Please read all these instructions carefully before using this appliance.
- Connect the appliance only to a suitably earthed socket compatible with the parameters indicated in the instructions
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug or appliance itself in water or other liquids.
- Do not use outdoors
- Close supervision is necessary when appliance is used by or near children.
- Make sure you observe the maximum time of continuous operation of the appliance. Exceeding the time limit and failing to provide appropriate breaks during the operation of the appliance may cause irreparable damage to the engine.
- Do not place any of the following materials inside the unit: Paper, cardboard, plastic and the like.
- Do not turn the device on when the container is not properly placed on the casing of the engine or when the lid with measure is not properly placed.
- Always place your hand on top of the blender when you are operating the device
- Before taking the container out from the casing of the engine or before raising the lid, turn the device off (switch in the position "0") and wait until the blade will completely stop. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.

Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in the appliance as they may cause a fire or risk of electrical shock.

A fire may occur if the appliance is covered or touching flammable material including curtains, draperies, walls and the like when in operation.
- The device can be used by children aged 8 and older and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons without sufficient experience and knowledge only under supervision or if previously instructed on the safe use of the appliance and the possible risks. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance that are the responsibility of the user shall not be carried out by children without supervision. Protect the appliance and the power cord against children under 8 years old.
- It is essential to pay attention not to plug in too many receivers into one power supply circuit.
- Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, involving a risk of electrical shock.
- Never use the appliance if the supply cord is damaged. If found damaged in any way, consult the producer's authorized service centre. The list of service centres is to be found in the appendix and on www.eldom.eu
- Refer servicing to an authorized service centre. Modifying the appliance or using spare parts or elements other than the original ones is forbidden and can expose the user to hazard
- Eldom sp. z o.o. shall not be responsible for any damages occurring as a result of improper usage To avoid any risks, if the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced with a new one at an authorised Manufacturer's Servicing Point. The list of Servicing Points can be found in the attachment and on www.eldom.eu.

MAINTENANCE
Before the first use, all parts of the blender that come in contact with food must be thoroughly cleaned (see: Cleaning and maintenance).
INSTALLATION OF THE GLASS CONTAINER:
- Place the flange (4) on the bottom of the container (3),
- Place the sealing (5) on the blade (6) and insert in the base of the cutting unit (7),
- Place the assembled cutting unit base on the bottom of the container (3) and tighten up
- Place the glass container on the body (8). The flange must strongly adhere to the body.
- Place the cover (2) on the container and carefully press down.
- Insert the plug (1) to the hole in the cover (2) and turn clockwise to close.
NOTE. The blender will not run without the properly set flange (4).
OPERATION:
- Make sure that the blender is switched off (the switch (9) in the position "0").
- Make sure that the plug of the appliance is inserted in the socket with earthing.

Place food products in the container (3), not exceeding the maximum position. Temperature of the ingredients should not be higher than 50°C.

Replace the cover (2) and the plug (1); (see: installation of the glass container).
- Switch on the motor with the control switch (9). The position of the switch must be adjusted to the food products in the container (see the table: speed control).
- The maximum time of continuous work of the device may be 2 minutes. If this time is exceeded, immediately switch off the device and wait at least 5 minutes before its restarting.
- Exceeding the maximum time of work may result in damaging of the device and loss of the guarantee.
- Before removing the container from the motor body, make sure that the device is switched off (the control switch in the position "0")
CAUTION
If the blade is jammed, immediately switch off the blender, disconnect it from the network and leave the device to cool down for at least 15 minutes. Eliminate the cause of jamming.

RECOMMENDATIONS
- To prevent splashes, do not fill the jug above the mark of the 1250 ml level.
- If liquids are processed that foam or expand during mixing, do not fill the jug to a level higher than 2/3 of the maximum volume.
- To achieve the best results in preparing mush and puree, place small portions to the container instead of large ones.
- In case of processing solid products, first cut them into smaller bits (2-3 cm).
- When using the blender, always keep your hand on the cover of the device.
- Be cautious when mixing hot liquids.
- To mix ingredients of solid consistence, using the blender in the pulse mode is recommended to prevent jamming of the blades.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Simple cleaning of the container:
- Empty the container and fill it with water.
- Place the container on the motor body and turn the switch several times to the "P" position.
- Pour out the water from the container and wash it.
Thorough cleaning
- Clean the device right after its use.
- Before cleaning, switch off the device, remove the plug from the socket and wait for the blade to stop rotating.
- Do not use abrasive agents, cleaning powders, acetone, alcohol, etc., for cleaning.
- Wash the elements in warm water with addition of washdish with a brush and rinse under running water.
- Exercise special care when washing the blade (6), as it is very sharp.
- The blade (6) must not be fully immersed in water.
- Clean the body of the device with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the body in water and do not rinse it under running water.
- The plug, the cover, and the container may be washed in a dishwasher, placing it on the upper shelf.
- Make sure that they are placed away from the heating element. The maximum temperature is 50^ C.
