore, the OCR result must ignore it and output nothing or only meaningful text. The provided OCR content is "____", which consists of four underscores. This is an incorrect interpretation of the line as a placeholder, violating the rule that stylistic lines must be ignored. The OCR has hallucinated underscores where none should exist based on the GT's visual context. Hence, the OCR result is inconsistent with the Ground Truth.
