SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the unit, read these instructions carefully. Keep these instructions for further reference.
Use the unit according to its intended purpose only, as it is stated in this user manual.
Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
- Before using the unit, examine the power cord and the power cord connector located on the unit body closely and make sure that they are not damaged. Do not use the unit if the power cord or the power cord connector is damaged.
- Before switching the unit on, make sure that your home mains voltage corresponds to the unit operating voltage.
- The power cord is equipped with a “euro plug”; connect it to the socket with reliable grounding contact.
- Do not use adapters for plugging the unit in.
- Make sure that the power cord is properly inserted into the corresponding connector of the multi-cooker and the socket.
- Use only the supplied power cord, do not use the power cord of other units.
- Use only the removable parts supplied with the unit.
- Place the unit on a flat heat-resistant surface away from moisture and heat-sources and open flame.
- Place the unit with free access to the mains socket.
• Use the unit in places with proper ventilation. - Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight.
- Do not place the unit too close to walls and furniture.
- Provide that the power cord does not contact with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges. Avoid damaging of power cord isolation.
- Do not touch the power cord and plug with wet hands.
- Do not immerse the unit, the power cord and plug into water or other liquids.
- If the unit was dropped into water, unplug it immediately. Do not put your hands into water! Apply to the authorized service center for checking the unit.
- Do not insert foreign objects into the openings of the unit or between its parts.

- Provide that edges of clothes or foreign objects do not get between the lid and unit body.
- Do not leave the unit unattended; always switch the unit off and unplug it when you are not using it.
- In order to avoid injuries do not bend over the steam release openings and over the open lid.
- Do not touch the lid during operation; open the lid by pressing the lid opening button.
- Be very careful when opening the multi-cooker lid.
- Keep the steam release lid clean, clean it if it becomes dirty.
- Never use the unit without the installed bowl and do not switch it on without products and sufficient amount of liquid in the cooking bowl.
- Do not use the multi-cooker without protection screen installed on the lid.
- Do not use the multi-cooker if the silicone gasket on the protection screen is damaged.
- Follow the recommendations in the recipe book for amount of dry products and liquids while cooking.
- Do not remove the bowl during operation.
- Do not cover the multi-cooker during operation.
- Do not carry the unit during operation. Use the carrying handle; unplug the unit and let it cool down preliminary.
- The lid, cooking bowl and body parts heat up strongly during operation, do not touch them, use potholders, if you need to take out the hot bowl.
• Clean the unit regularly.
- For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.
- Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or film. Danger of suffocation!
• Never allow children to use the unit as a toy.
- This unit is not intended for usage by children or disabled persons unless they are given all the necessary and understandable instructions by a person who is responsible for their safety on safety measures and information about danger that can be caused by improper usage of the unit.
• Children and disabled people can use the unit under supervision only.
- Do not use the unit outdoors.
- Never pull the power cord, when disconnecting the unit from the mains, take the plug and remove it carefully from the socket.
- Do not use the unit if the power cord or the plug is damaged, if the unit works improperly or after it was dropped. Do not try to repair the unit by yourself. Contact an authorized service center for all repair issues.
- Use the unit and its parts for the intended purposes only. Do not use the cooking bowl (12) with other heating units or cooking surfaces.
- Do not replace the bowl (12) with any other container.
- Always make sure that the heating surface and the bottom of the bowl (12) are clean and dry.
- Do not use the bowl (12) for mixing products. Never chop products in the bowl (12) in order to avoid damage of non-stick coating.
- Never leave or keep any foreign objects in the bowl (12).
- Stir the products in the bowl (12) only with the plastic soup ladle (16) or spatula (17).
- Do not use metal objects that can scratch the non-stick coating of the bowl (12).
• After cooking dishes with spices and seasonings clean the bowl (12) immediately. - In order to avoid damage of the non-stick coating do not put the bowl (12) under cold water immediately after cooking, let it cool down preliminary.
CONTROL PANEL BUTTONS (3)
Each pressing of active buttons on the control panel (3) is accompanied by a sound signal.
«Keep warm» button (19)
After finishing of cooking program the unit is switched to the keep warm mode automatically. You can activate the keep warm function by yourself. Press the «KEEP WARM» button (19)

