How do I set the current time on the multicooker?
Press and hold the TIME button for about 3 seconds until the hours flash. Use the + and - buttons to set the hour (24-hour format). Press TIME again to switch to minutes, then set minutes. Finally, press START to confirm. If no action is taken for 10 seconds, the time will not be set.
Can I use metal utensils in the cooking bowl?

How do I clean the multicooker?

What should I do if the power cuts during cooking?

Can I make yogurt with this multicooker?

SAFETY MEASURES

Before using multicooker read this instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

  • Use the multicooker for intended purpose only, as it is stated in this instruction manual. Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
  • Before using the unit, closely examine the power cord and the power cord connector located on the unit body and make sure that they are not damaged. Never use the unit if the power cord or power cord jack is damaged.
  • Before switching the unit on make sure that voltage of the mains corresponds to unit operating voltage.
  • Power cord is equipped with “euro plug”; plug it into the socket with reliable grounding contact.
  • Do not use adapters for plugging the unit in.

  • Make sure that the power cord is properly inserted into the corresponding connector of the unit body and the socket.

  • Use only the supplied power cord, do not use the power cord of other units.
    • Use the supplied removable parts only.
  • Place the unit on a flat heat-resistant surface away from sources of moisture, heat and open flame.
  • Place the unit with free access to the mains socket.
    • Use the unit in places with proper ventilation.
    • Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight.
  • Do not place the unit close to walls and furniture. Free space above the multicooker should be at least 30-40 cm.
  • Provide that the power cord does not contact with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges. Avoid damaging the isolation of the power cord.
  • Do not touch the power cord or power plug with wet hands.
  • Do not immerse the unit, the power cord and power plug into water and other liquids.
  • If the unit was dropped into water, unplug it immediately, and only then take it out of water. Apply to the authorized service center for the further use of the unit.
  • Do not insert foreign objects into steam release openings, and make sure that foreign objects do not get between the lid and body of the multicooker.
  • Do not leave the operating unit unattended, always switch the unit off and unplug it when you are not using it.
  • To avoid injury, do not bend over the steam release openings or over the bowl when the multicooker lid is open.
  • Be very careful when opening the multicooker lid during and after the cooking. Danger of burns by hot steam!
  • When the unit is operating in «Roasting» mode, do not bend over the multicooker bowl to avoid burns by splashing hot oil.
  • Keep the steam valve lid clean; clean it when it gets dirty.
  • Never use the unit without the installed bowl, protection screen and steam valve lid. Do not switch the multicooker on without products and sufficient amount of liquid in the cooking bowl.
  • Do not use the multicooker if the silicone gasket on the protection screen is damaged.
  • Follow the recommendations for amount of dry products and liquids.
    • Do not remove the bowl during operation.
  • Do not cover the multicooker during operation.
  • Attention! When steam cooking food, watch the level of liquid in the bowl, add water to the bowl as needed. Do not leave the unit unattended.
  • Do not carry the unit during operation. Use the carrying handle; unplug the unit, remove the bowl with products and let it cool down preliminary.

  • The lid, the bowl and body parts heat up during operation, do not touch them, if you need to take out the hot bowl, use potholders.
    • Clean the unit regularly.
    • Never allow children to use the unit as a toy.

  • For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.
  • Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!
  • This unit is not intended for usage by children or disabled persons unless they are given all the necessary and understandable instructions by a person who is responsible for their safety on safety measures and information about danger that can be caused by improper usage of the unit.
  • Do not use the unit outdoors.
  • To avoid damages, transport the unit in original package only.
  • Never pull the power cord, when disconnecting the unit from the mains, take the power plug and carefully pull it out of the socket.

