How do I assemble the blender?

Place the jug on the motor unit, align the arrows, and turn clockwise until it clicks. Then attach the lid and measuring cap.

What is the maximum capacity for blending?

Do not fill beyond the max mark (1.5 L). For hot liquids, fill only up to 1 L to avoid splashing.

Can I blend hot liquids?

Yes, but allow liquids to cool to below 80°C. Always remove the measuring cap to let steam escape and start at low speed.

How do I clean the blender?

Disassemble the jug and rinse with warm soapy water. The glass jug and lid are dishwasher safe. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.

Why does the blender stop working suddenly?

The blender has overheating protection. Unplug and let it cool for 15 minutes. Also check if the lid is properly locked.

Can I crush ice?

Yes, use the pulse function. Add a little water and pulse in short bursts. Do not overfill.

What does the pulse function do?

Pulse gives short bursts of maximum power for controlled chopping or crushing. Press and release the pulse button as needed.

How do I replace the blade unit?

Unscrew the base of the jug counterclockwise. Remove the old blade assembly and install the new one. Ensure the sealing ring is in place.

Is the blender BPA-free?

Yes, all parts that come into contact with food are BPA-free.

What should I do if the blade gets stuck?

Unplug the blender. Remove the jug and check for large pieces. Cut them smaller and try again. Do not use metal objects to dislodge.

Please read all these instructions carefully before using this appliance.

1. Connect the appliance only to a suitably earthed socket compatible with the parameters indicated in the instructions.
2. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug or appliance itself in water or other liquids.
3. Do not use outdoors.
4. Close supervision is necessary when appliance is used by or near children.
5. Make sure you observe the maximum time of continuous operation of the appliance. Exceeding the time limit and failing to provide appropriate breaks during the operation of the appliance may cause irreparable damage to the engine.
6. Do not place any of the following materials inside the unit: Paper, cardboard, plastic and the like.
7. Do not turn the device on when the container is not properly placed on the casing of the engine or when the lid with measure is not properly placed.
8. Always place your hand on top of the blender when you are operating the device.
9. Before taking the container out from the casing of the engine or before raising the lid, turn the device off (switch in the position "0") and wait until the blade will completely stop. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
10. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
11. Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in the appliance as they may cause a fire or risk of electrical shock.
12. A fire may occur if the appliance is covered or touching flammable material including curtains, draperies, walls and the like when in operation.
13. The device can be used by children aged 8 and older and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or

persons without sufficient experience and knowledge only under supervision or if previously instructed on the safe use of the appliance and the possible risks. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance that are the responsibility of the user shall not be carried out by children without supervision. Protect the appliance and the power cord against children under 8 years old.

1. It is essential to pay attention not to plug in too many receivers into one power supply circuit.
2. Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, involving a risk of electrical shock.
3. Never use the appliance if the supply cord is damaged. If found damaged in any way, consult the producer's authorized service centre. The list of service centres is to be found in the appendix and on www.eldom.eu
4. Refer servicing to an authorized service centre. Modifying the appliance or using spare parts or elements other than the original ones is forbidden and can expose the user to hazard.
5. Eldom sp. z o.o. shall not be responsible for any damages occurring as a result of improper usage To avoid any risks, if the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced with a new one at an authorised Manufacturer's Servicing Point. HOW TO USE

• Before using the appliance, make sure that the appliance, the plug and the power cable are in good technical order and whether all parts of the package were removed.
• Before the first use, all parts of the appliance that are in contact with food must be thoroughly washed (see: Cleaning and maintenance).
• Place the base (5) on flat and stable surface.

OPERATION

• Make sure that the blender is switched off (the switch (A) is in position "OFF", the knob (B) in "MIN"), and then connect to the power supply compatible with the parameters stated above.

• Place food products in the container (3), do not exceed the maximum position.

• The appliance must not be switched on when the container (3) has no liquid (e.g. water, juice, etc.)

• Place the lid (2) and the plug (1) in the position.

• Switch on the blender with the switch (A) position "ON", and then set the speed with the knob (B). The speed should be adjusted to the food products in the container.

• Pulsating work is possible after the switch (C) is shifted to position "I" and held. Released, the switch automatically returns to position "O".
• The pusher (7) may be used to slide the products to the blade.

The pusher (7) may be used only when the lid (2) is placed on the container (3).

• The maximum time of continuous work of the appliance is 1 minute. If this time is exceeded, immediately switch off the device and wait at least 5 minutes before its restarting.
• Exceeding the maximum time of work may result in damaging of the device and loss of the guarantee.
• Before removing the container from the motor body, make sure that the appliance is switched off (the switch (A) is in position "OFF")

NOTE.

If the blade is jammed, immediately switch off the blender, disconnect it from the network and leave the device to cool down for at least 15 minutes. Eliminate the cause of jamming.

RECOMMENDATIONS

To prevent splashes, do not fill the jug above the mark of the 1500 ml level.

• If liquids are processed that foam or expand during mixing, do not fill the jug to a level higher than 2/3 of the maximum volume.
• To achieve the best results in preparing mush and puree, place small portions to the container instead of large ones.
• In case of processing solid products, first cut them into smaller bits (2-3 cm).
• When using the blender, always keep your hand on the cover of the device.
• Be cautious when mixing hot liquids.
• To mix ingredients of solid consistence, using the blender in the pulse mode is recommended to prevent jamming of the blades.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Simple cleaning of the container:

• Empty the container and fill it with water.
• Place the container on the motor body and turn the switch (C) several times to the "P" position.
• Pour out the water from the container and wash it.

Thoroughcleaning

• Clean the device right after its use.

• Before cleaning, switch off the device, remove the plug from the socket and wait for the blade to stop rotating.

• Do not use abrasive agents, cleaning powders, acetone, alcohol, etc., for cleaning.

• Wash the elements in warm water with addition of washdish with a brush and rinse under running water.
• Exercise special care when washing the blade (4), as it is very sharp.
• Clean the body of the device with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the body in water and do not rinse it under running water.

- The parts of the appliance are not suitable for washing in a dishwasher.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

• The appliance is made of materials which can be recovered or recycled.
• The appliance should be handed over to the appropriate centre of collection and recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.