once, the indicator (20) will light up, and the keep warm duration will be shown on the display (2). To cancel the keep warm function press the "Start/Stop" button (25), the indicator (20) will go out.
Note: Do not use the keep warm function for heating up cool products. Use the «REHEAT» mode for this purpose.
«HOURS» (21) and «MINUTES» (31) buttons
Use the buttons (21) and (31) to set the current time, cooking end time and cooking time for «STEAM COOKING», «STEW», «SOUP» and «BROTH» modes.
«TASTE» Button (23)
In the «RICE» mode select the degree of rice readiness by consequent pressing of the «TASTE» button (23), the «TASTE» indicator (29) will be shown on the display (2):
«SOFT» - glutinous rice, porridge;
«MODERATE» - tough rice, but not raw in the middle (al dente);
«HARD» - tough rice for garnish.
The readiness degree depends on the sort of rice that you use. Choose the necessary settings of rice cooking mode experimentally.
«START/STOP» Button (25)
To launch the program press the "START/STOP" button (25) once, the indicator (24) will light constantly. To stop the program press the "START/STOP" button (25) again, the indicator (24) will blink.
Note: If the "START/STOP" button (25) is pressed without choosing the program, the unit will start operating in "Quick cooking" mode.
«MENU» Button (26)
Select cooking mode by pressing the button (26) repeatedly, the indicator «▼» (28) will appear next to the name of the selected mode on the display (2).

Note:
- The cooking time can be set only in the «STEAM COOKING», «STEW», «SOUP» and «BROTH» modes.
- Look for the options of using the cooking programs in the recipe book (supplied with the unit).
- Choose the cooking time for own recipes experimentally.
- You can use the «CRISPY» mode to cook, for instance, rice with meat. First put rice into the bowl (12) and pour necessary amount of water, switch the multi-cooker on, select the «CRISPY» mode; after you hear a sound signal open the lid and add thin slices of meat on the top of the rice. Close the lid and wait till the cooking program ends.
«TIME» button (27)
Select one of the cooking modes («STEAM COOKING», «STEW», «SOUP», «BROTH») by pressing the «MENU» button (26), press the «TIME» button (27) to set cooking duration, press and hold the buttons (21) and (31) to set cooking duration.
«DELAYED START» button (32)
The “DELAYED START” button (32) is used for cooking end time setting. Set time by pressing the buttons (21) and (31).
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
- Unpack the unit, remove any stickers and package materials.
- Place the unit on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from all kitchen heat sources (gas cooker, electric cooker or cooking unit).
- Place the multi-cooker keeping at least 20 cm gap between the multi-cooker body and the wall and 30-40 cm gap above the unit.

- Do not place the multi-cooker close to the objects that can be damaged by the hot released steam.
Attention! Do not use the unit near bath tubs, kitchen sinks or other containers filled with water.
- Remove the steam release lid (6) pulling it upwards.
- Open the multi-cooker lid (5) by pressing the button (4).
- Remove the protection screen (13) with the silicone gasket by pressing the clamps (14).
- Wash all the removable parts: protection screen (13) with the silicone gasket, steam release lid (6), bowl (12), steam cooking basket (15), soup ladle (16), spatula (17) and measuring cup (18) with a soft sponge and neutral detergent, then rinse under running water and dry.
- Clean the unit body with a damp cloth, then wipe it dry.
- Install the protection screen (13) with the silicone gasket back to its place.
- Install steam release lid (6) back to its place.
Current time setting
- Insert the power cord connector into the socket (9).
- Insert the power plug into the mains socket, there will be a sound signal and the operation indicator (24) will blink.
- Press and hold the «Hours» (21) or «Minutes» (31) button for about 3 seconds, there will be a short sound signal, and digital time indications on the display (2) will start blinking.
- Set the current time (24 Hr) by consequent pressing or holding the «HOURS» (21) and «MINUTES» (31) buttons.
- Press the «START/STOP» button (25) to finish setting time.
- The current time will appear on the display (2) and dots «:» will start blinking.
Note: If no actions for current time setting are taken and the «START/STOP» button (25) is not pressed within 1 minute, the display indications will remain unchanged.
USING OF THE MULTI-COOKER
- Put the food into the cooking bowl following the recommendations given in the recipes (see "Recipe book").
Note: Make sure that the level of products and liquids doesn't exceed the maximal mark « 10» and doesn't lie below the minimal mark «2».
- Install the bowl (12) into the process chamber. Make sure that the bowl (12) is placed evenly and has a tight contact with the heating element surface (10).
Note:
- Do not use the bowl (12) for washing cereals and chopping products, as this can damage the non-stick coating;
• Make sure that there are no foreign objects, dirt and moisture in the process chamber and on the bottom of the bowl (12); - Wipe the outer surface and the bottom of the bowl (12) dry before use;
- In the middle of the heating element (10) there is a temperature sensor (11); make sure that the movement of the sensor is not limited;
- If you steam food, pour water in the bowl (12) so that boiling water doesn't reach the bottom of the tray (15). Put the tray with food (15) into the bowl (12);
• After steam cooking do not remove the food with bare hands, use kitchen tools. - Close the lid (5) until click.
- Insert the power cord connector into the socket (9); insert the power plug into the mains socket.
Auto-cooking programs
- To select auto-cooking program set the indicator «▼» against the required program (28) by pressing the «MENU» button (26) repeatedly.
- In the «RICE» mode you can select the readiness degree of rice by consequent pressing of the «TASTE» button (23), the selected settings will be shown as symbols (29) on the display (2):
«SOFT» – glutinous rice, porridge;
«MODERATE» - tough rice, but not raw in the middle (al dente);
«HARD» – tough rice for garnish.
- When selecting programs with cooking time setting option («STEAM COOKING», «STEW», «SOUP» and «BROTH») the symbol (22) «COOKING TIME» will appear on the display (2). Press the “TIME” button (27) to set the