  • To avoid damage of the non-stick coating never chop hard products in the bowl (3).
  • Never leave or keep any foreign objects in the bowl (3).
  • During cooking stir the products in the bowl (3) only with the spatula (17) or the soup ladle (15). You can also use wooden, plastic or silicon accessories.
  • Do not stir the products in the bowl (3) with metal objects which can scratch the non-stick coating of the bowl (3).
    • After cooking dishes with spices and seasonings wash the bowl (3) right after cooking.
  • To avoid damage of the non-stick coating do not put the bowl (3) into cold water right after cooking, let it cool down preliminary.
  • The bowl (3) is not intended for washing in the dishwashing machine.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

In case of unit transportation or storage at low temperature it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.

  • Unpack the unit, remove any stickers and package materials that can prevent multicooker operation.
  • Place the multicooker on the flat, heat-resistant surface away from all kitchen heat sources (gas cooker, electric cooker or cooking unit).
  • Place the multicooker keeping at least 20 cm gap between the multicooker body and the wall and 30-40 cm gap above the unit.
  • Do not place the multicooker close to the objects that can be damaged by the released steam of high temperature.

Attention! Do not use the unit near bath tubs, kitchen sinks or other containers filled with water.

  • Open the lid (6) by pressing the button (2) and remove the bowl (3).
  • Wash all removable parts with warm water and neutral detergent: the bowl (3), the spatula (17), the soup ladle (15), the measuring cup (16) and the steam cooking basket (19). Then rinse them under running water and dry.
  • Before making yogurt wash the cups (26) and the lids with warm water and neutral detergent.
  • Disinfect the cups (26) and the lids; to do this, scald them.
    – Dry all the removable parts thoroughly.
  • Clean the unit body (1) with a damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
    – Remove the steam valve (11), dismantle it by turning
    its bottom part in the direction of the arrow « 🔍 ». Wash the valve with warm water and neutral detergent. Assemble the valve (11) by turning the bottom part in the direction of the arrow « 🔍 » and set the valve (11) back to its place.
  • Remove the protection screen (5) by pressing the clamps (4). Wash the protection screen (5) with warm water and neutral detergent, dry it and set the screen (5) back to its place: insert the upper part of the protection screen (5) into the grooves on the lid (6), press on the bottom part of the screen (5) until the clamps (4) click.

CURRENT TIME SETTING

  1. Insert the power cord (18) jack into the connector (8) and connect the power cord (18) plug to the mains, the display (9) illumination will light up and you will hear a sound signal.
  2. Press and hold the button (22) «TIME» for about 3 seconds, there will be a short sound signal, and digital «hours» value will be flashing.
  3. Set the current «hours» (24 Hr) by pressing or holding the buttons (23) «+» or (24) «-» consequently.
  4. Press the button (22) «TIME» again and then set the current «minutes» value with the buttons (23) «+» or (24) «-».

ENGLISH

  1. To finish the setup procedure press the button (27) «START».
  2. The current time will appear on the display (9) and the divisional dots «:» will be flashing.

Note: If you didn't perform any actions during 10 seconds or didn't confirm time setting by pressing the button (27) «START», the current time will not be shown.

CONTROL PANEL BUTTONS (10)

Every pressing of the control panel buttons (10) is accompanied by a short sound signal.

«STOP/Keep warm» button (20)

After finishing of cooking program the unit is switched to the keep warm mode automatically, the keep warm duration countdown will be shown on the display (9). To force the unit to switch from the standby mode to the keep warm mode, press the button (20).

Note:

  • Do not use the keep warm function to heat up cold products.
  • Keep warm function is not available for «Yogurt» and «Multicook» programs (if the set temperature is below70°C)
    – The ready dish can be kept warm up to 12 hours.
  • To switch the keep warm mode off press the button (20) «STOP/Keep warm».

Note: To avoid products burning in «Baking» program, switch the keep warm mode off immediately after the dish is ready by pressing the button (20) «STOP/Keep warm».

End of cooking/canceling settings

Use the button (20) «STOP/Keep warm» to cancel selected settings before you start cooking or to stop cooking program.

