SAFETY MEASURES
Read this instruction manual carefully before using the unit and keep it for the whole unit operation period.
Use the unit according to its intended purpose only, as it is stated in this user manual. Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
- Before connecting the unit to the mains, make sure that the voltage specified on the unit corresponds to your home mains voltage.
- Place the unit on a flat moisture-resistant surface away from sources of heat and open flame.
- Make sure that the power cord does not contact with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges.
- Do not use the unit outdoors.
• Always unplug the unit if you are not using it. - Do not touch the chopping knife, the knife blades are very sharp and dangerous!
- If the knives stop rotating suddenly, first unplug the unit and only after that remove the ingredients that block the knives rotation.

Do not overfill the chopper bowl with products and watch the level of poured liquids.

The blender set allows quick and effective operation. However, the continuous operation time with the attachments (blender, whisk) should not exceed 1 minute, and 15 seconds with the chopping knife. Make at least a 3-minute break between the operation cycles.
- The maximum temperature of the processed products should not exceed +40°C.
- Do not switch the unit on without food.
- Remove products and pour out liquids from the chopper bowl only after complete stop of the knife.
- When disconnecting the power plug from the mains, do not pull the cord, but hold the plug with your hand.
- Do not touch the motor unit body and the power plug with wet hands.
- Do not use the unit near the kitchen sink, do not expose the unit to moisture.
- To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the power cord, the power plug or the motor unit body into water or any other liquids.
• If the unit is dropped into water: - do not touch the water;
- unplug the unit immediately, only after that you may take the unit out of water;
- apply to an authorized service center for testing or repairing the unit.
- Do not allow children to touch the motor unit body and the power cord during the unit operation.
- Do not leave children unattended to prevent using the unit as a toy.
- This unit is not intended for usage by children under 8 years of age.
- During operation and breaks between operation cycles, the unit should be placed out of reach of children under 8 years of age.
- Children aged 8 and over as well as disabled persons can use this unit only under supervision of a person who is responsible for their safety if they are given all the necessary and understandable instructions concerning the safe usage of the unit and information about danger that can be caused by its improper usage.
- For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.

- Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!
- Check the power cord and plug integrity periodically. Do not use the unit if the motor unit body, the power plug or the power cord is damaged.
- Do not disassemble and repair the unit by yourself. If you find any damages, unplug the unit and apply to an authorized service center.
- To avoid damages, transport the unit in original package only.
- Keep the unit out of reach of children and disabled persons.
After unit transportation or storage under cold (winter) conditions, it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.
- Unpack the unit completely and remove any stickers that can prevent unit operation.
- Check the unit for damages, do not use it in case of damages.
- Before switching the unit on, make sure that your home mains voltage corresponds to the unit operating voltage.
- Before using the unit wash all removable parts in warm water with a neutral detergent: the blender attachment (1), the whisk (7), the chopping knife (9), the bowl (10) and the measuring cup (12).
- Wipe the motor unit (2), the whisk gear (6) and the geared lid (8) with a soft slightly damp cloth, then wipe them dry.
Attention!
Do not immerse the motor unit (2), the whisk gear (6), the geared lid (8), the power cord and the power plug into water or any other liquids.
Do not put the attachments and the bowls in a dishwashing machine.
Continuous operation time
However, the continuous operation time with the blender attachment (1) and the whisk (7) should not exceed 1 minute, and 15 seconds with the chopping knife (9).
Make at least a 3-minute break between the operation cycles.
USING THE BLENDER ATTACHMENT (1)
The blender attachment is intended for mixing of liquids and chopping of soft products. Never use the attachment to process too hard products such as cereals, rice, spices, coffee beans, cheese, frozen food and ice.
ATTENTION!
Before installing the attachment, make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the mains socket.
Do not remove the blender-attachment (1) during the unit operation.
Before you start chopping or mixing we recommend to peel fruit, remove inedible parts, such as stones, and to cut fruit into cubes approximately 2x2 cm in size.
Products should be put into the bowl before the unit is switched on. The amount of processed products should not exceed 2/3 of the capacity of the bowl in which they are processed.
If food processing is hindered, add some liquid.
- Set the blender attachment (1) on the motor unit (2). Then turn the motor unit so that the marks ▲ are opposite to each other.
- Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
- Immerse the blender attachment (1) into the bowl with products that you want to chop or mix. You can use the measuring cup (12) as a bowl.
- Set the required operation speed using the control knob (5). To switch the unit on, press and hold the button (4) ⏻. Use this operation mode for mixing liquid products.
- If you press and hold the button (3) «T», the unit will operate at the maximum rotation speed. Use this operation mode for combined processing of liquid and soft products.
- Unplug the unit after you finish using it. Detach the blender attachment from the unit body.
USING THE WHISK (7)
Use the whisk attachment only to beat cream, make biscuit dough or for mixing ready desserts. Do not use the whisk to knead stiff dough.