time, the time indications (30) will blink. Then press consequently or hold the «HOURS» (21) and «MINUTES» (31) buttons.
Note: the duration of «STEAM COOKING», «STEW», «SOUP» and «BROTH» programs is given in the table.
- To switch the cooking mode on, press the «START/STOP» button (25), the indicator (24) will light constantly.
- After cooking is finished you will hear 5 sound signals, the unit will be switched to the keep warm mode, the indicator (20) will light up, and the duration of keep warm mode will be shown on the display (2).
- To cancel the keep warm mode press the "Start/Stop" button (25) once, the indicator (24) will start blinking, and the current time will appear on the display (2).
Setting of the cooking end time
- If the current time is not set, set it as described above.
- To set the cooking end time press the «MENU» button (26) and select the required cooking program (28), press the «DELAYED START» button (32), a symbol «PRESET TIME» (22) will appear on the display (2). Press the “Hours” (21) and “Minutes” (31) buttons to set the cooking end time.
Note: Time setting step: for hours - one hour; for minutes - 5 minutes.
- To launch the program press the "START/STOP" button (25) once, the indicator (24) will light constantly.
- The current time indication «CURRENT TIME» and set cooking end time indication «PRESET TIME» will be changed with an interval of 1 minute on the display (2) while program running.
- To stop the program press the "START/STOP" button (25) once again, the current time will be shown on the display (2), and the indicator (24) will start blinking.
Explanations:
- For example, if the operation of the selected program lasts 30 minutes, and the dish should be cooked by 7:30 AM, the unit will stay in stand-by mode till 7:00. In stand-by mode the current time indications «CURRENT TIME» and set cooking end time «PRESET TIME» will be changed on the display (2) every minute. Then the cooking process starts. The cooking process will end by 7:30. After cooking is finished, the keep warm mode will be switched on.
Note:
- Despite the unit keeps the ready dish warm for 24 hours, it is not recommended to leave the cooked food in the multi-cooker bowl for a long time, because this may spoil the food.
- Do not use the keep warm function for heating up the products.
Memory function
- If an emergency power cutoff happens during cooking, the unit keeps the program settings for 2 hours and after electrical power resumption the unit continues operation automatically.
- If the power cutoff lasts more than 2 hours, set the cooking program again.
- If an emergency power cutoff happens during the “delayed start” mode and the power is resumed within 2 hours, the unit will continue operating in “delayed start” mode (if the preset operation time hasn’t come yet), or the cooking will start (if the operation time has already come).
- Watch the food during cooking, stir the products with a plastic soup ladle (16) or spatula (17) if necessary.
Attention!
- To avoid getting of burns be very careful when opening the multi-cooker lid (5), do not bend over the steam release lid (6) during the operation, keep open parts of your body away from the bowl (12)!
- During the first operation of the multi-cooker some foreign smell from the heating element can appear. It is normal.
- Watch the food during cooking, stir the products with a plastic soup ladle (16) or spatula (17) if necessary. Do not use metal tools that can scratch the non-stick coating of the bowl (12).
CLEANING AND CARE
• Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
- Clean the unit body (1), and the lid (5) with a damp cloth, and then wipe them dry.
- Wash all the removable parts including the cooking bowl with a soft sponge and a neu-

tral detergent, then rinse under the running water.
- Do not place the cooking bowl (12) in the dishwashing machine.
- To clean the steam release lid (6) entirely remove it from the multi-cooker lid (5).
- Disassemble the steam release lid (6), turning the bottom part counterclockwise to the position, and remove the bottom part.
- Wash the upper and bottom parts of the steam release lid (6) with a neutral detergent, rinse and dry.
- Assemble the steam release lid (6), turning the bottom part to the position.
• Install steam release lid (6) back to its place. - Remove the protection screen with silicone gasket (13), wash it thoroughly with a small amount of neutral detergent; pay special attention to the silicone gasket.
- Wipe the surface of the heating element (only when it is cold), do not allow water to get inside the unit body.
- Do not immerse the unit body, power cord and plug into the water or other liquids.
- Do not use abrasive and aggressive detergents for washing unit and accessories.
- Keep the multi-cooker away from children in a dry cool place.
