SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the unit, read this instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
Use the unit for intended purposes only, as specified in this manual. Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
- Before using the unit, examine the power cord and the power cord connector located on the unit body closely and make sure that they are not damaged.
Never use the unit if the power cord or power cord jack is damaged.
- Before switching the unit on make sure that voltage of the mains corresponds to unit operating voltage.
- Power cord is equipped with "euro plug"; plug it into the socket with reliable grounding contact.
- Do not use adapters for plugging the unit in.
- Make sure that the power cord is properly inserted into the corresponding connector of the unit body and the socket.
- Use only the supplied power cord, do not use the power cord of other units.
- To avoid fire, do not use adapters for connecting the unit to the mains.
- Place the unit on a flat heat-resistant surface away from sources of moisture, heat and open flame.
- Place the unit with free access to the mains socket.
- Use the unit in places with proper ventilation.
- Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight.
- Do not place the unit close to walls and furniture. The gap between the multicooker body and the wall should be at least 20 cm and 30-40 cm above the multicooker.
- Provide that the power cord does not contact with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges. Avoid damaging the isolation of the power cord.
- Do not touch the power cord or power plug with wet hands.
- Never pull the power cord, when disconnecting the unit from the mains, take the power plug and carefully pull it out of the socket.
- Do not use the unit near containers filled with water, next to a kitchen sink, in wet basements or near a swimming pool.
- Do not immerse the unit, the power cord and power plug into water and other liquids.
- If the unit was dropped into water, unplug it immediately by taking the power plug out of the mains socket. Do not put your hands into water! Apply to the authorized service center for the further use of the unit.
- Do not insert foreign objects into the openings of the unit or between its parts.
- Provide that edges of clothes or foreign objects do not get between the lid and multicooker body.
- Use the supplied removable parts only. Do not leave the operating unit unattended, always switch the unit off and unplug it when you are not using it.
- Do not leave the unit lid open during operation, except when operating in «Roasting» mode.
- When the unit is operating in «Roasting» mode, do not bend over the multicooker bowl to avoid burns by splashing hot oil.
- To avoid burns do not bend over the steam release opening and open lid. Be very careful when opening the multicooker lid during and after the cooking. Danger of burns by hot steam!

- Do not touch the surface of the lid during multi-cooker operation, open the lid only by the lid having preliminary pressed the lid opening button.
- To avoid getting burned by hot steam, be very careful when opening the multicooker lid.
- Keep the pressure control and lid blocking system valves clean, clean them when they get dirty.
- Never use the unit without the installed bowl and steam valve and do not switch the multicooker on without products and sufficient amount of liquid in the cooking bowl.
- Follow the recommendations for amount of dry products and liquids.
- Attention! When steam cooking food, watch the level of liquid in the bowl, add water to the bowl as needed. Do not leave the unit unattended!
- Do not use the multicooker if the silicone gasket on the inner surface of the lid is damaged.
- Do not remove the bowl during operation.
- Do not cover the multicooker during operation.
- Be very careful when opening the multicooker lid. Before opening the lid press the «Pressure/Steam» release button and wait for complete pressure release.
- Do not carry the unit during operation. Use the carrying handle; unplug the unit and let it cool down preliminary.
- The body and inner parts of the unit heat up during the operation. Do not touch them with open body parts or bare hands. Use thermal protective potholders to take out hot bowl.
- Clean the unit regularly.
- Do not use the unit outdoors.
- Do not allow children to touch the unit body and the power cord during unit operation.
- This unit is not intended for usage by children under 8 years of age.
- This unit is not intended for usage by people (including children over 8) with physical, neural, mental deviations or with insufficient experience or knowledge. Such persons can use this unit only if they are under supervision of a person who is responsible for their safety and if they are given all the necessary and understandable instructions concerning the safe usage of the unit and information about danger that can be caused by its improper usage.
- Do not leave children unattended. Do not allow children to use the unit as a toy.
- For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!
- To avoid damages, transport the unit in original package only.
- Never use the unit if the power cord or the power plug is damaged, if the unit works improperly or
after it was dropped. Do not try to repair the unit by yourself. Contact an authorized service center for all repair issues.
- Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children and disabled persons.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. - If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
- Use the multicooker and its removable bowl (3) for the intended purposes only. Do not use the cooking bowl (3) with other heating units or cooking surfaces.
- Do not replace the bowl (3) with any other container.
Always make sure that the heating element (4) surface and the bottom of the bowl (3) are clean and dry.
- Do not use the bowl (3) for mixing products. Never chop the products in the bowl (3) to avoid damage of non-stick coating.
- Never leave or keep any foreign objects in the bowl (3).
- Stir the products in the bowl (3) only with the soup ladle (20) or spatula (21), you can also use wooden, plastic or silicon kitchen accessories.
- Do not use metal objects that can scratch the non-stick coating of the bowl (3).
- Do not tap on the inner surface of the bowl (3).
- After cooking dishes with spices and seasonings wash the bowl (3) immediately (see chapter "Cleaning and care").
- To avoid damage of the non-stick coating do not put the bowl (3) into cold water right after cooking; let it cool down preliminary.
- The bowl (3) is not intended for washing in the dish-washing machine.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
In case of unit transportation or storage at low temperature, do not switch it on, let it warm up to room temperature.
- Unpack the unit, remove all package materials and any stickers that can prevent multicooker operation.
- Place the multicooker on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from all heat sources (such as a gas cooker, electric cooker or cooking unit).
- Place the multicooker keeping at least 20 cm gap between the unit body and the wall and 30-40 cm gap above the unit.
- Do not place the multicooker close to the objects that can be damaged by the released steam of high temperature.

