Warranty
The warranty exclusively applies to material or manufacturing defects.
Original purchase voucher with the purchase date must be provided for lodging a claim in the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover any unauthorised use such as appliance overload, violent use, damage by a foreign person or an undesirable item. Failure to follow the Operating Instructions or assembly instructions and ordinary wear and tear are also excluded from the warranty.
General safety instructions
It is necessary to read the entire Operating Instructions before using the appliance for the first time. If any doubts arise in respect of the appliance connection and operation, please contact the manufacturer (service department).
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE A HIGH SAFETY LEVEL:
Both respective local safety construction and fire regulations and regulations of professional associations must necessarily and at all times be followed when using the appliances.
Appliances had been subject to extensive material, function and quality inspections before being put to sale. Despite that, there might be some risk connected with the appliances if used unprofessionally or in conflict with the designation by not trained persons !!
CAUTION!
- Keep the place of your work clean. Mess in the place of your work may result in injuries.
- Pay attention to conditions of the environment where you are working. Do not use electric tools and appliance in a moist or wet environment. Provide adequate lighting. Do not expose electric tools to rain or hi air humidity. Do not switch electric appliances on in an environment with flammable liquids or gases.
- Do not let other persons to the appliance. Keep visitors and bystanders, especially children and physically weak persons, in safe distance from the place of your work.
- Make sure your tools are stored safely. Any tools and equipment that you do not need must be stored in an elevated position, if possible, to prevent unauthorised persons from accessing them.
- At all times, use the right appliance for your specific work.
Do not use e.g. small tools or accessory equipment for works that actually need to be performed by heavy tools. Use your tools solely for purposes for which they have been designed. Do not overload your appliance!
- Watch out for the electric cable.
Do not pull the cable. Pull the plug only when unplugging the appliance. Protect against heat sources, oil and sharp edges.
- Prevent any unintentional switch-on.
Make always sure the switch on the appliance is in the off position before plugging the appliance.
- Special extension cables to be used only for outdoor works.
For outdoor works, special extension cables suitable for such works and bearing the respective marking.
- Keep concentration at all times. Pay attention to what you are doing.
Use common sense. Do not use the electric tool when you are tired.
- Watch out for any damaged parts. Check the appliance before using it. Are any parts damaged? In case of light damage, please consider seriously whether the appliance would work perfectly and safely despite the damage.
- Protect yourself against electric shock.
Prevent any contact of your body with grounded items, e.g. water piping, heaters, cookers and fridges.
- Approved parts to be used only. Identical spare parts to be used for any servicing and repair. Spare parts can be obtained in an authorised servicing centre.
- Warning!
Use of accessory equipment and extension not explicitly recommended in these Operating Instructions may result in putting persons and items at risk.
Appliance-specific safety instructions
- Persons in charge of operating appliances must check the appliances for any visible defects on the operating and safety equipment and whether protective equipment is in place and works before starting their work.
- The chief supervisor must be notified if any defects are discovered !!
- Given local regulations and respective electric protection must be respected when using the appliances.
- Keep safety distance from flammable items.
- Unobstructed suction and air outlet must always be provided.
- The air outlet must not be narrowed or fitted with tubes or hoses.
- Never insert undesirable items in the appliances.
- Appliances must not be covered when being operated.
- The safety equipment must neither be bridged or obstructed.
- Appliances must not be operated immediately below the wall outlet.
- Appliances must not be exposed to direct water stream, e.g. high-pressure cleaners, etc.
• Water must never penetrate the appliances.
- Appliances must not be installed and operated in an environment with a risk of fire and explosion.
- Appliances must not be installed and operated in an atmosphere containing oil, sulphur and salt.
- Protect all electric cables of appliances against damage, even against damage by animals.
- Appliances are locally individual electric heating automatic machines for industrial use.
- Appliances are only operated with electric energy and have been designed for fully automatic, universal and trouble-free use.
- Appliances are fitted with specially enclosed electric heating resistors, axial flow fans with reduced noise and minimum servicing needs, safety thermostats and additional cooling thermostats, room thermostat outlet and electric cable with a ground contact outlet.
- Appliances meet the basic requirements for safety and hygiene of applicable EU provisions.
- Appliances with safe operation and easy handling.
- Keep sufficient distance from the wall and other items.
- The protective grid gets warm. Do not put any items that could burn or get melted in front of the protective grid.
- Among other things, appliances are used to the following:
• Drying of new buildings
- Spot heating of outdoor workplaces or in halls and factory spaces not at risk of fire.
- Permanent or temporary heating of rooms.
- Defrosting of machines, vehicles and fire-resistant stored goods while keeping appropriate safety distance.
The appliance may only be operated in electrical work with RCD (safety switch against stray current).
It is necessary to keep the minimum safety e of 2
metres from flammable items and persons!
Behaviour in case of emergency
Provide necessary first aid treatment corresponding to the injury nature and seek qualified medical help as soon as possible.
Protect the injured person from other injuries and calm him/her down.
In case of accident, first aid kit must always be available in the place of your work in accordance with DIN 13164. Material taken out of the first aid kit needs to be supplemented right away.
If help is needed, please provide the following details:
- Place of accident
- Accident nature
- Number of injured persons
- Injury type
Use as designated
The electric heater is only to be used to heat well ventilated spaces, dry new buildings, spot heat of outdoor workplaces or in fireproof halls or production spaces while following applicable safety regulations and keeping safety distances.
Any other use will be considered a use in conflict with the designation. The manufacturer will not be liable for any consequential damage and injuries. Please be sure to know that the appliance has not been designed for industrial purposes.
Residual risks and protective measures