«MULTICOOK» button (21)

The «Multicook» program allows the user to set the temperature and cooking duration independently. Use the button (21) to quickly switch to this program.

  • After selecting «Multicook» program set the desired heating temperature from 35°C to 150°C using the buttons (23) «+» and (24) «-».
  • Press the button (22) «Time», then set the cooking duration as described in chapter «Use of the multi-cooker» (paragraph 8).

«TIME» button (22)

This button is intended for switching to cooking duration setting and current time setting.

«+» (23) and «-» (24) buttons

Use the buttons (23) and (24) to set the current time, cooking time, temperature (in «Multicook» program) and cooking end time (delayed start function).

«DELAYED START» button (25)

Use this button to preset the time by which the cooking process is to be finished. This function is not available in «Roasting», «Baking» and «Reheat» programs.

  • Select the cooking program and set cooking duration time (see chapter «Use of the multicooker»).
  • Press the button (25) «DELAYED START», flashing indicator «Delayed start» will appear on the display.
  • Use the buttons (23) «+» and (24) «-» to select the delayed start time in minutes.
  • Press the button (25) «DELAYED START» again and set the delayed start time in hours using the buttons (23) «+» and (24) «-».
  • To switch the delayed start function on press the button (27) «START», the selected cooking program, its duration and «Delayed start» indicator will appear on the display.

Example:

If the duration of the program is 30 minutes, and the dish should be cooked by 15:30, the unit will remain in standby mode till 15:00, («Delayed start» indicator will be shown on the display). At 15:00 there will be one sound signal, «Timer» indicator will appear and the countdown will start. Cooking will end in 30 minutes.

Press the button (26) repeatedly to choose a cooking program.

Note:

  • In "Baking" mode do not open the lid till the baking is finished.
  • To avoid scorching of the product upon termination of the "Baking" program, cancel the keep warm function by pressing the "STOP/Keep warm" button (20).
  • The “Roasting” program operates similarly to a kitchen stove, the user has to watch the readiness of food during cooking and switch the unit off, when the food is ready.

  • Do not use the keep warm mode to heat up cold products.

  • See recipes of dishes in the recipe book (supplied with the unit). All recipes are given for reference as the required amount and proportions of the ingredients may vary depending on local peculiarities of the food and altitude above sea level.

«START» Button (27)

Switch the selected cooking program on, pressing the button (27) «START» once. After a cooking program is finished the multicooker is switched to the keep warm mode automatically (except «Yogurt» and «Multicook» programs).

To switch the selected mode off press the "STOP/Keep warm" button (20).

USE OF THE MULTICOOKER

  1. Put the necessary products into the bowl.

Note: Make sure that the products and liquids do not exceed the maximal mark «10» level and are not below the minimal level mark «2». The maximal mark for different porridges (except rice) - «8 CUP».

General example of loading cereals and required amount of water (as example rice is considered):

  • Measure rice with the measuring cup (16) (one measuring cup is equal to approximately 160 g of rice), wash it and place in the casserole.
  • Add water, using the scale on the bowl (3) with marks in cups (CUP). The scale has graduation, marking proportions of rice and water.

For example:

  • After putting four measuring cups of rice, pour water till «4 cups» mark on the «CUP» scale.
  • For cooking thin milk porridges the recommended proportion of rice and water is 1:3.
  • Place the bowl (3) in the process chamber. Make sure that the bowl (3) is placed evenly and is in secure contact with heating element (13) surface.

Note:

  • Do not use the bowl (3) for washing cereals and do not chop products in it, this can damage the non-stick coating;
  • Make sure that there are no foreign objects, dirt or moisture in the process chamber and on the bottom of the bowl (3);
  • Wipe the outer surface and the bottom of the bowl (3) dry before use.
  • In the middle of the heating element (13) there is a temperature sensor (14). Make sure that the vertical movement of the sensor (14) is not hindered.
  • If you steam cook products, install the basket (19) with products preliminary pouring water in the bowl (3) so that boiling water doesn't reach the bottom of the basket (19).
  • Close the multicooker lid (6) until click.

