How does the Airindustry 150000 cool the air?

The unit uses an evaporative cooling system: water is pumped onto a wet curtain, and air blown through it is cooled by evaporation. This is especially effective in dry climates.

How do I fill the water tank?

You can open the filling drawer and add clean water manually, or connect a 13 mm hose for automatic filling. The internal float controls the inlet to maintain the correct water level.

Can the unit be connected to a continuous water supply?

Yes, the automatic filling option allows connection to a suitable 13 mm hose. The float valve will automatically open or close to keep the water level consistent.

How do I clean the wet curtain?

First switch off and unplug the unit, then remove the rear cover and loosen the plastic nuts. Clean the curtain with a soft brush and mild detergent, rinse with water, and dry in the sun. Replace it if dirt is hard to remove.

What battery does the remote control require?

The remote control requires a CR2025 button cell battery, which is not included. Insert it respecting the positive (+) and negative (-) marks.

Does this air cooler oscillate?

• Ensure that the fan is unplugged from the power supply before removing the protective grille.
• Keep the tank free of stagnant water: for continuous use, empty, rinse and dry every 72 hours and clean the evaporative panel when necessary.

Instructions on batteries:

- This remote control requires batteries (not included). Pay attention to the positive (+) and negative (-) marks on the battery and the remote-control compartment to ensure they are inserted correctly.

• Keep the batteries out of the reach of children.
• Keep especially small batteries out of the reach of children. In case of battery ingestion, the person involved should seek medical attention immediately.
• Do not short-circuit the batteries. Do not store batteries in an untidy manner, in a box or drawer where they can short-circuit each other or be short-circuited by other metal objects.
• Leaks from the cells can occur under extreme conditions. Do not touch any liquid that leaks from the batteries. If the liquid comes into contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. If the liquid gets into the eyes, wash them immediately with clean water for a minimum of 10 minutes and seek medical attention. Wear gloves to handle the battery and dispose of it immediately in accordance with local regulations.
• Do not use the appliance if powered with batteries that differ in capacity, size, or type.
• In case of battery ingestion, please seek medical attention immediately.
• Wipe the battery terminals with a clean, dry cloth if they become dirty.

2. BEFORE USE

• This appliance comes in a packaging designed to protect it during transport. Remove the appliance from its box. You can keep the original box and other packaging materials in a safe place to prevent damage to the appliance if you need to transport it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
• Check that all parts and components are included and in good condition. If any of them are missing or damaged, please contact Cecotec's Official Technical Support Service immediately.

3. OPERATION

Filling and emptying the water tank

You can fill the water tank in two ways:

A. Manual filling: Open the filling drawer (5) and slowly add clean water. See Figure 2.
B. Automatic filling: The unit incorporates an automatic injection device. Connect a suitable

∅ 13 mm hose to the inlet; the internal float will automatically open or close the inlet according to the water level. See Figure 3.

Draining (Figure 4)

• The drain plug is located at the bottom. Loosen the plug and carefully tilt the appliance slightly to completely empty the tank.
• Drain and clean the unit periodically. If you are not going to use it for a prolonged period, empty the tank.

Control panel / Remote control

The control panel and remote control share the same functions and operating logic. In this manual, Spanish names are used, and Figures 5 and 6 show the correspondence between each icon and its function.

1. Oscillation: activates left-right oscillation; press again to stop it.
2. Cooling: activates or deactivates the evaporative cooling system.
   Warning: do not activate cooling if the water tank is empty.
3. Timer: adjusts the timer (range from 1 h to 12 h).
4. Light: controls the LED light.
5. Speed: adjusts the air speed.
6. Mode: changes the type of airflow between Natural Breeze and Normal.
7. On/Off: switches on the air conditioner; in any state, press it again to switch off the unit.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Note: after prolonged use, dust accumulated in the pre-filters and on the wet curtain reduces the airflow and purification capacity. Clean the unit regularly.

Cleaning the wet curtain

1. Switch off and unplug the unit.
2. Loosen the screws on the rear cover and remove it.
3. Loosen the plastic nuts of the wet curtain; the side of the evaporative panel can be removed.
4. Clean with a soft brush and mild detergent, rinse with water, and dry in the sun. Reassemble the part.
5. If, after prolonged use, the dirt is difficult to remove, replace the wet curtain with a new one.

Cleaning the surface

Switch off and unplug the unit. Clean with mild detergent and a soft cloth.

Warning: do not wet the control panel.

5. TROUBLESHOOTING