Thermal residual risks:

Contact with the protective grid and appliance cabinet may
cause burns. Avoid such structural elements.
Disposal
The disposal instructions are based on icons placed on the appliance or its package. The description of the meanings can be found in the "Marking" section.
Transport package disposal
The package protects the appliance against damage during transport. Packing materials are usually chosen based on their environmental friendliness and disposal method and can therefore be recycled.
Returning the package to material circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste disposal costs.
Parts of packages (e.g. foils, styropor®) can be dangerous to children. Risk of suffocation!
Keep parts of packages away from children and dispose them as soon as possible.
Operator requirements
The operator must carefully read the Operating Instructions before using the appliance.
Qualification
No special qualification is necessary for using the appliance apart from detailed instruction by an expert.
Minimum age
The appliance can only be operated by persons over 16 years of age. An exception includes youngsters operating the appliance within their professional education to achieve necessary skills under trainer's supervision.
Training
Using the appliance only requires appropriate instructions by a professional or reading the Operating Instructions. No special training necessary.

Transport and storage
The appliance may be transported using the travel handle.
Appliances not being used should be kept in a dry locked room.
Operation (pic. 2 + 3)
The appliance may be put into operation after reading and understanding the general safety instructions and appliance-specific safety instructions. In doing so, proceed as follows:
To reach optimum heat distribution, put the electric heater in the middle of the room if possible or at least 1 m from the wall. With this, air will circulate better and the room will get warm quicker. All windows and doors must remain closed.
Connection (pic. 2):
Put the feeder cable to a suitable outlet. Make sure your electrical network is protected appropriately.
Operation (pic. 3):
Use the thermostat regulator and set the required switch-off temperature.
The function switch has 3 switch levels
$$ = \text { O F F } $$
$$ = \text { ventilation } $$
$$ = 1 \text { heating level } $$
To switch the electric heater off, let the function button in the "Fan" position for app. 3-5 minutes. The appliance may then be switched off or unplugged.
Never unplug the appliance when hot – let it cool down. The fan may still ventilate even when in the off position.
Power consumption corresponds to the sum of the heating output (kw) and fan output.
Thermostat setting
Set the thermostat to the average switch-off temperature.
Set the electric heater to the full heating output and let it heat until the thermostat switches off. - until you hear "snapping in".
After reaching the set temperature, the heating spiral switches off and the fan keeps running to circulate the air. As soon as the temperature drops, the heating spiral switches on again.
If the room temperature is too low, turn the thermostat regulator more to the right and switch the heater on again.
If the room temperature is too high, turn the thermostat more to the left and let the room get cooler.
Keep repeating these steps until reaching the required switch-off temperature.
Attention: For the first commissioning of the electrical heater, it can sometimes be an unpleasant odor which is completely harmless and completely disappears with increasing operating time.