- Attention! Do not place the unit near bath tubs, kitchen sinks or other containers filled with water.
- Set the lid blocking handle (16) to the position ♂.
- Open the multicooker lid (10) by pressing the button (2).

Unscrew the clamp (8) and remove the protection screen (9).
-
Remove the steam valve (17) and dissemble it by turning its lower part counterclockwise.

Remove the drip tray (13).
-
Wash all the removable parts (steam valve (17) parts, protection screen (9), bowl (3), basket for steam cooking (18), soup ladle (20), spatula (21), measuring cup (19), yogurt cups and small lids (23)) with a soft sponge with some neutral detergent, then rinse and dry.

Scald the yogurt cups and small lids (23) before making yogurt.

Wipe the unit body with a soft damp cloth. Let the unit dry.

Combine the valve parts by matching ledges on the lower part with grooves on the upper one and turn the lower part clockwise till locking.

Install the protection screen (9) and fix it with the clamp (8), screw it, rotating clockwise.
-
Install the drip container (13) and the steam valve (17) back to its place.
USING
Control panel
- Every pressing of the control panel buttons is accompanied by a sound signal.
«MULTICOOKER» mode
Attention!
• Never leave the operating unit unattended.
- To avoid burns be very careful when opening the multicooker lid (10), do not bend over the steam release openings during the unit operation and do not place open parts of your body above the bowl (3)!
- During the first operation of the multicooker some foreign smell from the heating element can appear. It is normal.
- Do not use metal objects that can scratch the non-stick coating of the bowl (3).
- Set the lid blocking handle (16) to the position ♂.
- Open the multicooker lid (10) by pressing the button (2). Remove the bowl (3) from the multicooker process chamber.
- Load the products into the bowl (3) according to the recipe (see "Recipe book").
Note:
- Make sure that the products and liquids level in the bowl (3) does not exceed the level of maximal mark «10» and is not lower than the level of minimal mark «2».
- Maximal level mark for porridges (except rice) is «8».
General example of loading products and water (as example rice is considered)
- Measure rice with the measuring cup (19) (one measuring cup is equal to approximately 160 g of rice), wash it and put in the bowl (3).
- Water level required for certain amount of rice (measured in cups «CUP») is given in the scale inside the bowl (3).
• Pour water up to the corresponding mark.
Example:
- After putting four measuring cups of rice, pour water till the mark «4 CUP».

