TRYBY PRACY
Please read all these instructions carefully before using this appliance.
- Connect the appliance only to a suitably earthed socket compatible with the parameters indicated in the instructions
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug or appliance itself in water or other liquids.
- Do not use outdoors
- Close supervision is necessary when appliance is used by or near children.
- Make sure you observe the maximum time of continuous operation of the appliance. Exceeding the time limit and failing to provide appropriate breaks during the operation of the appliance may cause irreparable damage to the engine.
- Do not place any of the following materials inside the unit: Paper, cardboard, plastic and the like.
- Do not turn the device on when the container is not properly placed on the casing of the engine or when the lid with measure is not properly placed.
- Always place your hand on top of the blender when you are operating the device
- Before taking the container out from the casing of the engine or before raising the lid, turn the device off (switch in the position "0") and wait until the blade will completely stop. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
- Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in the appliance as they may cause a fire or risk of electrical shock.

A fire may occur if the appliance is covered or touching flammable material including curtains, draperies, walls and the like when in operation.

The device can be used by children aged 8 and older and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons without sufficient experience and knowledge only under supervision or if previously instructed on the safe use of the appliance and the possible risks. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance that are the responsibility of the user shall not be carried out by children without supervision. Protect the appliance and the power cord against children under 8 years old.
- It is essential to pay attention not to plug in too many receivers into one power supply circuit.
- Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, involving a risk of electrical shock.
- Never use the appliance if the supply cord is damaged. If found damaged in any way, consult the producer's authorized service centre. The list of service centres is to be found in the appendix and on www.eldom.eu
- Refer servicing to an authorized service centre. Modifying the appliance or using spare parts or elements other than the original ones is forbidden and can expose the user to hazard
- Eldom sp. z o.o. shall not be responsible for any damages occurring as a result of improper usage To avoid any risks, if the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced with a new one at an authorised Manufacturer's Servicing Point. The list of Servicing Points can be found in the attachment and on www.eldom.eu.
The blade is a consumable part and as such is not covered by the warranty.

INTENDED USE
The BL1000V vacuum blender is intended for processing food products. It is suitable for both traditional use and mixing, e.g. vegetables or fruit, without access of air. With the modern technology, the processed products are more tasteful and healthier. The vacuum container included in the set will allow longer storage of mixed products.
OPERATION
Before the first use, all parts of the blender that come in contact with food must be thoroughly cleaned (see: Cleaning and maintenance).
ASSEMBLY OF MIXING CONTAINER
- place the sealing gasket (3a) on the blade (3b), and then the entire unit into the container (3) and turn anti-clockwise until stopped. To remove the blade, turn into the other direction,
- place the cap (2) with the installed seals and the valve (according to Fig. 1) on the container (3) and place the unit in the body (9) as in Fig. 2

OPERATING MODES
AUTO: the appliance will suck out the air and proceed to the mixing cycle. To activate this mode, press the button (10). The operation is interrupted with the button pressed again (10).
VACUUM: sucking out of the air. To activate this mode, press the button (5). The operation is interrupted with the button pressed again (5).
JUICE: to activate this mode, set the regulator (4) on the icon 📋 and press and hold the Start/Stop button.
SMOOTHIE: to activate this mode, set the regulator (4) on the icon ☺ and press and hold the Start/Stop button (4a). The operation is interrupted with the button pressed again (4a).
PRE-CLEANING: to activate this mode, set the regulator (4) on the icon ⏻ and press and hold the Start/Stop button (4a). The operation is interrupted with the button pressed again (4a).
SPEED CONTROL: turn the regulator (4) in the direction of the icon ↘, and select the rotation speed. To interrupt the operation, reverse the regulator (4) to the left.
In the AUTO mode, sucking out is activated automatically. In the other modes, mixing of products without air it is possible after pressing the button (6), and selecting the mode.
To switch off the appliance immediately, irrespective of the mode of operation, press the button (6).
NOTE: The lock (8) must never be opened during the operation of the appliance.
DIRECTIONS
- First connect the appliance to the network compliant with the information provided on it. It will be signalled with a short beep and backlighting of the buttons.
MIXING
- Place food products in the assembled container (3) - do not exceed the maximum position.
Temperature of the ingredients should not be higher than 50^ C.
- Place the complete cap (2) on the container and place the unit in the body (Fig. 2). Without the properly installed container (3) and the properly closed lock (8) the blender will not switch on.
- Press the button (6), and select the mode of operation.
- The maximum time of continuous operation of the appliance is 2 minutes. If this time is exceeded, immediately switch off the device and wait at least 5 minutes before switching it on again.
- Exceeding the maximum time of work may result in damaging of the device and loss of the warranty.
- When the operation is complete, dismantle the container (3) (Fig. 3).
- If the VACUUM mode is used, to remove the cap of the container, first pull the handle of the valve (2a) to reduce negative pressure. Otherwise, opening of the container may be impossible.
NOTE: If the blade is jammed, immediately switch off the blender, disconnect it from the network and leave to cool down for at least 15 minutes. Eliminate the cause of jamming.
STORAGE
- Place food products in the assembled container (12) - do not exceed the maximum position. Temperature of the ingredients should not be higher than 50°C.
- Place the complete cap (11) (Fig. 1) on the container and place the unit in the body (Fig. 4). Without the properly installed container (12) and the properly closed lock (8) the blender will not switch on.
- Press the button (5) and wait for the appliance to stop running.
- Unlock the appliance and remove the container from the body. After removing the container from the appliance, negative pressure in the container will last for up to 4 hours.
- To remove the cap of the container, first pull the handle of the valve (11a) to reduce negative pressure. Otherwise, opening of the container may be impossible.
• CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
SIMPLE CLEANING OF THE MIXING CONTAINER:
- Empty the container and fill it with water, place in the body of the appliance and select the PRELIMINARY CLEANING mode.
- Pour out the water from the container and wash it.
THOROUGH CLEANING:
- Clean the device right after its use.
- Before cleaning, switch off the device, remove the plug from the socket and wait for the blade to stop rotating.
- Clean the body of the device with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the body in water and do not rinse it under running water.
- Do not use abrasive agents, cleaning powders, acetone, alcohol, etc.
- Wash the elements in warm water with addition of washdish with a brush and rinse under running water.
- Be extremely careful when washing the blade (3a), as it is very sharp.
- The containers (3,12), without the additional elements installed, may be washed in a dishwasher, placed on the upper shelf. Make sure that they are placed away from the heating element.
The maximum temperature is 50^ C.
