SAFETY MEASURES

Before using the electric unit, read this instruction carefully and keep it for further reference. Use the unit according to its intended purpose only, as it is stated in this user manual. Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.

  • Before plugging the unit in, make sure that your home mains voltage corresponds to the voltage specified on unit body.
  • The blender allows quick and effective operation, but continuous operation time should not exceed 20-30 seconds. Make at least a 5-7 minute interval between operation cycles.
    • Do not use the unit outdoors.
    • Use only the accessories supplied.
  • Always unplug the unit before changing the attachments.
  • Before using the unit for the first time wash all the removable parts that will contact food thoroughly.
  • Before using the unit make sure that the attachments are set properly.
  • During the operation do not overfill the processing bowl with products and watch the level of poured liquids.
  • The blades of the attachments are very sharp and dangerous. Handle the attachments very carefully!
  • Do not touch the rotating attachments during blender operation. Do not allow hair or free-hanging clothes edges to get into the attachments rotating zone.
  • Do not leave the blender unattended if you do not use it while the power plug is in the

socket. Always unplug the unit before cleaning or if you are not using it.

- To unplug the unit, hold the power plug directly. Do not pull the power cord and do not twist it.

- Do not put the attachments and the measuring cup in a dishwashing machine.

- Do not use the unit near hot surfaces (such as gas or electric stove, cooking unit or oven).

- Provide that the power cord does not touch sharp edges of furniture and hot surfaces.

• Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.

- Do not use the unit if the power cord or power plug is damaged.

- Do not try to repair the unit by yourself. If the unit has damages, apply to the authorized service center.

- To avoid risk of electric shock or fire, do not immerse the unit body, the power cord and the power plug into water or any other liquids.

After unit transportation or storage at low temperature it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.

  • To get access to the attachments (5, 6, 7, 8) open the base (11) by pressing the clamp on the side.
  • Before using the unit, wash the attachment holder (4), the attachments (5, 6, 7, 8) and the measuring cup (10) with warm water and a neutral detergent, then rinse and dry.
  • Clean the motor unit (3) and the base (11) with a soft slightly damp cloth and then wipe them dry.

Attention!

- Do not immerse the motor unit (3), power cord and plug into water or any other liquids.

- Do not put the attachments and the measuring cup in a dish washing machine.

Operation time

  • Continuous operation time of the blender should not exceed 20-30 seconds.
  • Make at least a 5-7 minute interval between operation cycles.

USING THE BLENDER

The unit is intended for chopping products, ice crushing, mixing or beating of various ingredients.

WARNING:

  • Before assembling the blender make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the socket.
  • To get access to the attachments (5, 6, 7, 8) open the base (11) by pressing the clamp on the side.
  • Select one of the necessary attachments (5, 6, 7 or 8) and set it on the attachment holder (4) axis, matching the ledges on the axis with the grooves on the attachment.
  • Attach the attachment holder (4) to the motor unit (3), matching the mark▼ on the motor unit (3) with the mark □ on the attachment holder (4) and turn it clockwise till bumping.
    The mark ▼ should match the mark on the attachment holder (4) in fixed position.
    – Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
    – The blender is ready for operation.
  • Immerse the attachment holder (4) with the installed attachment into the bowl with products, that you want to chop, mix or beat; you can use the measuring cup (10) as a container.

Note:

  • Products should be put into the bowl before switching the unit on.
  • During the operation do not overfill the processing bowl with products and watch the level of poured liquids.
  • Before starting to chop we recommend to remove hard peel of fruit or vegetables, remove all inedible parts, - such as stones, - and cut fruit or vegetables into 2x2 cm cubes.
  • Use the knob (1) to set the required attachment rotation speed.
  • To switch the blender on press and hold the «ON» button (2).
  • After you finish using the blender, release the «ON» button (2), unplug the unit, remove the attachment holder (4) by turning it counterclockwise so that the mark ▼on the motor unit (3) is opposite the mark 📋.
  • Do not remove the attachment holder (4) during blender operation.
  • Before removing the attachment holder (4) or an attachment wait till the motor stops rotating completely and unplug the unit.

Attention!

  • Remove the attachments using the tool (9) only. Insert the groove of the tool (9) under the attachment and press slightly on the opposite side.
  • The cutting edges of attachments are very sharp and dangerous. Handle the attachments very carefully!

USING THE ATTACHMENTS

Attachment for grinding meat and vegetables (5)

Use this attachment for making small amounts of minced meat or minced fish, and also for grinding fibrous vegetables, for instance, celery, asparagus or fennel.

Mixing attachment (6)

Mixing attachment is perfect for making sauces, mayonnaise or soups; you can also use it for kneading light biscuit dough and mixing ingredients for cocktails.

Whisk attachment (7)

Whisk attachment is intended for beating cream and egg whites, emulsifying and making sauces, and for kneading very light dough.

This attachment is intended for chopping, mixing, making mashed vegetables or berries. You can also use this knife for chopping hard products - for instance, nuts, - or for crushing small ice cubes.

CLEANING THE UNIT

• Always switch the unit off and unplug it after operation or before cleaning.
- Remove the attachment holder (4) from the motor unit (3).
- Carefully remove the attachment using the attachment-removing tool (9).
- Clean, wash and dry all the used attachments immediately after the end of operation.
- Do not wash the attachment holder (4) without removing it from the motor unit (3).
- We recommend washing all the removable parts with warm water and neutral detergent; then rinse the removable parts with clean water and dry them.
- Clean motor unit (3) with a damp cloth, and then wipe it dry.
- Do not use coarse sponges, abrasives and solvents to clean the unit.
- Do not immerse the motor unit (3) into water or any other liquids, do not wash it in a dish-washing machine.
- While processing products with strong dyeing properties (for instance, carrot or beetroot) the attachments and bowls can get colored, wipe them with a cloth, dampened in vegetable oil and after that wash the attachments with neutral detergent.