For thin milk porridges the recommended proportion of rice and water is 1:3.

Put the bowl (3) into the process chamber. Make sure that the outer surface of the bowl is clean and dry, and the bowl itself is placed evenly and has secure contact with heating element (4) surface.
Note:
- Do not use the bowl (3) for washing cereals and do not chop products in it, this can damage the non-stick coating;
- Make sure that there are no foreign objects, dirt or moisture in the process chamber and on the bottom of the bowl (3);
- Wipe the outer surface and the bottom of the bowl (3) dry before use.

In the middle of the heating element (4) there is a temperature sensor (5). Make sure that the movement of the sensor is not limited.

If you steam products, pour water into the bowl (3) so that boiling water doesn't reach the bottom of the basket (18). Put the food into the basket (18) and place it on the bowl (3).

Close the lid (10) until click.

Insert the power cord jack into the connector (12) and the power cord plug into the socket. There will be a sound signal, the display (15) will show symbols «---:---».
Note:
- If you don't use the unit for 30 seconds, it is switched to the stand-by mode automatically, there will be a sound signal, operation mode symbols will go out and the display will show symbols «-».

Set the lid blocking handle (16) to the position.

Press the button (29) «MENU», the flashing «Roasting» program symbol and the time symbols «0:25» will appear on the display.

Select the necessary program by consequently pressing the button (29) «MENU» or the buttons (27) «-» and (30) «+». The corresponding program symbol will be flashing, the operation time and cooking pressure set by default also will be shown on the display (see «Cooking programs» table).

- Cooking time in different programs is set by default, but it can vary. To change cooking time press the button (25) «TIME», the indicator « 📄» will appear on the display and digital hours value will be flashing.
- Set the digital hours value with the buttons (27) «-» and (30) «+», to confirm the selection press the button (25) «TIME» and then set the digital minutes value.
Note:
- Setting of cooking time is not available for the «Rice» and «Pilaw» programs.
- Using the button (32) «Pressure/Steam Release» you can switch the high pressure cooking function on or off (see «Cooking programs» table). The indicator «💡» means that, the process chamber is under pressure.
- Set the delayed start function, if necessary. To do this press the button (24) «Delayed start», the indicator «☑» and the digital hours value will be flashing on the display. Use the buttons (27) «-» and (30) «+» to set the digital hours value, to confirm the selection press the button (24) «Delayed start», and then set the digital minutes value.
- If you want to start cooking immediately, skip this step.
Note:
- The delayed start function is not available for «Baking», «Roasting» and «Reheat» programs.
- In order to start the cooking program press the button (28) «START». The remaining cooking time will be shown on the display (15) and the dots will blink.
- If you activated the delayed start function, the delayed start symbol « Ⓤ» will appear on the display (15), after switching the unit to cooking mode the symbol « Ⓤ» will go out.
Note:
- In order to stop the cooking program press and hold the button (31) «STOP/Reheat» for 3 seconds.
- When the cooking program is over, you will hear 4 sound signals, and the multicooker will be automatically switched to the keep warm mode, the symbols «00h» and operation time in keep warm mode (hours) will be shown on the display (15).
Note:
- The keep warm function is not available for «Yogurt» program.
- When the keep warm time is over, you will hear a sound signal and the unit will switch to the ready mode.
Note:
- Despite the unit keeps the ready dish warm for 24 hours, it is not recommended to leave the cooked food in the bowl for a long time, because this may spoil the food.
ENGLISH
- Press and hold the button (31) «STOP/Reheat» for 3 seconds to cancel the keep warm mode.
- Do not use the keep warm function for heating up the products.
- Watch the food during cooking and, if necessary, stir the products with the plastic soup ladle (20) or spatula (21).
- Press and hold the button (32) «Pressure/Steam Release» for 3 seconds, the steam valve will open and excessive pressure will be released from the process chamber.
- Unplug the unit and disconnect the power cord from the connector (12) on the multicooker body (1).
- Set the lid blocking handle (16) to the position.
- Open the lid (10) by pressing the button (2).
- Remove the bowl (3) taking it by the handles, use the potholders.
- Let the unit cool down and clean it.
Note:
- Watch the cooking process and switch the multi-cooker off when the food is ready. Do not leave the unit unattended.
- For steam cooking use the «Steam cooking» program.
- In «Baking» mode do not open the lid till the baking is finished.
- In the «Roasting» program the unit operates similarly to a kitchen stove, watch the cooking process.
- Cooking in «Rice» and «Pilaw» programs is divided into 2 steps. 1st step - regular cooking, 2nd step - stewing for 8 minutes. During the second cooking step the countdown will start on the display, after the second stage is finished the unit will switch to the keep warm mode.
- See recipes of dishes in the recipe book (supplied with the unit). All recipes are non-regulatory as the required amount and proportions of the ingredients may vary depending on local peculiarities of the food and altitude above sea level.
«MULTICOOK» mode
The «MULTICOOK» mode is intended for advanced users with sufficient cooking experience. In this mode you can set the temperature within the range from 35° to 150°C or set pressure in the process chamber and set the cooking duration depending on your taste.
- Press the button (26) «MULTICOOK», the «130°C» symbols will be shown on the display (15), set the desired temperature for cooking within the range from 35 °C to 150 °C using the buttons (27) «-» and (30) «+».