  • Insert the power cord jack into the connector (8) and the power cord plug (18) into the socket.

  • To select the auto cooking program, press the button (26) «MENU» consequently, the flashing indicators of cooking programs will be shown on the display (9).
  • In «Multicook» program you can set cooking temperature from 35°C to 150°C. To do this use the buttons (23) «+» and (24) «-» to set the required temperature.
  • Time in cooking programs is set by default, but it can be changed. To change the cooking duration press the button (22) «TIME» and then set necessary cooking time in minutes with the buttons (23) «+» and (24) «-». Press the button (22) «TIME» again and set the cooking time in hours using the buttons (23) «+» and (24) «-» (see table 1).
  • Press the button (27) «START» to start cooking.

Note: If an emergency power cutoff happens during cooking, the unit keeps the cooking program settings for 40 minutes. If the power gets normal within 40 minutes after the cutoff, the unit will continue operating automatically. If the emergency power cutoff lasts more than 40 minutes, preset the unit again.

  1. Watch the food during cooking and, if necessary, stir the products with the plastic soup ladle (15) or spatula (17). Do not use metal objects that can scratch the non-stick coating of the bowl (3).

Attention!

• Never leave the operating unit unattended.
- To avoid burns be very careful when opening the lid (6), do not bend over the steam valve (11) during multicooker operation and do not place open parts of your body above the bowl (3)!
- During the first operation of the multicooker some foreign smell from the heating element can appear. It is normal.
11. When the cooking is finished you will hear 5 sound signals, and the unit will be switched to the keep warm mode, operation time in keep warm mode will be shown on the display.

Note:

  • Despite the unit keeps the ready dish warm for 12 hours, it is not recommended to leave the cooked food in the bowl for a long time, because this may spoil the food.
  • Do not use the keep warm mode to heat up cold products.
  • After steam cooking do not remove the food with bare hands, use kitchen tools.
  • If you need to stop the cooking program, press the button (20) «STOP».

RECOMMENDATIONS

You can use «Yogurt» and «Multicook» programs for dough proofing.

Dough proofing is a stage of dough making which takes place right before baking. During the proofing the dough ferments intensively, restores its structure and grows in size significantly. One of the main conditions of successful process is no draughts and maintenance of

constant temperature (about 40^ C), which is maintained in «Yogurt» and «Multicook» programs.

Recipe of the dough

400 g flour

350 ml milk (can be mixed with water)

1.5 teaspoons yeast powder

1.5 tablespoons butter

  • Mix all dry ingredients, then add milk. Knead thoroughly and put it into the bowl (3).
  • Pressing the button (26) «MENU» consequently select the «Yogurt» or «Multicook» mode.
  • Set the temperature 35°C-45° for «Multicook» program (see chapter «“Multicook” button (21)).
  • Set the cooking duration 1 hour (see chapter «Use of the multicooker»).
  • Press the «START» button (27) to start this mode operation.

Note: For the best result do not open the multicooker lid till the program is finished.

CLEANING AND CARE

• Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
- Clean the unit body (1) and lid (6) with a slightly damp cloth, and then wipe dry.
- Wash all the removable parts: steam valve (11), protection screen (5), bowl (3), yogurt cups (28) and the lids - with warm water with neutral detergent, then rinse under running water.
- Wash the steam valve lid (11) and the protection screen (5) thoroughly before installing them back to their places.
- Do not place the bowl (3) in the dishwashing machine.
- Wipe the surface of the heating element (13) (only when it is cold), do not allow water to get inside the unit body.
- Do not immerse the unit body (1), power cord (18) and the power cord (18) plug into the water or other liquids.
- Do not use abrasive and aggressive detergents for washing of the unit and accessories.