Products should be put into the bowl before the unit is switched on.
- Insert the whisk (7) into the gear (6).
- Set the gear (6) on the motor unit (2). Then turn the motor unit so that the marks ▲ are opposite to each other.
- Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
- Put the whisk (7) into the bowl with products.
- Set the required operation speed using the control knob (5). To switch the unit on, press and hold the button (4) ⏻. Use this operation mode for mixing liquid products.
- If you press and hold the button (3) «T», the unit will operate at the maximum rotation speed.
- After using the unit take the power plug out of the socket. Remove the whisk from the motor unit.
USING THE CHOPPING KNIFE (9)
The chopping knife is used to chop meat, onion, herbs, garlic, vegetables and fruits.
Attention! Do not chop very hard products, such as nutmegs, coffee beans, cereals and ice.
Note: The volume of the products to process should not exceed 500 ml.
Before you start chopping
- Remove bones, sinews and cartilage from meat.
- Cut meat, onion, garlic, carrots etc. into approximately equal slices.
- When chopping greens, remove stems of herbs.
Assembling and chopping
WARNING: Before assembling make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the socket.
ATTENTION! Strictly follow the described sequence of operations.
Caution! The chopping knife (9) is very sharp! Always hold the knife (9) only by the upper plastic end.
- Set the chopping knife (9) on the axis (11).

Put the products into the bowl (10).

Set the lid (8) on the bowl (10) matching the lid grooves with the ledges in the bowl.
- Install the motor unit (2) on the lid (8). Then turn the motor unit so that the marks ▲ are opposite to each other.
- Set the required operation speed using the control knob (5). To switch the unit on, press and hold down the button (4) ⏻ or (3) «T».
- During the unit operation hold the motor unit (2) with one hand and the bowl (10) with the other.
• After using the unit detach the motor unit. - Remove the lid (8).
• Take the chopping knife (9) by the plastic end and take it carefully out of the bowl.
• Take the chopped products out of the chopper bowl (10).
CLEANING
Attention! The blades of the chopping knife (9) are very sharp and dangerous. Handle the knife very carefully!
• Unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Remove the attachments.
- Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor unit (2) and the gears (6, 8), then wipe them dry.
- After processing of salty or sour products it is necessary to rinse the chopper knife (9) and the blender attachment (1) with water right after the use.
- While possessing products with strong dyeing properties (for instance, carrot or beet-root), the attachments or the bowls can get colored; wipe them with a cloth dampened in vegetable oil.
- Wash the attachments, the bowl, the geared lid and the measuring cup in warm soapy water, rinse and dry them.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (2) AND THE GEARS (6 and 8) INTO ANY LIQUIDS, DO NOT WASH THEM UNDER WATER JET OR IN A DISHWASHING MACHINE.
STORAGE
- Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before taking it away for long storage.
- Do not wind the power cord around the motor unit.
- Keep the blender set away from children in a dry cool place.