Cooking time is set by default, but it can vary. To change cooking time press the button (25) «TIME», the indicator «L» will appear on the display and digital hours value will be flashing.

Set the digital hours value with the buttons (27) «-» and (30) «+», to confirm the selection press the button (25) «TIME» and then set the digital minutes value.
- You can use the button (32) «Pressure/Steam Release» to switch the high pressure cooking function on (see “Recipe book”). The indicator « 📋 » means that, the process chamber is under pressure.

- If you want to stop cooking, press the button (31) «STOP/Reheat».
- Press and hold the button (32) «Pressure/Steam Release» for 3 seconds, the steam valve will be opened and excessive pressure will be released from the process chamber.
- Unplug the unit and disconnect the power cord from the connector (12) on the multicooker body (1).
- Set the lid blocking handle (16) to the position.
- Open the lid (10) by pressing the button (2).
- Remove the bowl (3) taking it by the handles, use the potholders.
- Let the unit cool down and clean it.
RECOMMENDATIONS
You can use the «Multicook» program for dough proofing. Dough proofing is a stage of dough making which takes place right before baking. During the proofing stage the dough ferments intensively, restores its structure and grows in size significantly. One of the main conditions of successful process is no draughts and maintenance of constant temperature (about 40°C), that is maintained in the «Multicook» program.
Recipe of the dough:
400 g of flour
350 ml milk (can be mixed with water)
Salt
Sugar
1.5 teaspoons of yeast powder
1.5 tablespoons of butter
- Mix all dry ingredients then add milk. Knead thoroughly and put it into the bowl (3).
- For Multicook program set the temperature 35°C-45°C (see the chapter «Multicook» Button (26)».
ENGLISH
- Press the button (25) «TIME» and set the operation time 1 hour with the buttons (27) «-» and (30) «+».
Note: For the best result do not open the multicooker lid (10) till the program is finished.
Cleaning and care
• Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
- Clean the unit body (1) and lid (10) with a slightly damp cloth, and then wipe dry.
- Pour the water out of the drip tray (13) and wash it after every usage of the multicooker.
- Wash all removable parts with a soft sponge and a neutral detergent, then rinse under running water.
- Dry the steam valve (17) thoroughly before installing it back to its place.
- Do not place the bowl (3) in the dishwashing machine.
- Wipe the surface of the heating element (only when it is cold), never let water get inside the unit body.
- Do not immerse the unit, the power cord and power plug into water or other liquids.
- Do not use abrasive and aggressive detergents for washing of the unit and accessories.
- Regular use of thin wire and other materials to clean the exhaust hole in the foreign bodies, to ensure their unimpeded, no blocked.
